Absolute disgust at the way of working of the staff. The people at the reception are naive and have no idea what they are doing. The owners are excessively rude, irresponsible and the place is a mess. Strongly recommend oyo to drop the place from their list. Having a hotel like this will surely give a bad reputation to sector 22 itself.

Good but tv not working

DLJA38922nd April, 2021This is my booking id in OYO. The rooms they have displayed on OYO and the rooms they have are totally a joke.I paid the booking amount in advance and when I went to the property the manager was apolegetic about the mismatch wanted to refund.But OYO the big brother refuses to refund the booking which was done by fraud.I travelled all the way from Assam with only great trust in OYO. I will be afraid of advance booking in OYO if I ever have to.Lost trust in OYO.Lots of reviews and emails to follow across many platforms till i am compensated for the harassment and breach of trust.

Worst experianceStaff and services very bad

Different from what expected. Dont book via OYO. Visit first and then decide. Pictures in OYO are quite misleading. Bedsheets and towels are not clean.

In short menu is of no use as they do not serve things mentioned in their menu. No heaters in the room . The price is also high if we compare to the quality offered. I saw him arguing rudely with the couple who lost their room keys.Not a good hotel,basic amenities are not available in room like,jet of toilet ,ac leakage and drops were coming on face while sleeping,no dustbin in room, towels dirty,door locks not working properly.

Staffs are well behaved. cleanliness is good. situated at prime location. just opposite sector 17 bus stand.

Its OK of you book this place from your app. It costs u almost around 1500 per night if you do so. Location is good in front of busstand sector 17 and can be helpful for people coming from outside. The hotel rooms are bit conjusted except one or two rooms. The hotelstaff and the management is surely not good. But if you want to have a hotel at this cost and location then you can go for it. 👌

The hotel location is ok. But the service is not up to mark, they took 1 hour to get me a plate. Overall my stay was good in that price. Bathroom is nice and well maintained. But no AC remote hence have to ask them to increase or decrease the temp.

The worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life with a rude staff. Dirty rooms, unhygienic restrooms, TV wires are not fixed properly.They will try to charge you extra by saying the you have damaged the property.The person sitting on the reception desk is really unprofessional as well as rude.Moreover charging more then MRP(Maximum Retail Price) on packed products, surely going to sue them for this thing.Will never recommend anyone to book this room. Total waste of money. Think twice-thrice before booking. #WorstHotelEver

This is good hotel to stay in Chandigarh if you have to do shopping because it is walking distance from sec 22 market.

.. must use more accurate devices to share the GPS locations of the hotels. Same issues related to location was there when I went to shimla just before I booked this hotel. The inaccuracy in the GPS location lead me to a no entry road and I ended up paying a challan of 1500 to shimla cops. Following the location of this hotel in chandigarh lead me to a place where no one was able to guide me to the adress mentioned. I wasted more than an hour to find the hotel which was really annoying.

It was a horrible experience. Bedding was very much dirty. Towel was not provided. Later, provided me hand towels for wiping body after bath. Manager Sandy was very much rude in behavior. Should avoid to stay in the Hotel.
