A car that belongs to Brigade Honda hit my car from behind. The driver of the company car did some reckless driving by not paying attention to the traffic. The driver hit my car from behind in spite of me slowing down normally because of the traffic ahead of me. The office staff was extremely rude about this whole situation. The head of the service center (Jai Kumar) did not even want to have a full fledged conversation with me or my dad about the whole situation when I went to the showroom. My father thought the driver was intoxicated, which is why he mentioned that. For bringing up intoxication, employee Harish was screaming at me. They were at total fault, and they were rude to me. Did not even offer to fix the dent to a reasonable extent in their service center.

One of the worst services. In addition to the complaints I have given, my car is spoiled by this service center. When asked for test drive after service, the service man was like how can you ask for that. Since it was raining heavily, I didnt take a test drive during service delivery. Now I have list of complaints and should go to this place again. My nee car is spoiled by these people.

Extremely disappointing Service Experience. I had scheduled a pick and drop service. Firstly, the drivers for pickup was delayed by more than 2 hours and then the supervisor in charge took 1.5 further hours to call for details to start the service. Because of this delay they kept the vehicle overnight and I had 2 main requests, out of which 1 was not noted/forgotten. The fuel level when car was sent vs job card received from the service station suddenly changed from 7/8 to 1/2. Thankfully after my pestering, they corrected their data/fuel level (Im not sure which one). Then they sent a laundry list of proposed repairs w/o any explanation and funnily did not include my 2 requests. After I asked them to stick to basics, I called next day to confirm if car was ready and my 2 requests were addressed, the supervisor had no clue. Eventually, they sent the car without remembering my 2 requests because they were busy and forgot. Really a waste of time.

I had a great experience visiting the Brigade Honda Showroom. I had been there to check a new car and they took time to understand my requirement. They were very friendly and approachable. I asked a lot of questions and technical details of the Car and majority were answered. Some answers seemed incorrect to me though. True Showroom is really spacious and neat. They have all their Vehicle models and variants available there, even for Test Drive.I took a Test Drive once and I couldnt judge the Car well enough so next day I asked them for Test Drive again and they allowed without any hesitation.They also have Workshop here for all kinds of servicing, spare parts, repairs, etc.

Very poor services. Nothing was planned as we walked in for service pick of our car and this was even after they called us to reach for the pickup. Sheer negligence on the parts of the executives. Major communication gap between them, no coordination and such carelessness-made us sit for more than an hour for such silly things that were bound to be done beforehand. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone, anyday!

Denied of providing some body shop repairs before delivering car, very little discount offered. compelling 3500 for RC transfer where the actual cost in RTO wont cost you money than 700rs.They wont let you get RC transferred by your own.They want people to just pay with out asking questions.Bad mouthing costomers behind their back.

The worst possible service and customer connect that one can expect. My car had stalled in the middle of the road I called them today to request for help. Firstly I had to keep calling because they wouldnt respond and when the eventually did I was told someone would connect with me. Well its been more than 2 hours now and am still waiting for a call back. I wonder if they cant rise to the occassion when there has been a breakdown. Wonder when else they would respond. This is inspite of the fact that I had bought my car from this dealer. That was another harrowing experience but thats for later

Had given my car for 2nd free service ( pick up and drop). When I got the car back it felt as if the car was just taken to the service center, parked for a few hours then returned. No exterior cleaning, dirt marks from before service were same to same. Interior was also not vaccumed, in fact was dirtier than before with dirty hand marks left on door paddings by people who handled it. Pack of highly dishonest jokers running the service center, looting Honda in the name of free service.

Went there for a problem with right side front window of my car. Window was open and was unable to close due to issue with the motor (as per service center staff).I was told part was not available to fix problem, hence I can pay advance and part will be ordered and it will take a week’s time to get the required part and once the part reaches and I will get a call on the same.Paid the advance and waited for their call for 10 days, but no one turned back. Tried calling the numbers which were there on the cash receipt given to me, all of those numbers were not working. Then found a number from Google and called them and they told part is already there with them. Not sure why they did not call me and expected me to call them.Went to the service center for getting the issue fixed, receptionist started checking it and she was not able to find out whether the part was there or not and then she tooo the help of one more person and he was not sure whether the part was there or not, there were confusions within them.Somehow they were able to make out part was available and I was told it will take 3 more hours to fix the issue. Car was taken to the workshop and I was asked to wait in the customers lounge.After sometime service advisor called and told me car was ready and I should pay the balance amount, in total I paid 4.5k for the work done and the part.Service advisor handed over the gate pass to me near the customer lounge and he did not take me to the car to show what work they have done.When I went, window was working and the issue was fixed. But there were oil and grease marks inside car on the legroom, glass also had finger prints with oil and grease marks. Atleast they were not able to clean the car which could have taken around 5 to 10 more minutes.I am unhappy with the service, they took time and had no courtesy to inform me when the part was available, when I took the car initially, they would have closed the window, but they did not do it. I had to keep the window open till it got fixed (for around two weeks). The numbers provide on cash receipt does not work. Also they did not deliver the car to me in clean condition and service advisor did not come till the car to show me the work done.I AM ATTACHING THE PHOTOGRAPHS OF CAR WHILE IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME.

