Purchased Honda City from Whitefield Honda in Feb’ 21. They had the variant i was interested in for test drive. While the booking process could have been better managed - some of their choices for external vendors (ICICI bank for Fastag) were not at helpful. Delivery was neat.Coming to the service - after 2 free services, the workshop staff are much better compared to their showroom staff. Extremely professional and easy to deal with. The service cost is slightly on the higher side though.

Got a very good service. This is the Sales Lady Ms Chaitra.She understood my requirement on the Honda City, asked for a days time and got me a deal far better than any other dealer. Post confirmation from my side, she did coordinate with my office for the entire transaction. She kept me informed about all the transactions and progresses. Parking: Big problem. No one will be there to even assist you.Staff: Did not feel welcomed, may be because it was a Saturday and they had a long day already. Nonetheless, they showed little or no interest to sell me any car.Ambience: Felt cramped.Models on display: Almost all models were on display.

I had booked a Honda City from this showroom with Sales person Chaitra. After booking I wanted to get some accessories like scratch guard, bucket mats, door garnish etc. But the person told that the bucket mat cant be sold separately and you have to purchase it along with pillow, additional cloth mats, key chain, fiber cloths etc. It was really disappointing experience. Over that when I wrote over email to Sales and AGM Ramesh, they also replied same. I had cancelled my booking and I have gone with Another dealer. They are much more co-operative, good that I dont have to deal with this dealership. Disappointing experience. I think this is one of the reason why even when Honda cars are so well built, they sale in small numbers. There was no attempt from dealership to delight the customer, rather they were ego centric including sales and Management.I also had similar experience when I went with my existing Honda Amaze service with this dealer. I ignored their behavior as it was first time but given this experience and also given the negative reviews on vehicle servicing from other users, I should get my new City serviced from other dealers even though I may have to go more kilometers, I will not be facing arrogant people.

Appreciate having women executive, but they still need more aggressiveness in them. They seemed like they didnt care about any cars. Also when you are wearing a mask u need to be a little loud, the executive who attended is seemed like she was talking to herself. Also they need more knowledge about cars.

As a first time buyer the experience at this showroom was abysmal. Waited for almost 45 minutes to even get attention from a sales person. And even then, rather than helping us in showing the features of the car or answering our queries, they were just interested in talking finance and being done.Maybebeing first time buyers we probably didnt exude the feel of serious buyers. Anyway we ended up choosing another car brand just because of this one incident

They have been understaffed for over 5 years of my service experience. The service advisors try to sell more and more each time you visit, starting from AC compressor warranty to additional fumigation, body polishing, engine check-up, battery check-up and the list goes on.On the flip side, they NEVER NEVER call you once your car is in for service, the customer has to follow up over themselves Only.Extremely poor service and one can obviously understand the reason for Hondas downfall in India!!There was a time I used to tell Hyundai to follow Honda and now its vice versa!#hondaindia #hondacity #honda #hondacars your market share is decreasing and the company is on its knees, reasons are more than evident if you care to explore.This place is a BIG NO and Ill never buy a Honda again... Products have gone expensive and so have the services; but the worth is severely down.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I had WRV 20k service done here. Post service mileage dropped drastically, my ac cooling issue is never resolved which I had a complaint. And the answer is AC is working fine. And the ac compressor rattling noise started, I cant even turn on AC now.Such a poor service.

Horrible experience and happened twice. Good car became worse after service. Radiator fan stopped working and they have no clue how it happened. Engine started heating up just after 10km drive..Best working break became really pathetic after service. They even washed out car logo, still not got replacement..Avoid going there..Got it repaired outside for highly better price and quality..

Very cordial and supportive staff. When I visted them, it was almost close of business hours still they arranged for a test drive also gave valuation of my old car instantly. There was nothing to appreciate neither to criticize.. but the labour charges are on higher side.. always check for printed system estimation before handover of your vehicle. Dont rely on the handwritten estimates, it will make you know about the actual expense which is going to come. After service, Ask them to provide the filled checklist what has been done while servicing and also ask them to sign and stamp on the same.

Sales lady was least interested, wasnt welcoming, barely shared any details, we had to ask the questions, test drive was done in pin drop silence, she didnt share any info. Once we reached the showroom, just handed over a pamphlet. The finance guy was much better than her. Didnt want to buy from this showroom due to the poor experience and lack of interest. Decided to go with Magnum Honda, mekhri circle and so glad we did, amazing service and quick response from the team

Don’t buy from Whitefield Honda. They cheat customers by giving after market accessories with new car. When informed they agreed to replace the same but how can they intensionally fit the after market accessories. Also from 2 weeks I am waiting for my accessories to get replaced on my Car they are still telling that they don’t have stock.

