Good ambience and setup. The salon is generally crowded and its best to take an appointment before going. They have some great offers on specific days. The have some of the best waxing packages across town. The salon is also very accessible and youll find several branches around the city

The place is good and well maintained. But i have also had a bad experience here... it so happened i decided to get my hair coloured and went here; the result turned out to be very bad . not being able to convince myself i called them up and explained them that i am not at all happy with what they had done. Post which they invited me over for a redo and did the whole procedure again and the outcome was too good infact exactly what i wanted the first time. thanku YLG for your service.

Went in for a Mani pedi and had the worst experience. Staff was not at fault but YLG which charges close to 4k for the service did not have Mani pedi chairs and instead made customers make do with plastic tubs and placed a tub on the lap. One has to balance it precariously while getting the service done. The reason for this was as the salon is getting ready for renovations the management did not deem it necessary to invest in proper equipment for the same . Plus the salon was very dirty and the nail polish used was substandard . It started to chip within a week !!!

Hair services are decent but others are not.. if you are not regular please please ask them for rate cards. For me during body polishing they added something even without asking me and charged 2k extra for it.. so please be very very careful

The ambience was as good as any other ylg salon. The interiors of the place are reminiscent of a colonial building. However, the person allotted to me was way too keen on telling me how bad my skin is, and how I need to do this and that to look better. This was surprising because I thought beauty parlours and salons moved beyond this criticism and the notion of beauty standards. I was slightly annoyed by this and the way she kept pushing me to buy their products.

I did my waxing and pedicure from YLG based on my friends suggestion . I enjoyed Ramya’s service and quite liked her knowledge/information exchange. Also did a hair spa after realising their first hand service . Totally recommend it . Ramya and Bharath service was beyond satisfying . Good luck guys !

My friend faced really bad haircut experience given by ms.safina there. We asked for an inverted v haircut and what she gave was exact opposite of that. Even manager was not cooperating when we raised complained. He claimed that she is not an experienced person to do haircut. Please do not prefer this place if you need a good hair service.

This is an experience from last year. Made an appointment in advance for wax and pedicure. When I reached, they made me wait for 40 minutes before finally getting someone to start the work. The waxing was done by someone with zero training and she ended up burning then ripping off quite a bit of skin from my legs. And she insisted on reapplying the strips on visibly burnt areas saying a few strands of hair were still left, despite my asking her to stop. The pedicure I asked for was the bomb pedicure and definitely cost a bomb but was no different from your average scrub and file at any no-name salon. The manager was at the reception and when I told him about what a terrible experience I had, he just shrugged and handed me the bill. Definitely never going to this branch again.

Booked an appointment for hair wash blow dry. Hardly any staff on a Monday evening. HORRIBLE blow dry done. In just a day my hair S all frizzy... Doesnt even look like I be blow dried. N I be a wedding today... So freaking dissapointed.

Pathetic. This is exzactly similar to my experience at Frazer Town Branch today. Bdw I had called before going to the salon at Cunningham. They had initially agreed on having the bleach but when I reached at the salon, it was in vain.In the name of 50 percent discount on Facials on Thursday this salon is running a SCAM. Have you ever heard a facial without a bleach? Might be but I haven’t! There was unavailability of bleach and further asking to get one from the market they were hesitant as their company policy did not permit. Fine! After asking to get my personal bleach, they would not agree on that too as again their company doesn’t permit! Meaning Customer is Nothing for them. They do not have solutions for anything except a NO for every thing! Do not run such promotions if you do not have products available. You are a well known Salon and no product availability is a disgrace as you should have had anticipated the shortage of your product! Also just before the festival of EID you are telling you do not have stock! Like really?You deserve a Zero Star, but luckily Google saved you with One!

The place is gorgeous because it’s in a heritage building. And the service definitely has seen improvement after Nandini came on board.

My friend had a really bad experience in haircutting given by Ms. Safina in the salon. Her hair alignment was completely ruined and it was exact opposite of what my friend had requested. It is disappointing to know that despite of charging such high rates for haircut they doesnt even consider customer requirements. I will not recommend ylg at Cunningham road for hair services.

Hi. I have experienced worst haircut experience given by ms.safina at this parlour. It was exact opposite of what I required. She havent considered giving even a straight haircut for curly hair. Please do not go for this parlour for hair services. Even manager there was not cooperative when we complained about situation.

I booked my appointment last thrusday through the YLG app and I received a message that the customer support team from the booked location would reach out to me to confirm the slot. However there was no calls to confirm and when I called the saloon there was no response for the booking as well. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Horrible experience. Had gone for a haircut,wen she was washing my hair all the water kept coming on my face.. when I told her she dint bother. I was like its ok.. later she was every harsh when cutting my hair.. kept throwing my hair.. she kept pulling my hair.. I told her the same she still dint bother.. she jus dried my hair.. did not set my hair.. and forced me to buy a product eben after saying no couple of times.. but I dont buy it.. never going back here..

The lady- Nandini is trying to upsell and trying to get me to try a service or a card .Same experience when I visited the Fraser town store , so I tried Cunningham to see if it was different . She went on non- stop even when I told her I’m not Interested of that I’ll think about it .seriously so irritating ! I don’t think I have the Patience to step into a YLG salon again !! All I wanted was to get a wax with some peace and quiet . My entire experience was ruined

I regularly go for gold spa, and her massage is so freaking awesome and appropriate, am in love with that. You want to relax just go book an appointment with safina.

Went to get my eyebrows done yesterday. And there was no one experienced enough to do a good job. An inexperienced girl did the threading and kept asking me if it was ok to remove this particular strand and that particular strand of hair. She was polite but the point of coming to a parlor is defeated if I have to guide her through my own threading. Towards the end, another little more experienced girl finished the threading for me because I continuously requested for someone else. Her work, though better than the first girl, was still below par. The staff honestly needs to be better trained. Doing a bad job politely is not good service.When I was leaving the place another fellow customer was complaining regarding the bad services to the management over the phone. I think ylg tried to appease her by trying to give her a discount, which annoyed her further.If customers are loyal to ylg, its because they believe in the quality of the service provided. We dont mind paying a little extra as long as the work you do is good. If a discount is what someone is looking for, theyll wouldnt come to ylg in the first place. Please understand that most of your customers can afford your services. Offering them a discount is offensive and it doesnt undo your bad work.Concentrate on improving your services rather than covering your mistakes with discounts. There was a time when I could walk into ylg, let go and just trust the people there with my hair and face. The experience is no longer the same. Please work on keeping your falling quality in check before you lose all your loyal customers.

The stylists are absolutely NOT professional. They must learn from their counterparts in Indiranagar. I will never visit this place nor will I recommend anyone to them. Poor service.AGAIN A PATHETIC SERVICE BY THE SAME PEOPLE. They gave an appointment for nail filling and when we reached the place they say they don’t have that service. The so called manager has no customer sense at all and keeps arguing in such a rude manner.Where is your Customer Service gone YLG ????Atleast you guys could save the embarrassment of a rude Manager, if not the pathetic service!!!
