Nice place. Good people (support staff). The only problem with this place is parking. It is very difficult to find parking. Otherwise everything good eat out are nearby chill outs are near by as well :). And bus stops are also nearby and are frequent and now metro is not far.

This is the place having nearly 10 software companies and place is maintained very well. This place is near to Banashankari bus stop. Easily accessible and also looks safe place. This place is quite near to the hotels also. This premises is nearby to Jayanagar also easily commutable place from banashankari jayanagar mysore road also. Near to this Mindtree MNC company is also there. Its next to ittu GA technologies software company. Even the outer ring towards kanakapura is also easily accessible from this place.

Used to be the address to have a decade ago.Mindtree was here. Needs care and attention. Seems to be getting it now.Convenient location with 2 Metro stations, Banashankari & RV Stations less than a km away.

Very old brigade construction. Very poor with respect to what current brigade maintains recent construction..

Worked here in a company for around 10 months. Its a very small tech park with no big company in it. The parking is always almost full. It is very difficult to get parking space for car if you reach here after 11am.The security guards are completely waste. They stop all the cars entering the premises and check check for bomb near the front portion of the cars tyres using a mirror tied to a stick. I asked one security guy that why do u use a mirror and only check for bomb near front tyres, if someone wants to blow the park then they can carry it even in the back or inside the car. His reply just stunned me, he said I dont know sir we have been told to stop every car and see the front tyres using the mirror so that people get a impression that the security is tight here.

Banashankaris work area

The place is moderately good, the security is worse as there is no safety for the vehicles parked inside. Something or the other would be damaged in the vehicle even with CCTV cameras installed all over the place. It is pretty annoying and irritating when the vehicle is parked in full safety and still there are damages.

I work in Tower B. Very old building. Gettig lifts is a problem. Its not smart lift. Toilets are stinky by adternoon. Sometimes water problem.
