Pretty well-maintained! If youre visitor, dont worry about the parking... Theres proper visitors parking in the compound. Theres regular cleaning. Like, if you see remains of burnt crackers on the ground in the designated places in the compound on a particular night, the next morning youll find everything clean again. So, good on the hygiene part! The security guards are also pretty courteous, gives a good feeling.

It was my abode for 2 years and I absolutely loved staying here! Peaceful society. Good clubhouse and clean swimming pool. All the shops are nearby (around 500m). Choose to rent places here if you are staying in this area!

Amazing gated community. Security system is the highlight. Amazing maintenance of club, pool and the surroundings. Had a wonderful time before in my last visit and hope the same now

The flats are good and spacious. The maintenance is also quite good and you always will have clean swimming pool , play are etc. On the downside the association is quite strict and you have too many rules and procedure to follow .

It is a good apartment. Well maintained and has all premium amenities namely swimming pool, garden, table tennis, badminton, snooker, gym. Name it u get it. Overall a very nicely maintained apartment. No problem with electicity and water as well.

Lovely family place with Secure environment.Some issues like Honeybees at higher floors like 15th floor, take a very long time to maintain for scare-free residential experience.