I Had a great experience buying a new car at Brigade Honda, Sales Staff are extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Having a toddler and newborn at home, it’s not easy to find time to come into the dealership. Sales Person answer a lot of my questions over the phone and even came in late one night after his shift was already over to meet me at the dealership.Thankfully the dealership is open late so I was able to come in after I put my kids to bed. Sales person went above and beyond my expectations and definitely one of the best car salesmen I’ve dealt with.The whole car buying experience went very smoothly. When I went to pick up the car, they gave me a very detailed tour of the car to explain all of the features and make sure I was fully set up. With all of the new tech in cars these days, the in person demo and setup was super helpful and much appreciated!

Worst experience ... I called to book an appointment for my honda city and I was told to come next day morning by 8.45 so that I wont have to be in queue. So I reached by 8.30 and one of the staff called me to know what service I need I asked him when will I get my vehicle back after service because I didnt had have whole day but he was not at all professional. His attitude was like if he is doing a favor to me by calling me because I reached there early . He said our staff will come after 10 you have to wait , I called you because I felt pity that you were waiting there ... Seriously pity ... You feel pity for your customers ??? After that he said that you will get your car by evening 4pm I told him I want earlier than that then he rudely said if you have problems talk to the upper management..I left that place then and there .. I will never visit this place again. Definitely these guys dont know how to behave with customers.

The Honda is ergonomically superior to other vehicles I have owned. It is very user friendly in its location of buttons for cruise control, lights, and dashboard. Comfy and roomy seats. Gas consumption is very satisfactory. Great pick up and braking. It is a very reliable vehicle and have had no major repairs needed.

Sales:My Honda Amaze was delivered to me on Dec 25th 2020 and this is my fist car. The delivery process was smooth however, the 25k vouchers that were promised were not given till today in spite of my several follow-ups with the sales manager.Service:On 27th Dec my car was hit by someone while it was parked. Since the car was new, the service guys asked me to wait for couple of days (for number plate) to register a claim. I made several follow-up calls before I gave my vehicle for repair on 30th Dec and been promised to get it back in 3 to 4 days, since they had the stock of bumper that needed replacement. After several calls and follow-ups the vehicle was repaired. I went to the showroom to collect the vehicle on Jan 9th and found that there were several misalignments. Every time I asked them to fix something, they misaligned something else, finally I collected my vehicle and left. On the next day found that the bonnet and light are still misaligned, so I told them I will have it fixed during my first service as I ran out patience and time.I gave my vehicle for the first service on 18th Jan @11 am and instructed them to fix the body work. The vehicle was delivered to me around 4 pm again with multiple misalignments.I went back to the showroom and escalated the situation to “Mr. JaiKumar – Service head”. I waited outside the showroom for 2 hours waiting for the car to be fixed. He didn’t even have the basic courtesy to assure me about the repairs and lacked basic customer service skills. I was quite surprised with his attitude.Honda cars are great however, Honda brigade service is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced.

Very Lethargic Accounts team and executive follow-up.I got my vehicle serviced from Brigade Honda on 8th October 2020. The bill amount was Rs 6851. I paid through credit card. There was a double swiping transaction on my credit card in the name of SriLakshmi Automobiles on 8 Oct2020 at 17:14:26 and 17:16:17 both amount being Rs 6851 each (Total: Rs 13702) . Mr. Jose from Brigade Honda was the executive who had got my vehicle serviced. He had been involved in getting this issue resolved since 18 days. Request Brigade Honda to kindly refund me back my amount of Rs. 6851 at the earliest since it has been 18 days I havent received my amount yet.

I had completely damaged my engine cover while driving through waterlogged areas in Bangalore post a heavy rainfall. It was already old(6yrs) and had taken severe beating, but this was the nail in the coffin. My front bumper fenders were also bend and was touching my tyres while taking turns. On top of that I got an alarming malfunction indicator running! I drove to Brigade the following morning and met a service advisor Joseph, who promptly acted on the issues explaining each minute details of the problem. Luckily the engine cover was in stock and I got it replaced, and an entire system check was done to ensure everything is right! Delighted by the quick responsiveness and perfectly executed repairs on all the problems. Thanks to Brigade Honda and Joseph particularly!

I took my car for a check-up to Brigade Honda Yelahanka day before yesterday. They charged me 800/- for a check-up and additional ~600 for some greasing of brakes. The attendant told me that general check-up would involve topping up oil, wiper liquid, coolant, checking air pressure, filling air etc. None of this was done. I am highly doubtful about the greasing on brakes as the tyres were never removed. I got air checked at a petrol pump and got it refilled. Filled water in wiper spray storage myself at home today. Utterly frustrating and I have decided that I am never visiting this Brigade Honda Yelahanka again.
