Im reducing the stars because I had a very bad experience after taking the delivery of my car. I want others should not go through the same ordeal. On the delivery day I checked with sales executive whether just the reg sticker is enough and I got misguided saying that I can go even out of Bangalore with that sticker. But next day I was caught by traffic inspector and I was threatened that my car will be ceased and I need to go to court. I didnt get proper support from Kalyani on the spot to deal with the traffic inspector. It was really scary moment for me and my family sitting inside the car especially my kid (it was his Birthday and we were visiting temple). We buy car with our blood/sweat money and we dont deserve such support and misinformation.

Purchased spresso last month July 2021.Test Drive was promised before delivery, but never arranged one.After Vehicle got delivered that there was no proper response for our calls.Received vehicle number quickly from RTO, but physical number plate was delayed and no proper response for our calls.After 1000km drive in 20 days, Booked appointment with date and time for first service. When I reached there, I was told it is as per first come first serve basis, not in appointment order hence I was asked to wait indefinitely. At last I had to take my vehicle to another service center.
