I went here to purchase a mattress for the crib. The store helped me with chosing the correct dimension required and also verified it over phone that it did fit well after i took it home. Very helpful staff.

Had a pleasant experience at First cry JP Nagar outlet. Staff especially Mr Atanu Kar was very courteous. We had to return an item which was found to be defective. Mr Atanu made sure we got a replacement at the earliest and kept updating us on regular intervals on replacement status. Would be happy to visit them again!!!

I used to take diaper from Medicine stores , BB, etc. until I discovered this place. Many a times those diapers were leaky.I get genuine diapers at a much discounted rates, usually 25% or more. Hence 5 star rating.The customer service is good and there is assurance of Mahindra Brand.

Excellent customer service at this store, the staff are very helpful in finding your desired collection of clothes and toys.Especially the manager Atanu was very helpful, he resolved most of our queries we had while buying stroller, he even stayed back late beyond 9.30 which is their closing hour to show us different types of stroller.Atanu opened different brands/types of stroller boxes to demo the model with every minute detail about the strollers. Where as I had visited other stores before visiting here, they only tried to missell the product.Strongly recomend this store, I will only be visiting this store here onwards.

The firstcry shop at jp nagar is one of the best shop for buying kids dresses and toys has good collection and offers very good discounts thru out the year, the staffs in the shop are very friendly and active all the time. One of the best store to buy baby product from day 1. Mostly everything like baby care, baby diapering, baby bathing, flooding, baby cloths and accessories etc are available. Store has good collection of strollers,walkers, cycles,rockers etc. Different Variety of dresses from ethnic to western are there. Feeding bottles, breast pumps etc baby nursing items are available of good brand. But there are some price differences in online and stores. Online prices are much cheaper.

It is a popular brand store for kids dresses, toys and other tiny tots items. The showroom is neat and the staff attend to the customer is good. Many a times some discounts are also allowed from the Company

Very nice place for baby related products. They have very superior quality clothes for kids. I was impressed by their collection and they run very good offers every now and then. Me and my wife both love their collection. I have been buying here since my baby was born and my babys clothes are still intact and no signs of wear. They have a wide range of clothes , from daily wear to occasional wear , summer wear, winter wear etc . Also check out their maternity collection. They are good too.

Friendly staff and excellent service

The service is very bad, they do not respond to you unless you are buying something. If you go back with an issue, they dont reply unless you raise your voice even if the product has warranty. Product quality is not upto the mark.
