Ordered take away - weekend brunch to be precise. Ordered on their website, but later found out their menu had changed. The guys taking care of the order immediately called up and sent the new menu. Ordered 3 of them. Next day went and picked it up. They had packed everything carefully in cardboard boxes making sure nothing spills. They came to the car and dropped the boxes in the car. What about the food? DELICIOUS! Was fantastic. and the quantity was HUGE. 3 brunches can serve atleast a family of 5! Looking forward to order again!

As always, love to go there. Ambience is beautiful. Only grouse is that Sheraton is not cut out to serve South Indian banana leaf lunch. Was at a recent event there - and those serving the food were surely not aware of the placement of dishes on the leaf. And thisnis the most important thing in banana leaf lunch.....

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days as a part of Staycation Package. The staff is very attentive and they are maintaining high standards of hygiene. Our package included all three boards with Hi- tea in the evening. As we are an elite gold member, they upgraded us to Club level room and access to the club lounge. We also had a movie night with complimentary pop corn and beverages. The food quality was very good. The room was excellent. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive and amicable. We would like to extend our thanks to Sumitra, Komal, Josie, Priya, Rukhsana, Chef Manjunath, Rahul, Edward, Tanu and Adithya. Looking forward to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay memorable and wonderful.

This is a mix of good and bad experiences I had staying at Sheraton a day back . The staff ( Kedar, Jayesh and Gurmeet ) had been very courteous staff on the other hand we had rude and unsupportive staff member ( Sharon ) in the lounge . Staff is short and things are messed up .

Very bad. I went to Chime bar on 9/7 night, the total expense was 1592.08 rupees, I paid 1600 rupees, the waiter just received the money and didnt want to give the change back, not even tried to find any change.I asked him to please give me back 8 rupees, he only said I dont have money to give u back and took it for granted. What??? Such a big hotel doesnt have 8 rupees??? Is this the way u usually took money from customers without shame? Such a good hotel and such a good bar. Ill never suggest people around me go to the bar again, I dont mind that 8 rupees but I do care ur waiters attitude. If I could I would not even give u one star.

Very helpful staff, and property has good ambience and yummy food. Especially chef deeksha who was personally attending to guests food needs. They try to make you feel special.But ensure you ask for what you need. They seemed little flexible with the timings as well.

I have been fairly regular to this place and this time I had planned my wifes birthday party here for 2 days. The staff at the reception (Debalina, I believe) was very understanding, flexible and accommodative with the requests I made. I had a blast with my family and friends. Also would like to thank the lady who arranged for a delicious cake in such short notice. Overall experience was great.

Rooms were really clean and nice had spent a wonderful day. however they ruined what I actually planned for even though I was ok with the amount they were charging, Told them way in advance but still they failed to deliver the asked request, they surely did something similar as a complementary but was really not satisfied. I was here for a night on my business trip to Bangalore. Though Ive here earlier for my business lunch etc however never stayed here earlier.Reached the hotel in the afternoon, check in was smooth.Used the gym, nice and clean with basic equipments available.Rooms are nice, bed and pillows comfortable.Towels were fresh and bathrooms were well maintained.Quick room service, food was average both Veg and non Veg.Used laundry service which was quick and efficient.They should have kept santisers aat all public areas which was missing.Breakfast spread was very basic. Service was fast.Front desk is little sloppy, charged me with something which I didnt use. Though rectified upon questioning.Over all average stay.Hotel is about 45 mins away from the airport.

The property is good but working with limited staff. Food is not as such good as the prices are.Taj is much better than this which located on Tumkur road.

