Good at Bata store in yediyur bangalore jayanagar 7th block.

Staffs were good in displaying variety of products. Nicely interacted and they did their best.

Still these Bata people are charging Rs.3 for paper bags.... Jayanagar 7th block... when I asked them to take out the board they said as per companys rules we have kept it... inspite of they are fined they are still charging... please dont pay for it ...

A good Bata store. The collection and display is good. Customer service is good. Parking available in front of the store. Overall a good place for footwear purchase. Bata now has more variety and choices.

Spacious good out let of the reputed Bata showroom. Has good collection. Staff are courteous. Car parking if you are lucky, but broad main road. Ample space for two wheeler parking. GF & FF for kids. Overall a better showroom when compared to other outlets around Jayanagar. Close to Yediyur market, Ganesha Temple & Anjaneyar temple.

Collections & Discounts are good. Purchased 3 pairs of Slippers. Its in Yediyur junction and easily accessible. They are not aware about the timings they mentioned on Google map. Closing time they mentioned as 10pm. So I have visited the place around 9pm. Also I have called couple of times before reaching there to check their availability. No response if we call to the given contact number. Shop people say closing time is 9pm only. They wont even wait for 5 or 10mins. They simply ask us to come tomorrow. Its not good. Otherwise products are good.

Most of time I see offer board out side of the shop . As 50% to 70%. As sameMrp discount .

This used to be my favourite Bata store in South Bangalore. Of late, parking four wheeler is a challenge as metal chains are hung to prevent parking. The store staff is also disinterested to attend to you or answer your queries. The AC is switched on only when sufficient customers are in the showroom.Update:Visited the showroom recenty (18-Nov-2017). Metal chains have been removed to allow 2 wheeler/4 wheeler parking for the customers. The staff are courteous and the AC was working even when there were few customers (non peak hours). Impressed with the changes! Thanks to the owner for responding.

All old. Collection. Not refreshed since a long time. Products on discount sale is really throwaway cheap non Bata stuff. Absolutely no discounts on Bata products. So dont waste time.

Today I visited the showroom around 7. No service guy was knowledgeable. The person handling the cash counter advices the salesmen not to convince if customer is not happy with the product. I purchased two pairs of socks and while billing the person never treated me good

A really good Bata shoes showroom with some more brands like hush puppies etc. They have a very good and wide collection of daily, casual and formal wear and accessories to go with, with some reasonable prices. The good thing is they have a good amount of parking available which is a big relief.

I have never been disappointed visiting this store ever, from past 10 years I am visiting the store and you will definitely find your need your requirement your kind of shoes or slippers so over this place even for kids there separate floor and you can find lot of options which you cannot expect in the other Bata showrooms and now and nowadays bata has become a kind of multi brand store so they have acquired Hush puppies and the other shoe brand so you can find both some local but I made cheap and best shoes and slippers and the one branded as Hush puppies shoes and slippers there and you will be never be disappointed

Good one. Some sandals brought from here didnt last long. Before, there was a saying that if u buy sandals from there, it will last long and we have to throw by getting bored. Price is moderately high and designs are still old. No much fancy designs. Discounts are given for years old unsold items.

Hushpuppies is priced more at Bata. Set of socks costs 10 dollars. poor Indian! Please save your moneyAnd the owner responds back to me that I have to behave like indian. Thats what I was trying to do. He is selling socks at cost of US dollar, and he is irked by my sarcasm. Please Bata retailer run the show its not Vyaparam droha chintanam👍

I had a very bad experience today, they dont know how to interact with customers. I jst asked to show the different models, but the guy who interacted with us behaved rudely. request to take care of these peoples else your shop name will get spoil. Even there is no point of contact (manager) was available by that time. However we got a good leather shoes in s s leather shop.
