I had gone to Medall Clumax on 12.9.2021 for my CT Coronary Angio and CT Chest, Dr.Mahin and Ms.Anitha from nursing very kind, helpful and i shared my medical records with them, they were very caring and gave me moral support. I appreciate whole heartedly. I would like to thank the Radiography technician also. Once again Thank you Anitha and Dr.Mahin.

Radiology department was best and support to procedure..(doctor,staff and technican) injection room staff was rude and not explained anything about medicine or injection. Not feel as a professional workers ...Billing and reception provide worst service..

Very pathetic experience. They ask to wait for one hour and the time keeps on running. They make u sit clueless. No proper management. Staff doesnt co-operate properly.In customer care they give guidelines which is completely active inappropriate at the time of the visit.Sometimes feel the government scan centres are better than this.

We came here for preventive health check up offered by LIC every year. We had called customer care and asked if preventive health check-up is done on Sunday and what documents should be brought. They asked us to come at 7:30am with LIC ID card.When we reached here by 7:30am for the same, receptionist said there is a different department for billing the same. The staff of L2L department never turned up. The patient waited for more than 1 hour in empty stomach. Meanwhile I contacted customer care who then said its never done on Sunday and they need approval from LIC. This was not the case every year. Making the patient wait in empty stomach for a long time, is this the kind of service you provide? So called premier diagnostic centre. They dont even know if the staff of L2L dept turns up tomorrow. What poor coordination. Kindly save your reputation in the city by providing proper service to the patients.

Should get 0 star. They negotiate with customers on the cost of tests and charge whatever they are comfortable with. Terrible service.

Worst service by the front office staff. Had been for a morning test and Mrs. Mamtha (front desk/billing on ground floor) has the worst attitude, they dont have the courtesy to even talk properly to the patients. When we asked her why she was so rude, shes ready with a back answer. Have been visiting clumax since years, but this is surely the last time because with such service dont think anyone should be visiting this place.

This is one of the worst diagnostic centre in Bangalore with respect to management and this is one of the best diagnostic centre with respect to software, infrastructure and equipment . The facilities are good ...but they charge exorbitant price for every CT scan n others , initially they would ask to pay twice the actual amount and when enquired about the price they would reduce some amount but actually they are charging the actual price + few extra amount without any discount.They make you wait for no reasons and prolong delay in giving the films or x rays ...The receptionist, billing counter and the nurses are so harsh and rude , they act like the boss !!

Facilities are good but not properly maintained staffs,each reports every time mistakes will be thr... Confusion between the staffs whos attending the patient and who actually guide the patient.Premises also not maintained good..And its not hygiene.

A bunch of worthless people working together. Booked a endoscopy appointment at 8 in the morning but the doctor wasn’t coming until 9:30. Later the doctor come at 10:15. Before Endoscopy the person shouldn’t even drink water for hours before, that’s the reason everyone prefer to book in the morning, this irresponsible doctor (dr. Anantha Krishna) turns up at 2 hours late. A doctor should know the reason why everyone books morning appointments and how can he act so irresponsible that too when we pay thousands of rupees and they show government hospital behaviours. These private labs main cash on opportunities of serving better and quick but this is worst than government hospitals. The telephone helpline seems very good as they call back and everything and book appointment as well. But they are weak communicator.I wanted to book rt pcr test for the endoscopy two days before and they said it’s available and suprise suprise!! It’s not there. It’s better to go to government hospital as they show similar behaviour from staffs as well. The staffs are rude and hopeless. No one would like to pay so much and get Treated like that.

Just because covid patients have been increasing...they have increased the price of CT scan in one week....last week it was 6k...today 6600...is there no one to control these escalation of prices?! Just because you are private... Doesnt mean you loot the public! And there supposed to be 5 films... They give you only 2🤷 for 6600rs that they take

Pathetic centre,1st of all no proper contact number,call gets connected through contact centre people who have not got a single info.The centre at Jayanagar is very unprofessional ,staffs are just busy on Phone & treating patients like doing some favour.They will give appointment at one time,suddenly will change that & no communication for that.Horrible place,recommend not going.

Worst experience they dont have any empathy on customers n treat very badly @ Covid testing center. Rite front of walk-in customers they hung up calls without providing solution for people who called requesting for reports.Understand team is busy n fed-up with request but if that is the case please inform openly to customers so they make alternative arrangements.

I had brought my parents here for comprehensive health checkup. In general, the experience was good. They could improve on the start time of ultrasound check which helps seniors to go for early breakfast. If they are diabetic, it’s difficult for someone to wait till 9:45 am for breakfast.

