The most trusted kids hospital in Bangalore, I should say.Dr Chandrashekhar is a very nice gentleman who knows the subject and the business to the core!! He explains the very details to the parents and guide them how to make their child recover soon.Once you visit there for a reason , he will make sure that, you dont think of a second opinion for your child.It has a small pharmacy also inside with essential medicines.Hygiene and upkeep is taken care in the hospital.

Doctor was listening very patiently about the problems. He shared his opinions and the medicines suggested did help the kid. Only thing which could have been better is the queue management and token system. As we waited for almost an hour. Definitely recommend if you are looking for kids health care in this area.

Dr.Chandrashekhar Karnad is really nice doctor. Very polite and approachable. He do not prefer anti biotic for minor issues. We are regular visitor for our kid. As parents we expect few important attributes in a paediatric clinic or hospital.Diagnose, Trust, Empathy, wait time, in-house medicine. This one has it all.We have consulted many Doctors in the past including big hospitals for regular or specific checkups but I found Kids Health link doing a fantastic job and Doctor understands the problem well and gives pain to listen to patients. Even if you go for next day for the same treatment of your kid... you need to wait at least an hour and pay 400 as consultation2. There is no IVR booking system here.... who ever comes first to hospital they can visit doctor first... said by management3. For one consultation, you cannot ask questions as many as you have.... if you book for one thing they will treat you for that. Technically you have pay more to treat more4. Without saying directly, more money more treatment that’s it. I know the doctor since more than 2years now have been visiting for my daughter Shriyas check up and vaccination. Doctor is recommended and passionate about his profession. Having experience internationally and when ever I approach his human concern to give the right advice and medicine is appreciable. Wish I lived closer to the clinic. 😃 Keep continuing good work in service of people, which you continue to do. God bless. There are times when my kid was sick and was able to reach over phone to get the right decision and consulted when much needed.

Now clinic does not have the online/call appointment system. I have already visited 3 to 4 times, doctor experience is good. But today i called for appointment but executive refused to give appointment and told me visit hospital and take a token. The patient coming from long distance would have to wait long time. Request you to start online appointment.

Doctor is good I will give 5 star for the doctors treatment, no unnecessary medicine... but the support staff is not up to the mark. They dont have token system which makes me feel something different. I noticed people who came after me treated first and I had to wait bit long. Looks like support staff should be transparent and more active. I believe issuing tokens to the patients will sort out this issue.

It is located above Ammas pastries. Taking about the place. It is well organised and the staffs are polite and helpful. Doctor is very good and makes the child comfortable. The medicine prescribed by him does work. Make sure you call them first and book the appointment to avoid waiting.

I have been visiting this hospital for almost 4+ years. Simply I can say one of the best doctor available. Not only in this locality but in entire Bangalore. Very good approach and very polite. Will not advice unnecessary medicines/injections or tests. Easily he became kind of family for us. Even though we had shifted to very far away place still we prefer travelling 20+ kms to visit this hospital. Thanks to doctor for your kind help in many cases where I was helpless. Chandrashekar Karnad Sir,Doctor is very courteous and an expert paediatrician. Glad that I found this place. I recently moved to this locality and visited this place for the first time. I recommend this place to all.

Been there twice and returned back without consulting the doctor. The reception staff talk to us as if we owe money to them. I asked for an appointment and they asked to come next day. They do not respond well for any questions and when asked for appointment the next day they want me to come afternoon.This is the last time I am visiting Kids Health Link in Ayyappanagar.

Dr Karnad is an excellent paediatric and without doubt the best in this location. The wait times can get too long but that is something the doctor has no control over.One suggestion - The kids area needs some upliftment. Mats look pretty old and all the plastic balls look ugly and dirty. Please throw away the deflated plastic balls and buy a new set of balls 😝

Best doctor in k r puram. He is really good only problem he has lot of patients and it becomes tough to handle them all.

Visited multiple times for my kids for different health issues like fever, stomach pain , dehydration and asthma. Doctor is very good and diagnose is perfect. He doesn’t recommend medicines until it’s really required. Interaction with kids is very friendly and makes them feel comfortable. Recommended for all kids and it’s easy to take appointment with doctor through Practo and appointment process is maintained professionally by staff as well.

I have been visiting this hospital almost 2+years. Doctor is v.good and supportive. I am glad we got to know about him.

Very bad behavior by the staff. They dont accept any payment other than cash. They provide a tab to register ourself but with such tech available, I find no reason not opting for card payments. No ventilation and AC is always switched off. All the reviews looks very exaggerated. They charge 400 and not worth for it. Worst of all above is waiting period which is 2 hrs. Will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Overall approach from doctor end is really good. He is well experienced, transparent treatment & clear explanation to the parents. The reason for one star reduction is supporting staff. Doctor is very calm and listen all our queries (including stupid queries). We are vising Chandrasekhar from Narayana Hospital and later on googled him whether available in Bangalore and finally we found and we moved here as we do not want to change the doctor. Best part of doctor is, he neither suggest any unnecessary tests nor any extra medicines. We are completely satisfied with Dr Chandrasekhar.

