Hotel park is in center of Bannerghatta. Very close to zoo. Ample parking available. They even give parking space for day visitors to zoo. Rooms are basic and not that great. Food was good. Activities are average and property is pretty old. Overall nice place to hang out for a day

Beware of the scoundrels manning the entrance!! The rogues have the audacity to block vehicles coming the Bannerghatta National park and divert to their paid parking. They falsely claim that theirs is the only parking space available. There is a well paved and spacious parking for Bannerghatta National park within their premises. The online parking fee paid is valid only for the parking in their premises. Thankfully, we crosschecked with the BBP staff and learnt about the fraudulent practices carried out by this particular hotel staff. When we raised this issue with the BBP authorities, they claimed helplessness as this practice is on for a long time.Edit (added post reply from the resort) : I had online booking for parking as well in the BBP premises. The rogues belonging to the Park resort stopped our car in the middle of the road and tried to divert into the parking. If gmaps allow, I can actually upload the video recording from my dashcam.To the resort - we did not intend to use ur property nor facilities. Kindly do not manipulate the issue. It is amply evident that your concern has employed rogues outside ur property. Get that right before the law catches you off guard.

Went for a weekend break with family. The facilities and the number of activities at the hotel is great. The highlights for me was the ATV ride and the bull ride. There are other facilities like wave pool, rain dance, zip line, paint ball, archery, cricket, tug of war, badminton, volleyball..... the list is quite extensive. There is no way that you will have nothing to do. Lot of open area and another highlight is that is #petfriendly. The staff are very accommodating and will do all they can to make you comfortable.Now you must be wondering the reason for only 4 stars. Well it was to do with the food. They seemed to have underestimated the crowd. Breakfast had long wait for refills and we waited for about an hour to finish. Lunch and dinner menu was 90% repeat which could have been better and finally the price was high for the kind of place. I paid Rs.10750/- for a family of 4 for 1 night. Lastly not to mention the vicinity to the Bannarghatta zoo a big plus.

We went for a day out with our family. The place is good but really did not like the cleanliness... the pool was quite dirty.The most annoying part was the Lunch... we pay the package which includes food also but the staff there show faces like we are eating for free. Hospitality is absolutely zero.

Good place to enjoy with colleagues.Parking space is so nice.Amenities include a lawn where football,tuf of war etc can be played.A place is little raised from the ground for Badminton. 3 Activities were acailable under a coupon received at the entrance.It includes Archery.Air Rifle, ride through a cable clinched between a raised platform etc.. Also a small area is available for playing cricket.Water activities are good with a wave pool opening for a specific time.Rain dance is also present.Pool dress is preferred.Pool is made so of gradually increasing steep.Food was good.Both veg and nonveg were available as the part of the package.Bannerghatta park is close by.Good for relaxing after the park visits.Enjoy your time.Thanks all.

Nice resort with facilities for adventure tourism. Located just opposite the National Park, Rooms are spacious but need extensive repairs. Condition of washrooms are pathetic. They dont have a 24 hr restaurant. Room service is also restricted to limited hours. Breakfast is available only after 9 am. No bed coffee, no in room coffee maker and toiletries dental kit are not available.

Pleasant stay in the hotel-cum-resort. The front building is like hotel and in backyard, there is space for games, swimming pool, pathway for walking. Parking space is open with no shelter for vehicles. The ac was working fine, and then it was not working fine, it made strange noise. Looked like ac needed service. The food menu is with limited dishes, hence we decided to order through Zomato/swiggy. The management was kind enough to remind us about the complimentary breakfast. They provided us breakfast as you can see in the pic, with decent taste and quantity. Overall the stay was plesent.The hotel is close to Bannerghatta National park/zoo/butterfly park. Walkable by 500 mtrs.

