Very worst place and they have cheated the customers who come for stay. No air-conditioning. No lights in the floor. No hot water. No cable connection. Totally pathetic. Just checked in and ran out immediately. Please please dont get duped by external set up.

To summarize, the stay was much below expectations from a Ramada group hotel. Here is a break up with respect to all important parameters for a fun-filled family holiday:1. COVID-19 Safety and Sanitization: No-one ever checked our temperature when we entered on Saturday at 12:45 pm. No luggage scan or no sanitizer for us to sanitize and enter.2. Luggage Assistance: No one assisted us with our bags when we parked our car at the entrance. We had to wait for the front desk manager to call someone after which, our bags were moved towards the lift.3. Gym: The gym has a certain brand of workout machines which Ive never seen before. Lubrication of moving parts is not done for many years which has made the utility of the equipment nearly impossible. Treadmill did not allow increasing the pace of walking, only allowed increasing the Incline4. Hot Water for Shower: Our Bathroom in room 1223 did not get hot water. My sis-in-law had to have bath in cold water, while we waited for more than 30 minutes to get lukewarm water. Basic need of hot water was not met which is beyond criminal5. Tata-Sky without Paid Channels - Being a Saturday, we wanted to enjoy the IPL, however, to our shock, the Setup box in our room did not have any Paid channels. We demanded the front desk to get us a setup box with sports channels and we finally got one6. Light in room - One bright light in the room could not be switched off through the night. We had to sleep with one of the lights ON. Maintenance told us that it is the design and this light cannot be turned OFF at any cost one a guest has checked into the room.7. Food Quality - Exorbitant price for the quality of food we ordered for Lunch. My suggestion to order from SwiggyFinal Recommendation: Do Not stay here even if you have nothing to do at home.

Food was ok ok. Common Rest rooms are not maintained properly. Location is good. Sweet was counted and kept which was not sufficient for the guests when ordered buffet lunch.

This place provides you with great ambience even though it is placed inside a bustling city. It’s a get away that is worth it with serene views with greens all over. The experience is pleasant and the food is satisfying. Overall would recommend to spend your weekend here for a relaxing effect👍🏾

Zero stars I would say.Horrible hospitality. Stayed during the 2nd week of August for 2days. AC stopped working midnight . Food at buffet counter was always insufficient, everytime the staff would say u came late so we all ate ( even if you are ontime) Spread was also minimal.. if u order even a cup of milk to your room, it would take atleast 1hr to be delivered. Washrooms near the lobby would stink throught the day. On the whole a very very bad experience.

Quality of food is worst, I wont ever recommend to stay there. I asked to check the TV more than 3 times but they didnt do anything.

Hotel was alright but they gave all the rooms to other guests even though we booked well in advance. And they gave us a checkedout room in another block, and some function was happening in the lawn till 3:30AM...so there was lot of noise and so much disturbance.Value for money...do not keep any more expectations.

They have found tricks of making extra bucks by asking you to pay for the stained bed sheets or bed covers. Do they expect us to wash it and give back? For the few stains which we do not know if it was already there or not we had to pay. They had charged us 1,300Rs for these stains saying it would not go if washed. Looks like they have figured out a way of making money in these trying (covid) times.And the breakfast buffet spread was just limited to idli and dosa, but you still pay premium for this hotel. There is no waiver on the price.So choose a better hotel nearby and stay away from this hotel and do not get cheated.We have travelled so many places and stayed in different hotels but never experienced this kind of scam.

Nice ambience & great staff

Absolutely Terrible.The hotel management needs a serious overhaul. We booked this for a nights stay recently. We were a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. When we arrived, there was no one to help us with luggage. Again, the people at reception were new and not trained on their own systems and took a lot of time to check us in with frequent discussions and arguments amongst themselves. When we entered the rooms, we were disappointed to note that the rooms did not have proper furniture, the telephones were not operational, the wi-fi was not working and the tea-coffee maker was not available. We went down and complained, they told us that this block is newly constructed and is still being furnished. Did not understand why they allocated such rooms to guests. Anyway, they said that they will take care of the problems and we went out for sometime. When we returned, we found that the condition was the same, nothing had been done. We complained again and this time instead of doing something about it, they started arguing and fighting amongst themselves. Finally they refused to do anything about it. We requested for room change. They offered us rooms facing the garden where a wedding function was in progress with full blast DJ. We refused to stay in these highly noisy rooms and requested for cancellation and refund, which they finally agreed to after about an hour of pushing and pestering. Finally, we moved out of the hotel and to a relatives place at 9 pm.

