Hi... recently I got serviced my Royal Enfield...Of course I bought the vehicle also from this service centre only....I will not suggest this showroom to anyone... because after I bought my drive and happiness lasted only upto 10km...after which my bike got off...from then I had worst service from these people... so I was always going to other service centres.. recently two days back I happened to get it serviced again..but both the the days I was stuck on the road with different issues...both the days I spent 1.5k each....This is not exaggerating...but the ultimate truth....

No proper response from the sales executives.... The guy who is from finance lending bank explained us about the bike , he has limited knowledge on features of bike. I was there in the showroom nearly half an hour, no executive turned up. worst response in a outlet of world famous bike.

First thing its in very good location. Enough space to park the vehicle.Good collection of RE bikes. Sale representatives all are friendly and they will give you the full information about the models and explain the difference between the models. Its always better to inform them your requirements and the budget.

Booked interceptor 650 baker express on June 1st and there was already 1 bike which was on display which I didn’t wanted to buy as it was on display n I had not planned it financially at that moment. But sales executive tried to convince to take the same saying there will be a long waiting period if i miss it. Eventually I didn’t agree to take it. Later once ashada was about to get over I got a call from sales person that another bike is billed and will be delivered to their stock yard , so I went and made the remaining payment for down payment at the showroom, finished paper work . When I asked the sales person when did the bike arrive at their stock yard , for which I didn’t get a clear answer which disappointed me a lot . Then I said I would like to see the bike which will be allotted to me before it is registered. They didn’t show any concern or interest in any of my concerns. Totally disappointed with the way they responded to everything. Day of bike inspection I visited the showroom , no one was ready to come with me to show the bike as it was drizzling a little, very disappointed again. Later the Hdfc representative Mr. Sridhar accompanied me. Forgot all the disappointment after looking at the bike for which I had been planning n dreaming to own since 1yr + , but they had kept the bike in open place where it was raining. It is My first ever Royal Enfield after 3 Bajaj bikes. Mr Sridhar who is the HDFC representative helped me getting the loan and documentation process go smoothly, I am thankful to him . Mr Sudharshan who helped me with the delivery on 3rd august , thanks to him. PLEASE TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WHO VISIT THE SHOWROOM IN A HUMBLE, POLITE AND RESPECTFUL MANNER. IT MATTERS ALOT TO EVERY PERSON. I have given four stars because of the happiness of fulfilling my dream and couple of people who treated me in a good way . Thank you Acclaim Motors

Hands down this is the best showroom of Royal Enfield I have visited till date. The salesman Mr.Syed was very informative, provided me multiple test rides and was supportive through the whole process. My Loan advisor Mr Mahesh Aryan was helpful, also provided me gear funding. Delivery day was smooth, could have been better in terms of hospitality,It felt very cold. Overall 8/10

@Accliam motors,Yelanka.During delivery of bike, they bought the vehicle without cleaning(full dust) , first time looking at my bike with dust will feel very bad as per me. They should have cleaned in go down and would have brought to me.Also they were in hurry in delivering the bike which i felt they did not give much preference to us while explaning things. Not sure they have lack of employees.

Went to test drive Meteor, but ended up driving interceptor as well. The sales executive was really good and full of enthusiasm asking us for the requirements and suggesting us the right one. RE Sales Office is managed by a cool, calm gentleman Selvam. He is an asset. He professionally handled all the queries and maintained his calm composure throughout. and while there are others who really get irritated sooner than expected.People like Selvam are the ones who would take RE dealership CSAT to higher levels.

Very bad quality jacket - it is a damaged one. When I went to the showroom, they didnt accept ( I have used only for one time). I want my replacement or refund or to talk with the showroom manager regarding this issue.

I have booked interceptor 650 this month at royal Enfield Yelahanka Bangalore showroom. I was very happy with the service and hospitality what I get before I done the booking. After that this sales executive do not know how to talk to customer we have to wait till he done with his work that guy who took my vehicle booking is pathetic I do not no how this Royal Enfield give traning to there employees. My vehicle will be delivered on 04-08-2020. But I have to appreciate that branch manager who educate you properly regards your issues.I strongly suggest people to not buy any vehicle from this Yelahanka Royal Enfield showroom because till you book vehicle they will make you feel special and then they behave like hell.I expect call from Royal Enfield customer service.