When we started looking up hotels we wanted something that was close to our family yet something that we could enjoy too.Sheraton Brigade was the ideal choice for us because that meant we could commute easily to our family house. And we were so glad we choose Sheraton Brigade, Marriott Bonvoy! Though we reached a little early, our check in was done with grace and smile. Debolina took very good care of our check in.Our room had the most beautiful view from the 11th floor, the beautiful skyline and orian mall. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious.We dined at two of their restaurants. Our constant was the feast for breakfast everyday and the sunday brunch. Here is a shout out that I would want to give Rahul Sharma for gracefully handling all my request. I am totally not a buffet person, I like very limited food but has to be fresh on my table with all the goodness. Since the 1st day of breakfast to the 3rd day I was served simple nutritious food. Some of my favourites were the French Toast, pancakes, egg Benedict, crispy dosa, fresh fruit bowls and the clear Soup. Conversation along with food is something I love too, so we had loads of knowledge exchange and food conversations, that’s what I Loved the most !The sunday brunch sure was a big affair to everything on the counter that one could think off including Live music. At the same time all covid protocols were adhered to, no guest was allowed to leave their table without masking up. Strict but polite was the Mantra! The food was elaborate with prawn masala, spaghetti bolognese, chicken butter masala with chura paratha, tomato basil Soup, salad, prawn corriader, broccoli kasundi grill and avacado bruschetta. Loved the Vibes and energy of the place on a Sunday afternoon.Evenings were pampered with snacks the little cute things that just make you happy!The sunday dinner at the persian terrace was another beautiful story I could just keep penning. Have had the opportunity to have Mediterranean food in my places. But this one is Bangalore out beats of all them. This one was a totally unplanned dinner. Just when we were planning to skip dinner this place caught our attention. We wanted something light and nice.The cocktail  Jawaafa -tini the gin in gauva  was a great start to our quiet sunday dinner.The amuse bouche was a beautiful platter with falafel, hummus, baba ghanouse, pita and samboosak  the perfect Platte cleanser to dig into our mixed meat Platter Kebab e mukthalif.This platter had minced meat, chicken , newzealand chops, fish and prawn all the Mediterranean way, served with either flavored rice or pita. Each meat had its own distinct flavour and loaded with flavour.We ended our dinner with the perfectly plated  baklava!Called it an evening with the beautiful view and weather.Must must visit place if in Bangalore!Along with our beautiful stay and food at Sheraton Brigade I had the most relaxed massage at shine the spa at Sheraton Brigade.In covid times they have taken utmost care to ensure that their place is kept clean and sanitized all the time. My masseurs Linda was masked and vaccinated. Her hands were extremely professional in the massage and relaxed my whole body with ease and comfort.

Best location, excellent rooms, courteous staff and great service. They will overwhelm you with their individual attention and quality of service. This property is the best for you to explore a cool evening walk down the lake side, or a casual stroll around the mall, or explore some pubs nearby.

Have been here twice for both business meetings and celebrations. It has quite a big ball room to accomodate a large public. It can be classified for all type of guest, be it business, couple or family. It is in very close proximity to Iskcon temple, yeshwantpur railway station, orion mall and connectivity wise you have a metro within 200mtrs of the premises.

The food was pretty good, but honestly it could be much better for the price theyre charging. We had the buffet lunch at Feast. Theres a variety of cuisines - Indian, Chinese, Continental. We had the vegetarian, non-alcoholic spread and felt the options for vegetarian was much lesser. It was priced at 2,500 per head which is quite a bit so it felt a tad underwhelming.The desserts were pretty good! Ill also give credit to the servers and wait staff who provided really fast service inspite of the place being packed. Overall quite a good lunch, but the quality of food can be much better.

Room is good, buffet dinner is not good, I asked for tawa roti then they said it not part of buffet need to pay for that. Lot of items are there in buffet but no roti only tandoor. 😃

I had called the hotel banquet for an event reservation. I was told they would be sending a quotation for the same asap. Its been two days and nothing yet. Very much disappointed regarding the service. Id been a happy customer for quite some time. Maybe its time I look elsewhere.

The Best Hotel in Bangalore! This hotel makes us feel at home everytime we visit here. All the staffs are friendly, approachable and exceeds beyond their work. Mr. Hari,(receptionist) the most helpful receptionist who kept everything ready from the time we checked in and made our stay a lot more comfortable by giving us a huge room upgrade. Mr. Rahul(Head Chef) together with his staff Gurmeet and Deeksha and others too made our every morning breakfast so special. Everyone is so kind in this hotel. Highly recommended without a doubt to all who wants to enjoy their stay in a very busy place like Bangalore. Thanks Sheraton Brigade for making our stay always memorable for us. We stayed a night under stayacation package which includes all meals. Lets start with positives1. Welcoming staff everywhere (except restaurant ) and certainly a large sized room2. Location is a big sellerNow the bad partFood was pathetic to say the least, very limited offering and there is nothing extra ordinary in the feast specially not what you expect from a marriott.Toilateries in room were very dated and the in room tea section was really giving a tough time to an OYO.Room service is gasping for air and I am surprised this is the case when footfall is minimal.I wont recommend this hotel for a stayacation as there are much better options in town.