Ideally located but no parking for four wheelers, professional diagnostic centre, accept company packages, situated in three floors, canteen situated on the top floor, wheel chair access is there, ambulance services are available, all services under one roof as they say,major diagnostic services provided, friendly staff and doctors and technicians, job done systematically, seating capacity is 20s in each floor, reception and billing on the ground floor, prior appointment is better, consultation with the physician is on the next day, results explained in detail and precautions to be taken by the senior doctor,

No detailed report provided in RT PRC test.collected 1200 rs and just giving +ve,-ve ..no detailed analysis of CT values. Very unprofessional way of response when asked for detail.every RT PCR should have CT value. It is everyones right to know details, irrespective of +ve or -ve..I dont recommend this lab

Given COVID test on 22nd and haven’t received report till date it’s 25th. Tried calling all the numbers no one picks the call. Worst hospital. If you wanna just make money please make them just remove the COVID test from the hospital.

Extremely bad. Am really worried about their result credibility. I recently opted for blood test related to CBP, CRP and D Dimer test. I gave my blood sample in the Padmanabhanagar collection center. The values shown in the report were quite shocking. My platelet value was shockingly low and my D Dimer values were almost 15 times higher. Fortunately the doctor whom i was consulting told me to do a repeat test in R V Aster hospital and i see that my reports are completely normal. This totally appaling service. I suggest people who have abnormally high values to please get tested again and just dont go by the report. Also report generation is extremely late. I have asked for a full refund of my money.

Very unprofessional staff. Over crowded - No social distancing maintained during covid times. Not tidy- has a very shabby rundown look. Cannot reach them over Helplines - Customer Service is pathetic. I have got a costly test done and cannot contact them for 2 days to know if the reports are ready.

One of the very poorly organized lab.. starting from registration, and till issue of report you can see un professionalism every where...Echo test normally performed over minimum 15 mins which they finish in just 2 mins... simply make you to sleep and scan and say all is over .. before you even interact they say scanning is over..no hygiene, over crowd , toilets are stinking, no accreditation with NABL , make you to wait hours without any reason...on the overall worst experience...

Had a bad experience in taking up HMP card for master health checkup. The day I took the card, my additional tests were reduced without me even utilising what was available as part of the master card yet! Have been tracking with customer care and jayanagar branch for last 10 days with no resolution at sight. Lost Rs 750 worth package tests! They have been assuring it would be reverted back from Day1 and nothing has happened so far! Repent opting for clumax, this was my first exp with clumax and left a bad taste! Wont recommend to anyone. Communication skills of staff at reception needs to be improved tremendously.

I suggest anybody not to go to this place. They are very negligent and rude. My doctor had prescribed to take x-ray pertaining to ENT issues & these people in clumax gave x-ray of my chest. Clear case of negligence. And you wouldnt want to go to some place like this and risk your lifes.

The communication is not at all good. I did book for home collection of sample, after waiting for more than 8 hours of scheduled time nobody turned up. Again I booked for sample collection, I was promised that it will be arranged but no information till last minute. Service is not good.

The overall experience is mixed particularly during Covid times. The staff were helpful were able to make 90 year old suffering from severe back pain ( who has been advised complete bed rest ) feel comfortable at facility. ( thanks for the assistance of Vani and the staff at X-ray and CT scan area)The rating given is directly reflecting on the safety measures at the facility, 3 staff members were not wearing masks at the CT scan area patient waiting room despite repeated reminders which is vital in a healthcare facility to make the customers feel secure to visit in future.

Excellent diagnostic centre. Very friendly staff who made my aunt very comfortable during coronary angio. I would like to specially thank Mr. Vijayakumar for helping us through and ensuring it was a smooth day. Archana madam also explained the process and ensured report film was dispatched to our address avoiding unnecessary travel. Overall, excellent service.

The worst! Exorbitant costs. There are literally 4-5 diagnostic centers neabry to this one. I went to each one and compared the estimations of each center. Medall Clumax marked up their price by more then 150% from the least estimation I received from the other diagnostic center.

Horrible experience. The behaviour from the entrance staff to the people taking the tests is very rude. They dont allow any aged people to accompany and scream and ask the person to wait out. Than during blood test without checking the nerves they just insert the injection anywhere they feel like and hurting the person when blood doesnt come. When said that they are hurting and doing it wrongly they say that they know better than us. Than when I ask reg the reports they ask to collect in the evening when I come not ready and again I am asked to come next day morning when I come not ready I am asked to come in the evening when I come again not ready except few and asked to come on the 3rd day morning to collect the pending reports now when I come on the 3rd day again the same story they are not aware where are the reports gone and how long will it take. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANY ONE TO COME HERE AFTER PAYING SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU GET

Worst service, full chaos, never go for any service here, especially MRI, the nurse subha was extremely rude, she made my baby 2 yrs old wait for 2 and a half hours to get the mri. They all give a damn to patient care. The place is so cramped, that you will surely get infected with Corona if you step in.

Staffs are very slow...non cooperative. Not bothered about patients. May need to train them to be better or filter few staffs out. Poor service!

