Dr. Chitra has been our family physician since several years. Weve been most comfortable going to her for both our kids and also for any of our health issues. Her medical expertise and medication is extremely reliable and we thank her for always being accessible. One of the very few doctors who doesnt treat health care as a business and is quite ethical with her practices.

Looks good but complete ripoff. 10/10 wont recommend. Better go to an experienced doctor cause the doctor here is young and opened a clinic to mint money.I went in for fever and cold but was prescribed medicine like I had just got out of Operation Theatre following a cardiac surgery. For a second I even had doubts if it was a real clinic. I will not be consulting again nor recommend to anyone.She prescribed 10x4= 40 tablets for fever and cold. 40 tablets for cold. Ive been to many big chain hospital and small clinics this is by far the worst. I cant believed I just paid 430 for consultation and fever.Rest of reviews are completely fake cause no sensible person would pay so much and be happy enough to give positive feedback on Google.Edit: in response to owners response:Dear owner, kindly address the fact that I was prescribed 40 tablets for fever and cold. Youve conveniently ignored that in your response.I also forgot to mention the fact that doctor suggested I be put on IV immediately.

I wanted to give -ve rating there is no option .. one of the worst ever seen clinic in my entire life. There is no treatment at all ..they will ask everything from us and they them provide tablets .. for small headech they will give tablet of more than 500rs. This clinic is just to extract money.. I truly recommend not visit .I felt like some PU failed compounder is treating patients.

Had been there yesterday after having fever and cough. The doctor and staff are very friendly and caring. They ensured that I am comfortable as long as I was there and accompanied me till the exit.

I wanted to get done with my covid test and I chose this clinic. I don’t know it was a smaller or bigger, but definitely a mistake. Starting with a positive note, Dr. Chithra is very good at her work and deals very patiently. She is very kind and caring, a genuinely nice person I would say, and I have no complaints with her at all. But the clinic and the lab people are a mess at the micro and macro level. The staff and client interaction persons available are literally of no use. Once the payment is done, they will not bother about the patient at all. They will not answer your calls and revert to your messages. And in case they answer or reply to your calls or messages, they will either with confused or keep putting the blame on the other staff member! I would specially like to mention Ms. Mayuri , never seen someone who is highly unprofessional, unethical and arrogant. I was supposed to get my reports in 48 hours but because of lack of management and professionalism of the staff, I received my reports after almost four and a half days. The reports were expected to be delayed even more if Dr. Chithra would have not personally involved and get this sorted out with patienceMajor head note - If anyone is planning to visit their clinic and lab, make sure you are only and only personally taken care by Dr. Chithra. If you rely upon the staff, especially Ms. Mayuri , trust me, you are gonna lose your time, patience and money and will be quite impatient and disheartened.

Visit this center for my mom checkup as she was having high fever and weakness.. Doctor was good she listened properly everything about the symptoms and then come to the conclusion... Staff behaviour was also nice.. They are taking care of the patients as it was there family members..