Nice hotel with good views. Buffet was excellent with lots of options. Chefs and staffs are extremely well behaved and they all have “happy to help” attitude. This is middle of the city so well connected with every route.From airport the distance is quite a lot.

I had made a booking with Sheraton 3 weeks prior to my plan. I reached there on my intimated time and completed the the check-in formality. They asked me to wait for some time, as they were setting up the room. While I was waiting, one of their management staff approached me to inform that there were no rooms available and that they cannot accommodate me today. They did not have the courtesy to inform me before I got there, neither did they inform me while I was completing my check-in formalities. They accept the booking 3 weeks prior and then do this on arrival. The staff did not even seem apologetic. And then they offered to move the booking to some other day. Since I did not travel from another city, and am from Bangalore, they assumed it was okay to just cancel the booking.THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND SUCH BEHAVIOUR IS NOT EXPECTED FROM HOTEL CHAIN LIKE MARRIOTT.

The food options are good. The team could be a bit better equipped in handling the orders placed by patrons from the table at live counters. We had to call the bearers multiple times for water. Hope such small things are taken care of.

Rooms in line with expectations!But the major concern is their Fitness Center (FC) & their spa-SHINE spa! Both these units suffered immensely post the COVID 1st wave hit India in March 2020.With regards to SHINE spa, thanks to their LAX regulations, one of their therapists tested COVID POSITIVE. This despite, ex-members like me continuously pointing out to the inadequate COVID protocols adhered to in the spa. In fact, for a long time post July 2020 till March 2021, the spa functioned without a FULL TIME spa manager! Sheraton Grand has TEN spa treatment rooms but pruned the number of therapists down to THREE (until March 2021). The therapists without adequate supervision had a field day in doing whatever they wanted post the working hours. Two of the therapists adhered to a dangerous lifestyle (constant partying) post the working hours. All that while, the management was giving FALSE assurances to the clients like me saying things like STRICT observation is done about the COVID protocols with regards to the therapists movements,stay etc.With the regards to the FC, ex-members like me were given the step motherly treatment-gym equipments were abruptly pulled out to cater to the CRICKET teams for a local tournament. The teams were staying at Sheraton Grand. This made adhering to any gym routine difficult thanks to the shortage of equipments at any given point of time.The moment I gave critical feedback on FC to the GM, Mr Shibil Malik, my memberships to the spa & FC got terminated, the Director of Rooms, Mr Ashok Sivashhankar verbally ABUSED me & spread canards about me to the hotel staff. Mind you, in the last 3 years (April 2018-February 2021), I had renewed my spa membership THRICE! My total spends at this hotel was approximately INR 5 Lakhs!My honest suggestion-membership to SHINE spa & membership of their Fitness Center should be AVOIDED at all costs.

Im staying here more than a week.one the first day itself I informed I need lunch and dinner chapathi only. They had served me wheat Paratha and ghee rice daily, thanks for considering my diet.in one week hardly I got 2, 3 time chapathi.once the buffet starts they said 8am they will start and im waiting like more than one hour nothing was ready, they are having a good time management . Daily breakfast will be serving 9am , lunch will be at 2 30 pm and dinner will be serving at 9pm . Thanks for taking care of me very much during my quarentine. 5star is for the hotel room and the environment.

I was always believe it’s the staff of the hotel which creates a “Wow “ for the hotel than the structural building. Small notes of empathy , care , observation creates a “wow “ experience for the guest. From the checkin to checkout , restaurant staff everyone was super courteous and caring . Out of those “stars” I would like to recommend and say a special Thanks to “Idori” from coffee shop , I hope I haven’t written wrong spelling and also the lady who took our check in and checkout . Small guestures may not increase a lot of cost to the hotel , bt it definetly makes a guest feel there is somebody for him / her . Thank you guys for the lovely stay .

Sheraton!! The name is enough. Very good hotel, premium locality. Its in brigate gateway which has an IT Park, an hospital a residency and a mall. All of them are premium category.1 star less due to valentine day lunch experience. As the Feast restaurant was full so the services were lil weak, didnt get the feel of dining in 5 star.
