Very pathetic experience at the Bannerghatta Road branch. They never have appointments for the day we ask for even though we took their most expensive membership. I have a 10k + balance left in my account and now they are telling me it is not usable in any branch other than Bannerghatta Road. Best part it is they are coming up with terms and conditions every time I try to use my balance. They are not at all professional or ethical in their dealing. They dont have enough therapist and the ones they have are not trained well. No steam and a number of services which are part of the brand are not available.

I had visited Four Fountain De-stress spa and decided to have a full body massage. I often go for a massage like twice in 3 months in and around Bangalore and had a lot of massage throughout my life but the experience at Four Fountain De-stress Spa was the best.The massage therapists were exceptional.

Spa lacks cleanliness, both in terms of premises and linen. Staff lacks courtesy and treat you as if they are doing you a favour. Bathrooms are often smelly and have even seen moulds. Even masseuses just concentrate on performing a task instead of trying to provide an experience, which is exactly what they charge high prices for. We use it because we have a membership, but would definitely not renew.The amazing thing is this place was awesome in the beginning. Courteous staff, good quality masseuses, clean rooms. Example of what apathy and neglect can do over time.I just changed my 5 star review to 1 star.

Just been for a massage and was really delighted with both the service and the quality of treatment. This is a little oasis of calm and tranquility in the midst of busy Bangalore. I had a Ayurvedic massage followed by Reflexology, and finishing with a head massage, all if which were performed with great accuracy and appropriate strength. I had a steam before showering which now leaves me feeling both relaxed but also fresh and clean. The staff are friendly and the property is clean and beautifully set out. I cant recommend this enough!

Very nice masseuse available. Its a nice place and you get a good ambience. The oils and techniques used are good and you will have a good relaxing massage. You can get offers on price OT the spot if they have any schemes going on and you will be advised of the offers.

The ambience of the spa is calming. The staff are very friendly and also well experienced. Though the space is small, it offers a variety of services which are well priced. It is definitely worth going if you are wanting to relax or get a massage.

I had one of the worst experience here, this is one of 3rd class spa in India. The lady at the front desk here is like a cheap market fruit seller. These people are interested only in making money.

While I really like the massage n masseuse, cant say the same about the lady at the front desk. Not only does she not remember you 2 days after hardselling you the package but has a rather unwelcoming approach and demeanor. Curt and inflexible its a put off for a relaxing environment. In the end its all for the money and then you are forgettable!

The masseuse was good. The facility is however bad. The table smelled and the bath/towels sub standard. Was a disappointment after visiting their spa in Koramangala which was better.

Very professional. Only same gender masseurs are allowed, which is a very good thing. Its pocket friendly too compared to other spas.

Very bad experience. Service: massage is ok nothing outstanding. I took facial service once and the cream they use is any local cream (for me they used Vaseline body lotion) which I cane to know after the service. Package and admin policies: Not at all customer friendly. I was not able to utilise full membership in 1 year and had more than 50% left on my card. They refused to provide services and said I would lose the rest of my membership fees unless I recharge my account with another package!

The place is about average. The massage is ok, the shower room is too small. Unless one is desperate for a massage, kindly avoid. Look for a better place!

Dont trust them, only after your money. Long waiting time even after apmt. Quality is below average. Therapist removed my necklace for treatment, and i forgot to collect it after. I got a chance to visit The Four Fountains De-Stress Spa, Jayanagar branch in Bangalore. I was delighted to know about the booking when Lavanya told me. I actually felt like a true diva who has all the right to be treated like one.The spa had a calming and soothing environment with a friendly staff. They explained me the oils and scrubs they use for various services. After careful consideration from a long list of services and advise from the helpful staff, I decided to go for the oil based Aromatherapy Massage (Radiating). Followed by my selection of massage, I was requested to wait till they get the room ready for me. It took around 8 minutes for that and in that time they took my stress level test which was much more than what I expected. I guess I need to go back to kick boxing or something of that sort to let go of my stress!Aromatherapy Massage is a gentle massage that uses Wheatgerm, Jojoba, Almond and extra virgin Olive oil to give you soft, glowing skin. It was just calming to be in that room for the session. The amazing thing about the massage rooms is that they have been given names like Calm, Energy, Life etc. The rooms are dimly lit and have soothing instrumental music playing adding to the fabulous ambience.My massage therapist was Miss Nirupama and she was extremely good at her work. The massage was relaxing and whenever I needed extra or little pressure my therapist followed my instructions perfectly. The therapy lasted for 60 minutes and it came across to me as 60 minutes of nirvana. I found the price to be really worth for the quality of therapy they provided.

Good staff , but let down by a very rundown place !rooms are dirty , tables stink and bathrooms are dingy and unkept . I stopped using their towels and soap long back , but now even the tables stink - that’s a new low !Four fountains as a brand needs to care about their franchise branches going down like this .

Pathetic customer care service ... we booked couple message from nearby worth Rd.5400. After taking prior appointment when we reached they denied to accept the nearby voucher. After so many calls and wasting around one hour , they asked us to go to Jaynagar branch. Because of their internal issues we wasted so much of time and money. Worst experience will never suggest to visit this four fountain banerghatta outlet.

Good massage turned into nightmare!!Brinalini, the masseuse was really good. But it was turned into bathroom mishap. Really bad maintenance with bath room products falling off, slippery slippers, dirty towels and utterly abysmal staff.

The JP Nagar branch is quite well maintained and peaceful. But the massage was not fully satisfying. Maybe it was the technique of the person but it was not as relaxing as I had expected it to be.

I have been here once and have sent many after my experience and all reported a good feedback. I have been to many Kerala style message centres and they just have one motive, to kill you with their fingers but here it was unlike that, it was a good massage and overall a good experience.

The table was dirty, the towels were not clean. There was no water, I had to wait for 10 minutes after the massage. The bathroom is very dirty. The lights didn’t work. One of my worst experience in so many years.

Horrible experience @ Bannerghatta Road branch. Very badly maintained no courtesy from front staff esp lady sitting at the front desk. The cup was dirty in which they serve green tea. Washroom no tissues dirty too. Now coming to the massage which was just ok they gave steam twice out of 60 mins 15 mins was only steam. Indiranagar n Koramangala branch are way ahead in terms of service. Sorry to say u guys need proper training

I got a Swedish massage,The therapist did a great job! The facility is badly maintained with dingy lighting & dirty bathroom, no steam after massage . The lady at the reception was more interested in getting me to take a membership, when I declined she did not seem receptive to take feedback. I visited the facility near Adigas jp nagar. Cannot call this place a spa it is more of a massage parlour. I was billed 3415 for a 90 min massage.

Customer Service and overall quality has detoriated over the years at the Bannerghatta road branch.

The infra need repairs in this spa , have been a member for close to 3 years but the quality is depreciating by the day. And every time four fountains increase prices but no benefits for members as we bear the cost of already paid up money . Now GST is also to be absorbed by us though we have paid the membership amount a year back . This branch by itself is in a bad state including the new reception lady whose too rude to handle customers. Will not go to them again for sure- have had a very bad experience this time with no courtesy of even green tea being served and washroom drains not working at all.

I went there with lower back pain, but the pain increased after massage. The hot steam shower was faulty and I burnt myself.

It is o.k. one can enjoy spa here.
