One of the worst customer experience. Highly recommended NOT to visit for any treatment. I have & am facing issues with their services. No ownership and accountability. I have written numerous emails to their MD Bani Anand in India. I had requested in my email for MD Bani to intervene, but no response or acknowledgement to emails. I am due to get a refund. When i call in the morning I get a time as 4pm & that 4pm has never come. I am following up for the last 3 months. Terrible customer experience. They are only bothered till they sell their services. Post sales no care and with only reasons why they cannot do.

Hairline provides worst hari treatment. I am taking PRP from past 4 months I am not seeing any improvement and also I lost lot of hair after taking the prp. When I gave complaints with them they will change the tables and collects the money and explains the menu for other treatments which costs more money.....Here point is they always plan how to get money from customers they dont want customers satisfaction they.I am requesting pls dont take any prp in hair line and they will charge 60000. If you want to increase the hair fall by taking prp then go with hair line.I saw few bad review here still I chose it and now feeling very unhappy.

Never visit Hairline again, I have got done my patch paid lacs together, they just cheat customers by providing low quality patch and again keep charging for hair refill. This is a continuous process of how they make money.Their service is pathetic you have to wait for hours together and there is no proper hygiene and sanitasation process done after every customer service.

It worst experience of my life, will lie straight on the face and will make you pay in advance for a minimum of 3 sessions if you go for PRP. Which you will never receive in your life, they will keep postponing your dates saying its lockdown and the corporate sales agent Ruheena is a joke. She will be always online on WhatsApp will read your text and will never reply to you. And when you continuously call or text her she will text you a promising date to get your PRP which will never happen. At last, every time you contact them you will feel that youre begging. Cheats. They gave false commitments on refund for over 2 months and keep delaying it. I was in touch with Ganesh from Indiranagar who gave repeated commitments/assurances but realized that the seniors were not aware of the case at all. The brand lost all credibility to me at least.

I had a serious problem of my hair fall. I never thought its gonna be happen for me, bcoz none of my family background have never faced this and moreover no genetic problem as well. After my long research I have decided to visit hairline international Indira Nagar. Firstly I met Mr. Ganesh who gave me a warm welcome, confident and support until now. Then I met Dr. Kala who experienced in this field for many years. She identified the root cause in my chronic area and suggested me to go for an HT for the permanent hair loss. As this not only to grow my new hair also for my existing hair to get thicker. Finally I done my HT in the month of Jan 2021. All its went well, only I could feel little bit numbness in the transplantation area as its common for all. Now Im waiting for the results in the upcoming months. This clinic is a very bad place to do any hair and skin procedures or treatments, I spent huge money and time, results are bad.. and staff and management are very poor in coordination, the doctors just to the procedures and disappear, they are never available for follow ups, once the staff complete their sales target they never respond.Even after emails and complaints management is not capable to attend the customers.

PLS DONT VISIT THIS PLACE ! Dont fall prey to these scammers !I consulted Dr. Kala for hairfall consultation and she advised me to go for basic treatment for 15k. Not only the treatment was ineffective but also the service was too bad .I could finish only 6 sessions. And I realised I was being scammed and the treatment was not going to go any difference to my problem. By the time in last February the lockdown started. And obviously there guys werent picking up my call. I called the reception on 3rd June and asked why they couldnt inform us anything . To that they said they opened the clinic only on 1st of June and havent resumed the operations fully. I asked for a refund and they said they would do the needful. From then on , from past 5 months I have been calling them atleast twice every month to follow up on refund. Every time I called , some new person picked up and I had to narrate the whole story once again. One lady even made me send a mail to discuss with the higher management. After 5 months of chasing for refund and 10 months after making the payment , a lady named Ruchika is saying that their policy wont allow refund. I fought for it and finally she said she would come back on this. Followed up twice with her also. Till now there has been no resolution. And throught our hairline did zero follow up with me on payment issue.I am taking up the matter with local police station followed by consumer court. Pls dont fall prey to these scammers !!

Well, I must say that is has been very comfortable experience with this clinic and exceptionally well experienced staff . They have truly tackled my friends hair issue. A friend of mine recommended hairline indiranagar to get laser hair reduction done and I think it’s the best thing to have happened. Catherine is very friendly, warm, gentle and very patient while doing the laser.I also got fractional laser done for the face and PRP for the face and found Dr Kala to be really good. She only advises you to get a particular procedure done if she feels the need else she just discards the thoughts for unwanted procedures.Am glad to have visited this clinic and if one needs any dermatological procedure done I would surely recommend them.

Ive met Dr Kala for the consultation whose very much experienced in this industry for giving solutions. She had suggested me to go for an advance Bio FUE not for the basic Hair Transplantation. Hi I had taken Consultation for hair related issues Dr. Kala had prescribed some meds to start off with I am currently using it and have seen the difference and changes right from day one.I will refer to more friends.

I underwent FUE at Hairline in November 2018 and DID NOT get any good result at all.The doctor didnt perform the procedure and was performed entirely by the technicians who were inexperienced. The actual hairline that was drawn on my head was bad itself. The clinic where the procedure is done doesnt look hygenic to perform transplantation procedures at all.Even after following up with them for months they didnt properly respond to any of my queries.My suggestion, Better opt for another clinic.