This was our first visit to this place . Choosing the Park Hotel and Resort was the right choice (based on previous good reviews). Prior to the visit the resort was very quick to reply to any questions. The resort itself was an peace and calm at this time of the year. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resort had big wave pool, rain dance, zip line and also bull ride. It was a good time. I enjoyed a lot. A big thankyou to the management for making our team outing memorable!

It is a nice place near Bangalore city. The place has lots of facilities like outdoor games, indoor games, lawns, restaurants, conference hall, etc.The place looks good, well maintained. The staff here are friendly and polite.

As a family this was our first time and the kids had a blast!! Park Hotel and Resort has been our host all 3 times and has made each time more memorable than the last! There are rooms perfect. open air gud view, pools and indoor & outdoor activities are gud. Great for couples and families!! We can’t wait to come back again and again

Good place to enjoy

No proper waves in pool, but quite good for big family or small family to enjoy. Exact opposite of the resort its Bannerghatt National Park after that you can go for this resort for water play rain dance and pool cost is 200 per head. Than can plan for safari... If some one planning for national park also to enjoy in pool both is quite easy here. Food is good, and the team is helpful. Good for once.

The resort is for from city good place to relax. The room was furnished very well and all the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The pool was wonderful to cool off in after a hot day of visiting the nearby zoo (within easy walking distance). The food was well prepared and very tasty. We enjoyed an excellent stay!

It was good place, hotel and room was very hygienic and good but resort is not upto, maintenance is not good. Management is good and highly cooperative but staff in restort and in other place are not very supportive and in the game place no staff available we need to search and other information also they will not provide us just we need to go sit simply and come back.Food please dont pay for food eat outside that is better.In this place food is worst for lunch what they prepared same they will provide for dinner by just heating it.This place is good only for hotel room to stay not for park or restort.they need to improve for restort.If any one need to go here go only for stay in hotel.

Swimming pool was excellent

Resort interior, exterior and the big park with swimming pool : 4/5 stars People are helping.Rooms are big but problem is you cant open the windows for vantilation everytime due to mosquitoes. Restaurant attached to resort has really good food. On an average, you need 500 bucks for 2 people.Outside resort, we explored the national park, temple (having north Indians Pandit :D) which do puja on every sunday with prasad in the end.Dont expect any clubs, bars, fancy restaurant near to 5km atleast. If you came to enjoy resort, only enjoy that.For some services, you have to ask on reception like if you want iron box, moisturizer, bedsheet change and water also. Resort is lacking in room services. Also, wifi is very slow, better not to connect otherwise you will be irritated each time.

Very worst resort ever seen in whole bangalore.. When I saw in google it was quite good but when we stepped in and saw it is full of waste... There is only only swimming pool that to dirty water with full of particles and 0% customer support

Every trip has been fantastic but somehow they keep improving things. We tend to go at the end of November every year and the weather also cool this year was the best ever.One of the best aspects of Park Hotel and Resort - apart from the super deluxe room where we stay - is how the staff are the same every visit. We have already booked again for New year and are looking forward to discovering whatever changes they are planning this time!

First of all it was very far and not at all what was expected. It was a shabby kinda place with shabby rooms. We were there for a party and The food was not good nor was the arrangement of any kind. Their breakfast was also very average. Food was the main one but that was very bad and repetitive.

This hotel is quite good to stay for weekends. It had good games option which is situatable for family as well as corporate outing spot. Its just infront of the Bannerghatta nation park. Food was good here with cordial staff. Pool here offer good fun with rain dance option facility.

Simply Superb and World Class Resort. Great to be here on my 70th Birthday. Management and staff deserve special appreciation and thanks for wonderful hospitality.care and respect.There was never a dull moment. My family and I enjoyed delicious vegetarian meals. World class accommodation facilities and service.

The swimming pool was good n rain dance n everything was superrb..