NIGHTMARE HOTEL!!I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights from Make my trip. I reached Bangalore Airport at 8.30 PM and called the hotel almost 100 times no one picked up.We reached the hotel around 9.45 (Its a one hour drive from the airport). Once we reached the hotel, the driver kept honking for a good 15 minutes, the gatekeeper was very angry and reluctantly opened the door. The front door of the reception was barricaded and some construction was going on, it took another 20 minutes to figure a way to the back door entrance to the reception, until then we had not seen a single person from the hotel. Once we reached the reception, there was no one there, we went back to the car and carried our luggage to the reception. After a good 15 minutes wait, we finally found a staff at the Restaurant, she informed us that it was the second anniversary of the hotel and everyone was busy in the the house party. After a long discussion another staff came and possibly alloted the worst rooms in the hotel. We informed make my trip and when they called the reception, the phone kept ringing in front of us and they did not pick it up.On the way to the rooms we find there was no light in the elevator.As soon as we reached our room, we asked for a menu, they gave us a single sheet of printed paper (attached with the review) and informed us to order the food within 5 minutes.Once we placed our order, they told us only two veg items are available, we agreed to it, once they served the food, we realized they had served us left overfood (pics attached). We informed the reception and make my trip. Same night once we switched on the TV there was no reception. One of the lights in the room did not switch off, when we informed the reception they sent an electrician at 12. 15 A.m. , he simply removed the light.Once we got to the bed, we felt that there was a humming sound and vibration in the bed, we informed the reception and they told us it was because of the AC VRV unit on the roof and that they cant do anything about it.Next day we informed the restaurant manager of the fiasco last night and showed him the pictures of the food served, he had nothing to say. We had to drop our son to the boarding at evening, we asked the reception to send someone to pick up the luggage to the car, they sent a girl to pick the bags, she very honestly told us she wont be able to pick the bags, we had to carry out bags to the car.After my son left, I confronted the reception staff in person and categorically informed everything, all she had to say was, she was sorry because they had a small number of staff at hand. I also informed her that Ill be posting everything that happened, she couldnt care less and told us we are free to do so.We again called make my trip, even they failed to contact the hotel and were surprised by the sorry state of affairs. Same night we informed the reception that there was still no reception on theTV, again nothing happened.In conclusion,1. The hotel is a long way from the airport and the city, located in a village.2. If youre expecting hospitality, forget about it, be preparing to carry your own bags to your room.3. Expect an elevator with no lights.4.Staff that couldnt care less.5. Rooms on the second floor where the lights wouldnt switch off.6. Television with no reception.7. Dirty bathroom floors.8. No one that can resolve any problems you may face.9 Above all leftover food from the party.10. Dont expect hospitality.The list can simply go on.Dont waste your time, money and efforts staying here. You will certainly regret.

This resort is spread across more than five acres of landscaped gardens with walking and jogging paths, ample space for meetings and events, and a wellness spa with meditation center.Recently visited this place with a bunch of friends, i must say that this place impressed me.A huge place of over 5 acres of land with a pleasing service.They have a restaurant inside, by name B64. Visited this restaurant as well, and found it to be one of the best places around. Amazing food, pleasing ambience with an energetic and helpful staff. What else could one ask for? I loved their mocktails, they were refreshing. The Broccoli soup with garlic bread went very well. No complaints on their main course at all. Desserts, of all, stole my heart. The choco brownie cake made the entire experience last longer.Food- 5/5Ambience- 5/5Service- 5/5

This place is a little away from the city and the Hustle bustle thence offering a very laid back kind of atmosphere.We were here for dinner and we were not disappointed. Most of the reviews that I read about this place mentioned a very helpful and friendly staff named Anup and he was the one who catetered to us as well.Hospitality is definitely up there, with attentive staff taking care of any need that you might have.Mr. Anup even took time to explain some of the details regarding the location, the naming of the restaurant and many other things that went into the theme of this hotel. Coming to the food itself, it was definitely up to my expectations.We started off with the soups and were literally blown away with the taste. The starter was good, although we would have preferred it to be a little less dry. In main course, the curry was good in taste, albeit a bit spicy. But definitely nothing that would make me rate it less. We finished off with some Hakka noodles which again was literally oh so yumm.I would definitely want to go there once again with some more time at hand.PS: Mr. Anup gave us a small guided tour of the entire premise with lots of information on whats lined up in days to come as they become fully operational.

An upscale restaurant and resort. We had been here for dinner. Very silent place, not many tables where filled. The atmosphere Inside is excellent, well decorated. Folks here are very very friendly and always ready to help. Loved their service. We had manchow soup and panner tika as starter. Food was served neat and hot. The bread and rice too is very tasty. Very neat and clean. Food is on the higher range, to match the luxury property. The washrooms are very neat and hygiene. This place has a resort and also offer accommodation. Spacious place to park your vehicle.

