Its an horrible experience . i felt like i gave my head to and fresher who is trying to figure out how to cut the hair. Previously i have done my hair cut in play salon phoenix market city and it was the best experience and the stylist was so professional he did understand my requirement and did the best.Never ever visit here. I would chop my hair with trimmer myself rather then giving 1350 for this salon. Total disaster.

Most unprofessional hair service from the salon, spoiled my Husbands haircut and I asked for a specific colour and they ended up doing nothing at all as the stylist had no experience, she took 30 minutes to decide and ended up spoiling my hair big time despite a clear photo was shown to her about the colour i wanted. The outcome was no colour in the hair and hair ends turning reddish, when specifically she was told no shades of red should be used. The stylist in the salon have no experience of texture, kind and colour of the customers hair and just are busy in bulldozing their own ideas.Further more what was hurtful was that i was so upset while she was blowdrying i wanted to leave and asked for a paddle brush and she pulled my hair for a photo despite me telling her not to twice!!! the stylist has so much attitude that she says to her it looks ok!!! So I spent more than average on my hair with an outcome where i just wanted to dye my hair jet black, even that would better than what they did to my hair. Pathetic service, spoiled my hair, i should have not gone for a hair service here and should have read the google reviews. NONO for any hair service.

Hi,This was my first time to play salon. Most importantly in this situation of Corona they took all the measures and hygiene, I really appreciate it. I had really frizzy hair and I went through a haircut and also hair treatment. I thought it would change after one or two washes but am quite surprised my hair is still shiny, smooth and also looks quite lively. Pricey!!Got a Keratin treatment here.. highly expensive. Never opt for a Keratin treatment here. And also the procedure here is a little different from other places inspite of charging so much..not so happy with the results too, except for the day I got it done.

Went for an haircut and beard trim today, had a warm welcome from the receptionist and it was so sweet of them as they offered a seat and warm answer and requested some water or other soft liquids. Post which i met my hair stylist named Sushma, she was so sweet and she inquired about me and took good care of my hair care like hair cut as requested by me and the hair wash - she is a true professional in this prifession. Beard trim was done by a guy sorry i didnt ask his name but he was also so sweet and patient with me in handling the beard trim. Atlast regarding the payment bill they were so sweet as it was my first time and they charged me stylist rate but Sushma is a senior stylist and it made me so happy. Overall the expirence in Play Salon was so good actually i miss the place now wish i could stay a bjt long next time for the service they offer the hospitality and the other most important thing is the ambience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLAY SALON. OVERALL AGAIN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCES I LOVED IT COMPLETELY.

This was my first visit to play and I must say, I had a wonderful experience.They are taking good precautions keeping in light of the COVID situation. A big shoutout to Ms. Sudha, from whom I got my hair streaked. I had a lot of specifications and instructions, she patiently listened to everything I had to say, understood them and did exactly what I wanted. She also suggested a lot of things which suit me and gave me a lot of natural hair care tips as well, which I think was so nice of her, rather than trying to sell their salon’s products (which by the way I bought a few as well, as per her recommendation).Over all, I would highly recommend this place, especially Ms. Sudha.

During this time of pandemic , they maintained all the hygiene and used all the sanitary methods. I personally recommend Tharun for haircut , very professional and good at his job.

I guess my worst nightmare came true. Had gone here on a friend’s recommendation and the stylist (min min) was also recommended by my friend. Before we went to the actual cutting a decent length was decided upon which was shorter than the length of my hair. Oh my god instead of just cutting approximately 2.5inches he went about about cutting about 4.5 inches. And I could not see clearly was because I wear glasses and while the process was on I had to take it off for obvious reasons. I have a wedding to attend in like 45 days and I don’t think I’ve looked this miserable ever. Plus my hair has not been this short in the past 3 years. Have been to other salons but nobody I repeat nobody does this. It’s a girls worst nightmare coming true :’(

I got the worst nail extensions till date, they fell off in a weeks time, I had cuts all over my finger tips from the rough buffing and shaping, the nail color recommended by the nail artist looked fine in salon lights, but looked terrible in day light, too pricey for the quality they offer. Maybe other services are better but I wont recommend any nail services. Customer service was very average as well, I have been treated better at local salons.