I Purchased My New Honda WRV car 2019 May. they are selling Old invoiced cars. When I checked my car warranty it was invoiced in the month of March. Untill I raise the complaint they never told. Kindly please check your warranty of your Car who already purchased. I am sorry for delay in giving feedback.i had given my Honda jazz for service. To tell you very frankly that while doing the service I have also for my vehicle Brake disk changed. But made a big mistake of giving it to your showroom. This is my forth car which I am using. After the service I had seen a humming sound in my car, when checked with the service person he mentioned the vehicle is become old so it will be there. This is the first time I am hearing an answer like this. My vehicle is only 3 and a half years old and if such sound comes then its a big blow on Honda. I am going to put this in Social media in Hondas website also.

Perhaps they are more interested in keeping the vehicle in the showroom than selling it to a prospective customer. Tried multiple times to get the availability of the Honda city. The guy seems not interested in providing details even after multiple pings. Dont know what else should be done to get the required information. I have an urgency in buying the vehicle and am even ready to buy it on spot. Was surprised to see the sales person (Dont want to take name) did not even bother. It was like I had to be after him.

I had a bad experience booking my city. They were not ready to show the vehicle and do a Pre-Delivery Check for the car which will be billed for me. Talked to multiple people and they were all not ready. Once I informed about cancelling the booking, executive offered me a visit to their yard. It took a fortnight after multiple calls and a visit to get my 50k refunded. I then bought the vehicle from Magnum Honda in Kanakapura Road. They were very courteous and showed me the yard, allowed me to inspect, start the vehicle. Really there is something fishy when they cant show the car I am buying. NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE.

This service center has lost touch with reality. They think they are in US or Sweden. I was denied service for my recently purchased USED Honda Amaze.I initially visited to get a paid checkup before purchasing the car. First they said they will not do the checkup claiming that we may blame them if their recommendation was faulty. Ok. This is reasonable so I let it go and got the car checked from a third party. I finally purchased the car and went back to Whitefield as a genuine owner of the car expecting a full evaluation of the cars status.At this point, I was told that the AC compressor and certain parts were not genuine and hence they will not service my car - instead of giving me a fair evaluation and recommendations of the cars status, I was denied a paid serviceI finally visited Dakshin Honda Magrath Road and they were able to give me a fair evaluation of the car. I finally found out that there was an insurance claim on the cars front subframe and the entire thing was fixed/replaced in a bumper to bumper insurance claim.I could have found out about the claim at Whitefield Honda itself if they agreed to inspect my car.I didnt understand what an insurance claim has to do with a paid service.All in all an absurd experience and honestly made me feel ashamed to purchase a used Honda.

Gud hygiene.. They explain everything to us in detail. They hear all our complaints.. But whatever stuffs they are supposed to do under warranty, like replacing any parts, they just argue with us and wont do. I hav issue with my USB port. It keeps disconnecting my phone frm car. I told them its the port problem after several testing frm my side, all they did was updating the firmware on my audio system.. What can I say? Since there is a language barrier, I couldnt argue.. Waiting to go back to my native and doing the service there wer people do give a care for others cars.

This review is for service center. Service advisors try to advise everything form engine bay cleaning form upholstery cleaning. Even you say dont want something thay try to bully you. Thay make sure your bill will be min 10k for normal service without any problems. Now they forcefully insisting hygiene covid treatment for your car for 1.5k no idea what they do.

I got my Honda city serviced from here and it was best so far compared to other Honda service stations in Bangalore. Agents were very good and informative and they do not eat your pocket. During my last two visit base writing this review. The service is very poor, They mostly focusing on money rather than customer satisfaction. For my 40000 km service they charged 12000 + which is higher for a Honda car. They doesnt know what is punctuality means.last to last time they called me by 2.00 PM and got my car by 6.00 PM .Last time i had an issue with wheel balancing. Then i revisited the centre agin after taking an appointment. On that day the executive was on leave who attended my car. With out listening my word they said its not possible to attended my car if not a regular service. After a fight they agreed to re check the issue, luckly they didnt charged anything. But still the issue is remain. So not prefer this service center for my future service.

First time when I went it was closing time and the salesman was least interested to talk. Also there were no lights switched, reason closing time. After two days I went again, but this time a lady acted as a good saleswoman. No lights switched off this time as well. I dont understand how can a showroom be so casual without lights. The seriousness to sell was missing. Basically complacency was pretty much evident.
