Dirty, unsafe and full of hopeless BBMP employees works there. No covid protocols are followed, people are literally jumping on top of each other. Infrastructure is immensely poor. BBMP people needs a serious check on their infrastructure.

NO ONE WEARS MASKS. HALF THE PARKING IS EMPTY, BUT PUBLIC IS NOT ALLOWED TO PARK. 4 CARS ARE RUSTED AND OCCUPYING PARKING SPACE FOR NO REASON.

Had a good experience here for name inclusion in birth certificate. Have given filled forms with proof in the morning and the updated birth cert was readied by evening. Overall got the work done in single day. Happy.Only issue with this bbmp center is there in no designated parking and is located on a very busy road.

I dont understand if these people even work or attend calls. The given phone number never seems to work. There is only one message you get to hear the phone number you are trying to reach is switched off. What is the use of updating a phone number when there is no intention of answering any call or helping anyone in need. Zero rating is also too much for them !!

Based on my recent experience there I have pointed out whatever I came to know as detail1) First check when token is given for aadhaar card enrollment and updation in notice pasted outside bbmp office( for token u need to be there by 5:30 as long queue will be there)2) Be there at sharp 9 am at bbmp office ground floor (Bangalore one) as per the token date3) Friday will be Holiday for aadhaar enrollment/updationMandatory documents for aadhaar updation:1) name, father name - pan card2) date of birth - pan / birth certificate3) address change- ration card/ gas connection bill original/ government doctor attested signed certificate / for corporate employees get a HR signed address from company/ voter ID (kindly note rental agreement will not be accepted as address proof)4) mobile number- old aadhar card5) email id - old aadhar cardNext aadhar token date photo attached

Worst..they ask money and rude to all

Worst employees. All are cheapstres. They show all bureaucracy in Aadhaar card works. They misbehave with people if you raise your voice and use abusive languages. If they fail in that too then they call local police and start charging public for the things they didn’t even do.

No car parking facility nearby.. Dont go by car. Youll have to do parking on road.

The way roads are managed, the way approvals are given for multi-storey buildings beside 20ft roads, BBMP can be considered as one of the most inefficient body in the world. Bangalore could have been the best city only if BBMP was not so careless for whatsoever reason.

The people are helpful, just go to the BBMP control room/help desk as go up the stairs a glass cabin on the left hand side, they will direct you to the desired counter/room, Wanted name inclusion in the birth certificate, they gave a form to fill , filled it patiently meanwhile the person finished his lunch gave me the requested number of copies in no time with nominal charges, 4 star because people are supportive should be provided with cleaner surroundings. Overall experience was pleasant . Thanks Team BBMP.

Worst ppl here.. No timings to open.. Very bad service.. Make ppl to visit multiple times, they will keep telling not possible today come on other day...And no parking facility.. Office smells very bad...

I dont know why people face problems here, Bangalore one services are available for the public and staffs are also good, but I have four stars because they dont deal with Aadhar Card services, if your searching online for Aadhar Kendra pls skip this place because they only say please got o kudlu gate Bangalore one for updating Aadhar Card

Good service. Aadhar Card Updation is being done here. Only 40 tokens will be given here for a day and tokens distribution starts from 6-7 itself in the morning. Good staff and cooperative.

BBMP finds different ways to make money had to go here for death certificates. They have their own politics here , the temporary employee to do data entry thinks he is the bbmp chief . First they enter the data incorrectly charge us 100/- then when you ask for correction they again charge you the same amount for no fault of yours.In the past 2 weeks I have visited this place 5 times for one death certificate. Dear BBMP chief hire the right people for the job who are here to help people . Or please automate this so that we can print on our own and pay bbmp directly. It’s a matter of birth and death

Staffs working in birth n death certificate room, shld value our time also.Made me to wait for hours and eod work not done and they told me to come tomorrow.Tommorow never dies in BBMP office.

Pathetic service have ever seen. Had to wait for more than 4 hours still could not update my mobile number for Aadhar. 3 times you have to visit n wait everytime in the queue.1st time to get the coupon n they issue every 2 weeks between 8.30 n 8.45 you go after that you dont get one.2nd time u visit for the changes you wanted to make3rd to collectWait n wait everytime you wait over there.Dont know whom to blame government or These service centres. They are making PEOPLE LIFE MORE MISERABLE.

Visited this government office after a long gap. Nothing much has changed, whole office is messed up with bundles of paper everywhere, not maintained well at all. I had to wait hours together to get a document print out because many staff including an officer were absent. However i did notice few employees working honestly and friendly. Needs lot of improvement!
