Viva Toyota Show Room and Service Centre on the way to Bangalore International Air port. Very spacious place and hundreds of cars can be parked. Service is excellent and individual attention is given by personnel. I was very happy with service. Beautiful entrance and lobby. Ambience is very good.

Good customer care and ample space for parking and exploring new cars.Toyota should bring more small and mid cars to India. Making Hybrid cars like Prius in India will help India reduce pollution and improve fuel economy. As a dealer, Viva should convey these points.

Toyota brand speaks louder than any opinion. Staff are trained well to cooperate with customers. They sell most of premium vehicles so they understand the value of every customer. Facilities are up to the mark. Looking forward some electric variant in mid segment.

Car was perfectly fine when it went for service. After it came back clutch plate and abs was screwed. Was a regular customer of service with them but now big no to this service centre.

These guys are the pits! Totally corrupt! Always issues whenever my car goes in for service. During the last service they put a hole in the upholstery of the front drivers seat and then swore profusely that it was already there. One week before travelling to Goa I got the car serviced so that it would safely get me to my destination. Unfortunately they had neglected to notice a severed pipe from the engine coolant to the radiator. The result was my family and I ALMOST BEING KILLED ON THE HIGHWAY due to the negligence of Viva Toyota. It turns out they had glued the pipe (not very sensible in a hot engine). The catastrophic breakdown has resulted in an estimated bill of Rs 2.8 lakhs. Of course, Viva have washed their hands of all responsibility as they always do. Criminal!!! Now that I am looking to sue these creatures, my investigations have unearthed numerous serious corrupt activities, although they are well connected as all dodgy business leaders are with the dodgy politicians. Do yourselves a favour and choose a different dealership, or it could be your life next time! Btw, I gave one star as it wouldnt allow me to put zero. As this situation was so serious, I am now encouraging all my contacts and ALL expat communities to boycott Viva Toyota. We all know how expats love Toyota Innovas. They may cost me a lot of unnecessary time and money, but I guarantee Viva Toyota will lose far more by the time Im finished. In the age of social media, the customer really is king and weve all seen how companies can be destroyed through social media. Not once has anyone in authority even be bothered to look into this issue, so unfortunately they will have to face the consequences of their lax attitude. To think they could have just been civil and offered even just 50% to appease the situation. More fool them!

I had to get my Corollas Windshield replaced. First I spoke to Raghavendra from Viva Toyota Yelahanka service center who referred me to Rohit who works at Viva Toyota Hunasamaranahalli Body shop division. He was very professional right from the word go. He followed up by placing the order for the parts and glass in advance, set the right expectation as to when it could be fixed. Syed kept me updated about the status periodically. As promised Rohit and Syed delivered the car with windshield fixed on time. The technician has done a neat job. Kudos to team Viva Toyota. And the Hunasamaranahalli center is a huge space, ample space for parking. Highly recommend!