5 days ago, being starved, decided to go to a hotel wherein I can pamper myself. And the highly spoken and commented hotel in and around ranjankunte. I decided to visit the above hotel. Considering taking a small road right next to a petrol bunk lead me to the entrance , where I had to wait for 5mins as there was a dispute being resolved at the entrance of the hotel by the staff members blocking/denying entrance to someone.As I entered in enquiring if food is available, I headed towards the main restuarant entrance, upon which I enquired with the security standing right infront of the restaurant entrance the availability of valet parking to which confirming nod was received. Upon parking the car in a manner which it can be moved easily to park. I got down and to my utter shock, the man denies valet parking, I requested him if I could park under the canopy , considering it was still drizzling and 2 cars were already parked and there was space for 2 more.He said its not possible to park anywhere near the canopy and I would have to park and walk back in the rain.I just sat back in the car and drove back. If they can not provide basic amenities of valet parking when it rains or even have the humanitarian motion of not letting someone get drenched in the rain and me being a potential customer to them.I felt their services inside will definitely not worth of that I have heard about.

The best for out door events, spacious parking with pleasant environment

I had good time here........me, my mother and grandparents went to meet my dad over lunch and the food tastes good, especially the pakodas..and the service was excellent. Behaviour of staff was very professional...., ambience was excellent. However, prices are bit high.

Ramada Resort is am upcoming resort in the outskirts of bangalore near yelhanka, this place has a lot of premium players working along with them to give Ana amazing experience. This place is a dream! You will be shocked while trying to find the place because it is huge, A 5.5 Acre property with a fine dine restaurant and a bunch of amenities like a NERF GUN ARENA!They even have a volleyball court which doubles as a badminton court, a ground to place cricket, a bunch of conference rooms and 80+ rooms to rest and enjoy in. The restaurant here is B64, a comfortable and a lovely place with some of the best 5 star food I’ve eaten till date, and they’re not even at 5 star prices!Sustenance here is key, they recycle almost all the water, they are one of the only resorts which is very close to receiving a Green Certificate for all the things they do. They even have a fishing area, and a huge garden filled with vegetables and all of which are grown in the cleanest and healthiest way possible. This is also one of the only places which have priced at a very affordable rate for all the amenities they have to offer. They also have a convention center with seats up to 600 people at once! And this very hall can be split into two halls for a relatively smaller event if needed. To wrap things up, Ramada is my new favourite place for events and staycations and evening family outings. Will always go back here!

Moderately huge resort at the outskirts of Indians own silicon valley, Bangalore. Great food, lots of greenery, well kept lawns with recreational spaces. Great service, clean and tidy, well interior designed rooms. Halls are available, good place for functions. Particularly brilliant assistance for the disabled and elderly.

Located little off from the cityscape, Ramada offers good stay with a lot of outdoor activities as well. They have a nice pool, football, basketball courts and a huge lawn. Their rooms are spacious, neat and provide good food. Rooms seems to be but costly but worth it for the amenities they provide. Its also a good place for office outing or a friends party.

This is indeed a lavish and far spread property...families and solos can plan to spend an exciting day filled with some great experience around the amazing big lawns, football turfs, tasty culinary cuisines and some peaceful escape from the noisy environment of bangalore. Sit in the lawn, get a chilled beer and things will start falling in its plaxe 🙂🙂🙂✌️

Great place to spend business travels or family stay. Rooms are extremely clean and filled with amenities. I was very well received at the hotel, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful place, when you walk inside the corridor its quite peaceful. Luxury always attracts and you will not be disappointed after a visit to this place. Looking forward to visit again. Clean maintenance , friendly nature and great food

We went to Ramada for companys annual outing. There were around 800-1000people.We went to the pool at 5:00pm in the evening as it would be less occupied at that time, but were denied entry by staff saying pool timing is only from 12:00 to 4:00pm. They even made everyone vacate the pool side area and locked it.While it was clearly written on the instructions board that pool is open till 9:00pm. On saying the same they said it was applicable for in-house guest only.The baddest thing was their way of talking. No body in the hotel business can use that tone.Also the basket polls in the basket ball court didnt had any board(D). 😐Rest was ok ok.

A nice property in the outer skirts of Bangalore. The approach to the hotel is not very good but they have a beautifully maintained lush green sprawling lawns. lawns are so huge that a party of around 2000 people can be arranged. They have limited room around 60 only.Food is average good, staff is efficient and cooperative.

If you want some peace and want to relax from your normal routine then Ramada Bengaluru Yelahanka is the place for you.I loved the stay and hospitality, the staff is very polite and the way they take care of you is amazing.Rooms were spacious and well maintained.Another best part is its near to the airport as well.