Doctor is very good.But I am very unhappy with the staff politeness ,waiting time and on the payment mode.KHL staff have informed us that there are 25 patients to go and may take more than 2 hours. Demanded for consultation fees in advance while taking token and no digital payment allowed, only cash payment allowed, the reason is card swiping machine not working from past one monthI had a glance on all the reviews which were posted earlier, i can see similar incidents happened earlier.So from our side request is:*To request staff to speak politely with the customers.*Request to find a solution on the long waiting time. Please consider to also include appointment for some hours in addition to the walk in token system. It is difficult to travel again when the house is not located nearby.*Keep backup payment mode like Paytm, Google Pay etc. Because now-a-days its difficult to carry cash expecially when it is a case of vaccination when we are not aware of the amount.This had made us really disappointed.I hope doctor will consider the feedback

I have been visiting this doctor from past 4 yrs.. very nice doctor and very friendly with kids.. approachable...

Its just totally waste of money and precious time in such a situation.My kid is of 2years and was crying since morning at 3 clk we went to this hospital consulted DR. chandrashekhar and explained him the symptoms he just check and gave some ear drops and ask us wait after half n hour he checked and said its not related to ear just go for stomach scan at rainbow hospital.We went to cloud 9 for second opinion their DR. praveen he examine my kid and found ear pain and gave medicine and it worked.

The rating is for the appointment process. The timngs say its open from 10am. But only tokens are given as there is no appointment system. Doctor will come after 11 am so in any case you need to wait at least 1hr to see the doctor. The consutstion fee is Rs.400 which is inpar with any other corporate hospitals.So you need to prepare to spend minimum 60min to see the doctor. As doctor stays in yellahanka and he travels from there, the waiting time may increase depending on the road traffic

Doctor is good and 5 star for his service but he needs to evolve a system for Queue. One way out is his staff can note down the patients name in the order of their arrival and give consultations accordingly. Waiting indifinitely is a problem. Please give a thought to this. Also one more issue is that you have displayed closing time as 7:30 PM but even if we come at 7:00 PM we are sent back. Last suggestion is please make 2nd consultaion free as all major hospitals have done so.

They are strict about their timings and they wont bother about in-patients after certain time eventhough its emargency case, and the kid is in dying-pain.Please avoid them in emergency cases, they dont have any curtacy & ethics.As per the medical law - no doctor should deny emergency cases. But these can do------------------------I dont have a way to reply to your response, that is the reason i am appending here1. Firstly you have come after the clinic was closeda) Thats true. But, still the doctor is in service2. secondly it is learnt that child had stomach pain for last one day and was active and playful on entry on stairs verified on cctvso it was not an emergency!a) completely wrong assumption. Please check the CCTV footage once again on how the child is walking (even she is not allowing us to touch her body). And how your staff behaved and closed the shutter on our face.3. Furthermore please mind the language which will attract legal repercussionsa) Yes, that was my anger at the movement by looking at the situation of my kid and how you people responded.Finally we rushed to other hospital and got treated in time. I have all the reports. If my behavior/response at that movement was wrong i am ready to face the consequences. At the same time i would request you to submit the incident and CCTV footage to Medical council too.Here i am not challenging. Please be in my position with your kid and think about it.

We have been visiting Dr. Chandrasekar Karnad for past 3+ years....he is very excellent in diagnosis. Does not suggest unnecessary tests and antibiotics. The clinic has small play area for kids.Oh btw, do visit Amma Pastries in the same building....its recently opened and very good. 😋😋

Docter is very experienced and understands the patients problem very well. Even the medicines recommended by doctor is on target but appointment management and walk in management is bit sad as they are unable to handle the situation. Be ready to wait for extra 30-60 mins than your scheduled time.

Good doctor but the supporting staff who takes patient details as soon as we enter is courtesyless person. We had taken my daughter to the clinic since she was suffering from high temp and diarrhea, but they din give us consultation jus because it was lunch time. My daughter starting vomiting in front of the clinic, her condition was bit serious, but still they did not allow us to c the dr even after requesting. He didnt even check with dr b4 sending us back. Morality n ethics should be taught to these kind of people.

Doctor is good. But the clinic expects to make the payments in Cash and that too in exact amount including coins. Card payments they are not entertained and if we insist they ask for 2to3 percentage extra saying clinic rule. In a time where even a Pani Puri wala is accepting payments in digital here we find a clinic which remains adamant for its blatent rules. The reception gets into quarrel for Cash, Exact change, Credit Debit card 3 or 2 percentage extra charge. Feels like not going to this clinic at all.

I have been consulting Dr Chandrashekhar Karnad for the last 3 Year’s ,with confidence I can say that he has been the most professional paediatrician I have met so far,the amenities now at the new clinic facility are at par with corporate hospitals with excellent approach for children’s problems,my son who had a kidney problem was correctly diagnosed and managed well ,this note to thank him!Thank you Doctor !

That sai health link deserves ZERO when this kids health link deserves 5 on 5.Instead og going to corporate hospitals and paying high construction of around Rs. 500-600 its advisable to get much better treatment at Rs. 300. No words to praise Dr. Karnad.
