Used premium materials- Lovely open spaces,- Good amenities provided by the builderCons:- Just beside Raja kaluve that looks like a massive drainage and was stinking even in Dec- Maintenance of the building, especially inside is horrible. Much smaller apartments maintain better than this- Almost 1/2 of the apartments are vacant or up for sale in a 2+ yr old apartment which is concerningConclusion: if spending close to 1.5cr to purchase, there are better options