We went here for a Team outing in the second week of September. We were around 40+ people. This place cannot house more than 50-60 people at a time. Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks were okay. There is only 1 swimming pool. Water was dirty. Wave pool was turned on for only 20 minutes after which the management said they dont have electricity. This place is exactly opposite to Bannerghatta National Park.Activities like Archery, Shooting, Bull ride, Zip lining are there. There is a small area where you can play cricket. Separate area for volleyball is there. They also have a dance in the centre of the place. This place is small to medium sized and is good if you are looking for a budget outing.

The best place to enjoy function in Bengaluru with family. It was a family function and we have enjoyed a lot. The banquet hall of Park hotel and resort was way beyond expectations it was very pleasant in terms of air conditioning. The interior was very good and especially the food was very tasty. The resort itself is heaven.

It was my wifes birthday so we planned to celebrate over there. I did informed the same prior one day to the hotel and asked them to arrange a fruit cake and they confirmed the same.When we reached over there we found the room were not clean even though we reached 2 hours late. All the used bedsheets were not changed. We need to wait for one more hour to get it cleaned.Now when I asked for the cake then they said it is with them but to my surprise it was a third class cream cake and for that they asked me 500INR.The hotel staff was not having courtesy to wish birthday to my wife even though it was known by them.It was worst ever birthday we celebrated and because of this her birthday was ruined. 😠😠

If you are looking for the best place in Bangaluru for a family vacation, it has to be Park Hotel and Resorts. The property is one of the best Ive seen in across bannerghatta national park.. very finely sculpted and maintained.. about people here, cant over emphasize.. awesome staff.. special regards to outdoor activities..

A bugget resort, Room services was good, lots of activities to do..

The parking space is ample but is shared for all visitors to the nearby Wildlife sanctuary. The room size is big for a couple with effective AC. The bathroom decor is not good with no shower curtain. However, all sanitary installations work well. The view from the room is not great. The hotel gives you toiletries and a bath towel but no hand towel. The restaurant is separate from the hotel but in the same premises. The food is good and not too expensive. There is no electric kettle facility in the room.

Magnificent hotel and resort. My family stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. I recommend this hotel and resort for families as there are enough recreational things, both indoors as well as outdoors, within the complex. The breakfast spread is excellent.

Total waste of money. Instead of calling themselves as 3 stars, they should be called 1 star. God knows what do they charge for. Moreover, I had booked the room for 3 people. I paid extra to accommodate 3 people. But got a bed only for two. After requesting thrice, they provided us with a very cheap quality pillow and blanket and just an extra hard mattress. Like seriously? You expect your guest to pay extra in order to sleep on the ground? The bathroom stinks all the time. Half of the fixtures are broken. Theres basically no amenities. The hotel ambience too is not at all worth it. The pool area too is dull and doesnt make you want to sit beside. Totally a waste of money.

Its not at all worth for the price. Rooms are okay. Staff are very good. Surrounding ambience is not what I was expecting , maybe my expectations were too high. I had taken breakfast package , 3000 Rupees per night.First day breakfast was from the menu at the attached restaurant, but second day they denied the option of choosing from the menu, in turn they offered only Idli and vada. When we placed the order, one guy went to a restaurant across the street , and brought Idli and vada. So, dont take the beakfast deal. We ate at the attached restaurant for dinner. Food was good, tasty, but sky high price. For half that price , I could have tried any place outside . Its a matter of a small drive.The outdoor activities were not included in 3k price, so we had to purchase for additional cost. Each activity cost 500 rupees per person.I short , I recommend a big no to this resort for the price, may beven worth half the price.Check my photos for all info. Contact me for more info if needed.

We recently stayed in Park hotel and resort bangalore and I must say it was one of the best decision we ever made.You can expect a warm hospitality from the staff members .Children enjoyed playing in the swimming pool , kudos to the staffs for maintaining cleanliness around the resort. Highly recommendable.!

Firstly the place is really good full of trees and greenery but surroundings can be maintained,very hard to find staff, food is good but should improve, the worst part is the wave pool which is not maintained at all. Would suggest them to have good number of staff and maintain good ambience.