I got calls from both showroom and RE regional office , that to buy the bike I have booked way back in Feb 2020 and I will get 10,000 voucher if i make a full payment then there itself. I was under the impression that the bike which I have booked is in the warehouse and is ready to be delivered. ( miscommunication at both ends)At first i tried to call salesman but his cellphone was switched off . So to enquie about it i went there But got to know that the product I have booked is not delivered and i have to make full payment for it in advance .So I will be making full payment for something that I have not seen and handled and I will get that product at an indefinite timeline.I have trust issues regarding that. So i have to respectfully decline there offer as it doesnt make sense to me.Got call from acclaim Motors after this issue, the manager was very professional and made me understand , how they are shifting to old school production style ;D

When you go to this stores be very careful. Especial if a person called JAGDESH is assisting you. They dont tell the terms and conditions to you upfront when you buy there merchandise.I bought gloves and just after 2 months the stitching comes off and they tell me its not covered under warranty.The showroom looks nice but the courtesy and service from the staff is pathetic.

Not satisfied at all,When u enter the showroom nobody care inside,You yourself have to go to them and ask what ever u want, and they told even sitting on bike is not allowed, even when I had gone to the Harley or BMW bike showroom they tell “pls feel free to sit on the motorcycle,I agree the showroom is good and clean but attending a costumer is important.

Worst experience.I had bought my RE Classic during May 2019 and have not received RC till now.Have called them many a times and they asked me to visit RTO office. When visited RTO office, they have told, it has not been processed by show room.Senior manager or other executives are only co-operative till the vehicle is delivered. Then they does not care what ever our grievances are!

Not a good place for servicing your Enfields. They are good in talking but the experience is worst of all the RE service centres I have visited.Also this has happened to me many times that the issue which was not there on the bike before service,started coming after it came from there.They will try to charge more from you by providing extra services, which may be of no use to the rider. So be careful of that.

I booked a classic 350 and wanted a Temp Registration as I was planning to get my bike registered permanently in some other state. After mentioning the same repeatedly some 20 times they still made a mistake in the Temporary Registration Certificate mentioning RTO as Bangalore. After a review in Google, the showroom quickly got back to me and got the changes done in 3-4days time. I am editing my review after my first service and the showroom feedback. The expense of the servicing is quite on the higher. One point to add on is that the showroom sales executives need to be more interactive. One needs to approach them for any kinda assistance or seek information. Rating being reviewed from 1 star to 3 stars.

Worst Experience.It was my promised delivery date and ...The so called senior manager (in every review here) is on emergency leave is what the reason they gave me for not knowing any update on delivery.It us funny to imagine how do they run business when someone is off on leave.I have called the grievance department and Rozy took my complaint. Also got the message of registration of complained.I offered them two days ... if vehicle doesnt get delivered I am canceling the booking and pulling my down-payment.I have recorded all the tele-conversations about how pathetically they handled my buying experience. It might come useful after two days.P.S.: DONT GET OVERWHELMED BY NAME ROYAL ENFIELD... these showroom operators are ensuring that the name and brand goes down. Try other off road bike brands ... they are going out of the way to make your dream bike purchasing experience come true.

This place completely sucks. They dont deliver the vehicle on time, wash is really very bad and costly, engine isnt smooth and the nuts are not well tightened even after giving a complaint. Not worth the money you pay for the overall service .

Worst service after repeated complaints.My bad luck I opted for one year service plan for which they said labour charges are free..its fine.But, when I serviced my bike they didnt fit the wheel properly I was about to fell under truck. Luckily I escaped and took the bike to service centre and they fitted properly, again in next service they changed brake shoes for both wheels. And after riding for a week front brake pad got jammed. This time I didnt go their but got repaired from local mechanic. Am thinking to throw the subscription coupons in a dust bin... I dont recommend this service centre to anyone.