Beautiful hotel near by to International Airport, located in place were you can reach easily. Very well done hotel interiors to international standards and many amenities to enjoy along. Rooms are cozy and warm and well maintained, wide variety in choice of breakfast and tasty too. One can just rejuvenate here and feel relaxed once inside the property, Check in and check out was hassle free. Overall highly recommend place to stay.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of staying at Ramada, Yelahanka. The check-in was smooth and we were shown the room.Things went from ok to bad within no time. The small window in the room has no curtains and the light floods in straight to bed. We went out came back and slept. In the night it was hot and I couldnt understand why. Morning 6am sun started flooding in to the room through the window without curtains and we had to get up as there was no way we could sleep with our eyes flooding with sunlight. After getting up I found the air conditioning unit is not working and informed front desk. Your technician came checked the panel said he will be back in two minutes and he never came back. After that I went to breakfast and saw him loitering over there. I finished breakfast and checked out immediately.

Good things: Very good rooms. New property, big rooms, well designed. Very spacious. We had a great time at the pool side partying till late night.Bad things: Poor housekeeping. Order something & the boy will come after you have already finished your work. Not suitable for corporate meetings.Breakfast menu has many things. But they take time till eternity to refill the stuff. By then your hunger is killed.

I was going through some of the reviews, but most of them are not true, this place is excellent. Fantastic interiors & food; Great location; Above average hospitality.The hotel is lavishly-appointed, with several thoughtful touches to make the entire experience more Indian — from traditional Indian welcome gifts to a flautist performing in the expansive and serene lobby. The staff was friendly and courteous — everyone I interacted with recognized me throughout my stay and did their best to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was unforgettable, with a clear emphasis on local cuisine while also providing expanded Western breakfast options

Very newly constructed hotel with wonderful smiling staff. Checkin was smoooth and was done in less than 1 minute. Was served with nice welcome drink.Rooms are spacious and guest friendly. Washrooms are big and clean. Housekeeping is good here at hotel.Found the staff to be responsive and courteous. No matter what kind of outing you are looking for , this place has the best package for you in terms of quality and price.

Wonderful place

I would suggest you to visit this place if you want to have some peaceful walk. I found this resort too expensive for the things they offer. There are few team building activities and some games. I couldnt enjoy the dj night as there was restriction in music volume. The resort is situated close to residential area so there is no permission to play the music in high volume. I would suggest you to check other resorts if you want to spend entire day with varieties of activities and end with good dj night. The place is good for conducting marriage or some get together parties as it has huge open space but there is no much entertainment.

One of the most beautiful and enjoyable stay I had so far in Bangalore. Excellent in every way and the most beautiful part is the greenery view sitting outside the balcony of your stay. Vast selection of items in breakfast/lunch/dinner. Perfect place for destination wedding and to spend time during weekends. Looking forward to visiting again 😊

Not Covid compliant like thermal screening absent and sanitizer not available in washrooms etc. Property is Ok but considering present situation not recommended.

Very convenient location, especially for those who dont need to go into the city. Homely atmosphere. A lot of open space that is relaxing. The airplane landing and take off noise is hardly noticeable. The breakfast is a lively spread and the rooms are very cosy. From the corridor leading to the rooms there are lovely views of the airport. Beautiful sight in the evenings. Excellent staff. Very courteous and and always smiling. Excellent food and swimming pool

Very new place started at jul 19. Class, good service and good staffs. Neat, clean, good food. It is a sports hotel, you can play all sorts of games there, they have a very good cricket pitch. Its near airport but little inside, very spaceous like a resort.

It is an awesome place to stay.The architecture is spellbinding and make you feel like modern day royalty.It is built on almost 5 acres of land and has many activities to keep you engaged through out your stay.You can do everything from fishing to playing paintball.If you are travelling to the city it is the place to be.

I can’t really understand the positive rankings here. Yes, it is a nice property but the basics of a Hotel are not fulfilled . The whole property seams to be not ready even they opened the hotel 7 months ago. I stayed in room 301, every pieces which was mounted to the walls are not sitting right or were broken already, water in shower was not able to flow away, everything was not clean, towels were totally dirty, never saw something like that before. Service is really bad in the restaurant, Bar is still not open, Fitness center is not ready, Internet is not working,... I can not recommend to stay here. As mentioned nice property/location but the basic of a hotel is totally missing.No curtain on the window in direction of the hotel. Therefore it is not dark in the room because of big lights outside.The general idea of the hotel is more than food but they totally forget about the basics of a hotel.

Not nice food

We booked 31 rooms and asked for 8 extra beds. We got mattresses vs. roll away beds as initially promised. On sharing disappointment and asking why were were being fully charged for beds, received some very vague answers. Mattresses were not available when we walked in at 1130pm as they had been sent to the wrong rooms. A few guests had food poisoning and the management team showed no concern. Room service at 2am was sent to the wrong rooms. Unlikely we would book this place for any future events, due to lack of apathy and customer service.

Need to maintain more discipline and hospitality.
