AND JUST A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE ALL OVER.FROM BINDU TO EVERYONE ELSE JUST HORRIBLE.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AND YES THIS IS COMING FROM A GUY WHO HAD PUT A GREAT REVIEW EARLIER AND NOW TAKING IT BACK BECAUSE ITS JUST HORRIBLE.

I went there for hairfall treatment but they are overcharging for each and everything.They advised me for Medavita treatment whose one bottle cost Rs. 400 around.Initially they washed my hair with normal shampoo and afterward put some conditioner for which they charged Rs.2800 approximately.Apart from this once you visit such places they will advise you so many things unnecessarily and make a bill of more than 1 Lakh and say TODAY only we are having an offer of some X% discount and ask you for onspot decision.

Got a vlcc voucher from fincare bank (wife has an account) for a free haircut, called up for booking to confirm the acceptance of the voucher & the staff said YES. Went to the branch on time, showed the voucher, staff said the voucher is applicable ONLY on purchase of ₹1000 service, obviously this wasnt informed over phone at the time of booking despite mentioning clearly about the voucher. I was highly disappointed & angry bcz this wasnt informed while booking. Spoke to the manager, she apologised but that didnt resolve the issue. It was a waste of 2.30 hrs of my day & fuel. I asked to compensate with atleast 50% discount for no fault of mine, but manager offered only 10%, finally I left highly disappointed. This voucher thing seems like a gimmick. I will raise the complaint with fincare too. Both vlcc & fincare are equally involved in such gimmicks

Wonderful, kind and helpful staff. Great quality hair stylists. Got my haircut from here, explained the stylist what I wanted, and got exactly how Id pictured it. Slightly on the expensive side but you do get your moneys worth.Will be making it a regular salon spot.Cheers,Madhurima.

They is rip off your pocket, I went there for head to toe package which supposed to cost 2021 and services hair spa was pethetic they will just wash your hair apply hair mask ( this supposed to be included hair steam the said because of hair fall we will not use ) you give your service not making excuses to get rid of customer hair spa costed 500 but what I got hair mast they applied then washed may hair really . Total over all services was not good if anyone one thinking they will get nice service please do not expect they have many customers because of that they will not concentrate on you.

What I liked about VLCC Sadashivnagar centre is primarily amicable staff. To be honest I am basically not a fashion freak person but then gradually the quality services what I availed were beyond my expectation hence I kept experimenting as suggested. I was dealt by the staff in a very pleasing and inviting manner. Perhaps this has kept me clinging on to VLCC!

There is absolutely no value for money. No results orientation, just business orientation without considering the customer satisfaction. Methodology for checking results quite bizarre since they see the previous reports and feel pressured to fill in accordingly.. customer views not paid attn to, calls/msgs to the in-charge go unanswered or revert really late with statements that are of no relevance anymore.. definitely DONOT recommend..

Horrible experience. My hair is worse than before I got the cysteine treatment. They shampoo I wanted wasn’t available so made me buy some even horrible shampoo which made the hair texture even more pathetic.Edit.The customer service department contacted me within 4 weeks and made good efforts to make up for the previously experienced bad service. My hair feels much smoother now.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I booked for a package, they gave me an appointment n when I reached there, they told that offer doesnt exist anymore n I had to fight for it. Then, they used super cheap quality wax, n when I asked to change, they demanded 500₹ extra! The manicure n pedicure was done in under 10 min. I got a cut on my toe n it hurt badly. The staff who handled was pathetic with poor skills. Hair trim/ cut was the only thing that was gud. The ambience is gud, but does it really matter? Definitely, not happy, not going again!!!

I am having really good experience in vlcc... I had back therapies... My therapist Mary is really skilled and her hand movements are amazing.. The dietitians also helped me managing my weight.. Thanks to all the staff members.

The two stars I gave is for hairstylist for haircut... Otherwise this is the most deceiving and hopeless place with incompetent staff... Hence it deserves 0 stars. Will any one take 1 hour for hands wax? That too done incompletely and there is wound on foot after pedicure which was done by poonam.. never take any service from her...this was done in spite of telling that client is diabetic and pedicure should be done with caution.. Heights of carelessness.. This was regarding beauty services... Slimming service is Full time bogus.. Lot of side effects.. Unscientific.. For any skin.. Hair related services like laser.. best would be to take consultation from certified dermatologist..then go for best dermatologist.. as for slimming in vlcc even if u shed some weight or inches u will definitely regain back in no time.. So total waste of ur time, energy and money going to vlcc. Never fall into this money thirsty institute trap. You will regret it later 100 percent..

Did abhyangam ayurvedic massage. First at VLCC. The staff appeared competent and skilled. The table on which I lay, was shaking ( occasionally creaking too)Was given liquid soap in a bowl for post-massage wash. Had to hold the bowl on one hand and bathe with the other, as there was no place/stand to keep the bowl.Met the manager and gave her this feedback.

I got kera fusion hair treatment done at vlcc Sadashiv Nagar from Chon and the treatment was simply awesome. The centre staff is friendly and always ready to help. The center manager is always cooperative and ready with awesome deals which are unresistable

Not a good place and very poor maintenance of treatment rooms. My mom went there for slimming program - sessions were awesome and treatment is good.But very unhappy with the admin profile ( need strict action on them) where they does the mistakes and never accept. Very very bad..They do all sweet talks saying you’ll lose weight & 5 inches in 10 days & bla bla bla but after subscribing you will not lose 500 GMs or not even 1 centimetre after 2 months then they say you are not following the diet & give you new diet every time. They are just fooling people & robbing money it’s just waste of money & time as well.I would definitely not recommend this place for weight loss or inch loss. They are cheaters!!

Its a good place for body wellness but over priced. I personally dislike their strategy to try and sell you new treatments each time you visit.

Their telephonic response to customers is not great. Also ask for extra payment if vouchers are used bought from third party apps.

I enrolled for 10 Kgs, which I lost in just in d span of 3 months with the proper guidance of DNA based diet and activity. Hence forth my confidence is more, my flexibility has been improved and I am very happy to see myself as very energetic compared to before.. Even my family and friends are giving good comments.. NEVER EVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE.shame on you !!! First remove your front desk staff for rude behaviour, first teach them to respect customers and not treat ur customers as if you are doing a favour to them.For the 4th time front desk staff skipped my appointment and made me wait for 1 hour AGAIN and their behavior was rude and unprofessional AS USUAL.They have only 3 beautitians and more than 5 front desk staff. They should cut down some front desk staff and increase beautitians for better service.

Hi guys,i had a very bad experience in vlcc yestreday. i did hairspa and haircut .guys trust me usually the massaging time for hairspa is atleast (minimum) 25-30 minutes but i was really shocked to experience that he massaged my scalp just for 10 minutes for which they had charged me 1000 rs (including 18% tax).i never expected this kind of service from vlcc.Very dissappointed in hairspa but i must say hair cut was good. on the whole i would rate 4 on 10.

This is a really good place and I find staff at Sadashiva Nagar are very helpful and understanding. I am progressing successfully in meeting my weight reduction targets. I started with about 77 Kgs in July 16 and but could be very regular only from Jun 17. Now I weigh 66.5 Kgs and I am confident I will reach my targeted weight soon. Best Wishes VLCC.Today being 11-09-17, I concluded my sessions with 62.6 Kgs which is quite remarkable. I wish VLCC, Sadashivnagar all the best. Thanks
