The most unclean hotel Ive ever stayed. Even if the customers request for bedsheet change, they are reluctant to do so. Im shocked to find that, even at a time of covid pandemic, they are not ready to clean and disinfect rooms and bathrooms and to make sure everything is clean. The pillow covers are horrible. The dirt are evidently seen and foul odour also can be felt from it.

They do not place the soap and Towel in the room until you ask for it. Despite asking they could not provide the towel saying that the laundry guy will come after 2 hours after which they will be able to provide the towel. Its really ridiculous. Also they offer discounts and request the visitors to book the hotel Directly and not through OYO.

This place is very good to found in high traffic its very near from Chandigarh railway station.you can easily rich here.Staff service and room service are very nice no any drawback of this hotel. restaurant is also available here so you not have to go outside for a lunch dinner or breakfast you can easily found any food in your room only on a call.so finally I want to say its awesome and fantastic..😊😊

Worst hotel in chandigarh... its my true review read complete post..Room size is ok ok...neither big nor small...Room price should be less then 500rs...Most irritating thing .. when u order somthing or ask reception to anything they will take minimum 40mints to serve u ...If u order tea or coffee then also it will take 40-50 mint ....Room furniture was old but u can adjust with that...AC was in working condition... tv not good even most of channels is also not there.For wifi even i dont ask becoz i have my mobile dataFor bathroomGeyser was working but washbasin pipe was stuck if u washbasin then water directly comes in ur feet..Dont expect any type of shampoo soapFood was too costly and taste was average..My suggestion .. dont book this hotel more than 500

My first experience in OYO Chandigarh- I booked a room in OYO 9046 Hotel Alpine one week before my arrival of my choice & my budget. When I went to Alpine, they refused to admit me due to all rooms were already booked. I showed them my booking confirmation but they only said talk to customer care we cant do anything. After 48 minutes conversation with customer care they provided me room somewhere in the vicinity of the area I preferred & at the same price only. But, when you book a room in advance & few days before arrival than you have options to chose the type of hotels, room size, free space etc. Though oyo got me another hotel but they didnt compensate by that way which is really disheartening on the oyos part & this is something now I cannot trust on OYO & this cannot be compensated too.About hotel Empire Inn ( OYO) room was okay. There was no almirah.I had a common door in between two rooms due to which all the noises, talks even flush sounds were easily audible. Otherwise hotel staffs were very cooperative & helpful.Thankyou oyo for the wonderful service you provided me especially in this chilly evening winters. By the way its my 3 oyo review & again Im expecting the same reply - Sorry sir, I think we have caught you in bad day, give us a chance again-----

Bit uncomfortable to travel but nice

Room if i say ok not good. For one night due to emergency if you have to stay. I was also in same situation so taken room, blanket was pathetic very bad smell where coming from them. Numerous times i Recall waiter to exchange the blanket they have ignored.

Pathetic experience. Booked this hotel from OYO and prepaid the amount through the app. Upon reaching the hotel, the hotel denied checkin at midning 2.30AM citing that they would not accept any booking paid through OYO. I expected staff to be corteous and humble, However their behaviour was not appreciable. Expected better service.

All staff members are very polite and gentle. They gave me super delux room instead of just delux and charged me as equal as delux rooms charges only. This is the best hotel to stay under this price range.

Location of the hotel is not up to the mark. The entry lane is very narrow and parking place is very limited. The hotel is situated in a village and it tells.Hotel staff are courteous and the food quality is very good and are reasonably priced.Rooms are ok for the price you pay.

Worst and horrible experience ever faced in life. Chekin was deliberately delayed by 90 minutes. Three male staff were at reception... very very rude and unprofessional. It was a pre-paid booking. When he checked his oyo portal, he showed shocked reaction, asked me to wait for 2 mins continued till 90 mins. They were saying we are calling oyo manager and he is in meeting, not responding, so you have to wait. Must to mention their tone itne saste me hum room kaise de de, oyo jaane aur TUM jaano and when i asked him to resolve the issue politely he replied itna TANTANA kyu rahe hoSame case with two other bookings.And then they provided me the uglist room after demanding extra money. They denied for Breakfast which was pre included in booking.Puri raat reception pe log ladte rahe. Because those 3 staffs asked them to clean the utensils.Most amazing thing was during check out he tried to grab my phone, opened oyo and was about to rate the feedback by his own hand.

Located at a walking distance from the Chandigarh Railway station. Rooms are very nice as per the price. Warm and cold water available in room 24hrs. Staff are very courteous, overall a good experience.. :)

Not good

We stayed at the hotel only the 3rd september night. We got to the hotel late and the two persons who make us the check in were extremely rude. They treated us bad and made fun of us, I dont know exactly why. The room was suppoused to have air conditioning and hot water which was not working. I definetly DONT recommend to stay here it wasnt even cheap.

Very clean restrooms and beds.LCD Television is equipped in the room.ATM is very near by to the Hotel.Parking for two wheelers and four wheelers are available in front of the hotel .The receptionist and the helper boys are very helpful.This resort is perfect pick for persons or family who wish to take a budget accommodation with better amenities.

It was a good experience. The hotel is near the railway station which is a plus point. The room was good and also the Services was acceptable. The food was come comparatively high but was good. The only problem seemed to be the locality which was a bit dirty

Worst place to stay in. Rooms dirty, staff behave like a goon. I talked about pre check - in for a few hours, but when I checked out, they charged me for two days and threatened to beat me if I didnt pay. I was horrified but due to the lack of time, I could not do police complain so beware...

Nice and safe place to stay with family and friends

The worst hotel I think to stay in Chandigarh. The staff are also bad dont have manners to talk with guest they waiter use to argue with staff. The room service are also worst I had ordered 2 cup of tea at 7:45 am and after complaining for two times they send tea in my room at 8:30am. The hotel doesnt look like a hotel because in the hotel rooms voltage fluctuate and because of fluctuations AC dont work properly.At the last I would say whenever you come to Chandigarh and want to take hotel near railway station dont stay in the HOTEL EMPIRE INN because you are going to have worst night or day.