I had been to Clumax diagnostics situated in Jayanagar area for a possible infection. The person who takes blood sample was so rude to her patients that immediately after inserting the needle, she used to rip off the belt that is used to highlight the blood vessels. It was so bad that the hand was paining for ten days. Ive never seen a person who can be so cruel to a patient.Secondly, the x-ray area is not at all sanitized. This is one of the few places where even covid tests are done. Even after the covid patient has got an x-ray done, if the place is not sanitized, there is all likelihood that a non covid patient can get infected. When asked if they sanitize the place, the reply was so terrifying...they say they cant keep on sanitising the place. If this is the hygiene level that a lab is following at such a pandemic time, words fail me. How can a normal person even think of getting any tests done there. It is horrid to even thinking of going there. PLEASE AVOID THIS LAB FOR YOUR SAFETY.

10-20 people waitung at anytime and there is only one lab guy who takes the collection. Avoid it.

I had been to here for CT scan a couple of weeks back and recently had a health check up for my parents and had a wonderful experience. This place is well organized with experienced doctors, friendly and co-operative staff (especially in CT department). Overall one of the best diagnostic centre.

It took over 5 hours to get a health check. All they had to do was to be better organised when moving between rooms. I had to wait for no reason because the papers have to move manually from one room to another room and sometimes they forget. I could have finished within 3 hours if they had out a little effort.

Extremely bad service. The facility and the toilets are unhygienic, they dont attend to customer;feels like a govt laboratory.The call center and this lab is uncoordinated and had to make 2-3 calls to get someone to attend.Not recommended at all.

They will make you wait for everything ..they have very less employees but have more patient so its not balancing.. If u hve patience you can visit this place but everything else is fine as per my visit ..mostly crowded .

1. Service is good.2. Staff is responsive and sensible. Reports are given timely.3. Needs betterment in the seating at the waiting area.4. They do not provide a proper bill with a bill if you pay the cards/packages online. So you may not be able to declare the expense for Tex savings. Even one of the staff mentioned not to do payments online as can not track where it will be register and who will send the cards.5. No proper parking facility for both 2-wheeler as well as cars.6. I would suggest take their reports but not the consultation facility. The doctor gives more generic medicines which may not suit everyone and can have side effects. This happened with my father who had diabetes and excess cholesterol. One of the prescribed medicines was causing higher acidity to an extent that was worse. Later approached the doctor whom we consulted regularly and he changed the medicine after checking the reports and now hes feeling better. 🙂

The billing counter is chaotic. The two wash rooms are eye catchers as soon as we enter. They look very very dirty ! The staff guided to the adjacent building for the MRI. We were there during the lunch hour. Somehow they could not make up their mind whether we could have and they come for MRI, owing to the wait time.The MRI process itself was good. The report was going to b available late in the evening. Was not sure what would be included in the reports, soft copies would suffice, or any hard copy to be picked up. They were not able to tell correctly again.

This is the worst lab Ive been to. We waited for 30 mins and there were no attendants to take a blood sample. We asked the staff around to get somebody to take the sample but all the lab technicians were out for tea! We had to leave without giving the sample. Money wasted. The place is untidy and the staff are unprofessional. Stay away from this lab.

Went here last week for the several tests. Billing person was courteous and helpful. Technical staff seemed very professional in carrying out the test. Though there was a bit of rush in the Center, my tests were carried out smoothly and got the reports on time as promised. Keep up the good work.

The old building looks unkempt and needs renovation, but the new building where the MRI machine is located is neat. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

25.12.19Came to get scan done for my wife, they gave us token, asked us to wait for 20 min ,when the token number came on the screen,they asked us to wait for 30 min more. When I told its our turn ,after 10 min they call us inside. They dont have any coordination.After scan only to give report they asked to wait for 30 minIf u have day to spend for scan then plan to go

Hi, initially after seeing all reviews I have decided to not to visit this Center, but unfortunately (as per my primary care physicians recommendation) I have to visit for the procedures for my son. But, really they have taken care in very good manner. Ultrasound as well as Nuclear Medicine procedures were performed, I am happy with the staff as well as quality of the reports, which are in detail. Keep up the good work, thumbs up!Note: Need improvement in Front Desk in all the floors.

I had gone for contrast MRI in jayanagara clumax...... they injected me with infected contrast material... because of which i am suffering from severe mastitis since one year. Hope they die soon.

The lady handing over the test result reports goofed up big time by interchanging my report with some other person with high thryroid & other readings, adding to the confusion was the missing name on the pages with vital readings(luckily I figured out the goof up before consulting the Doctor for thyroid medication & got the report changed that showed all the readings as normal, of course at the cost of another 2 hours in Blr traffic in visiting this centre again & initial shock with the high thyroid readings..!! )The staff need training to be courteous, quick & prompt in attending the patients/people at their diagnostic centre, may be a senior staff supervising the overall operations at this centre might help reduce the chaos.

Worst behaviours of the staffs here. Came here for scanning for wife, after billing they have made to wait for 3 hours n for report next 3 hours. Totally 4 hours. There will be single doctor for all the patients. Staffs behave as though they are doctors here. All the patients were in same issue. If few 100 or 200 rupees more also, pl prefer the best and fast responding diagnostics.
