I literally write that BESCOM is the worst department ever. Every single day power cuts are happening. Even in the night also. There is a power cuts. I dont know why they are collecting huge tax from public and even though not giving the service properly. If there is a small rain also,they will switch off the power and tell us that there is some faulty. Collecting so much taxes and not giving the service properly is a shame to BESCOM. Shame on local engineers also. They do not care about their job.

Min charges of bills and if we dont pay addon intrest. Its only disappointment.Can we have pause option until we get our homes to rent so that unnecessary charges we would not pay. EV charging station here is one of the best. It has CCS Fast charger. It is surrounded by trees and a beautiful temple. You will never gets tried waiting here, instead refreshing !!Just a note, being at center location in Bangalore and with increasing number of ev, request you to install additional CCS charging stations.

This BESCOM corporate office is a boon for all electric cars. They have a fast charging station inside the premises.Although the charging station has been created for BESCOM internal purposes, public vehicles can charge their vehicles as well, by taking permission from.the authorities in the building.You need to call a number and take permission. There are three charging stations, and based on priority to internal vehicles our vehicle will be allowed to charge. You need to enter your time of entry and, battery percentage details when you started charging and stopped etc. The other drivers around were friendly, and although the security was a little hesitant and defensive in the beginning after the phone call to concerned person was made they allowed us to charge.Thank you for this facility.Located near freedom park, and one side exit of the cubbon park, near Nrupathunga road and KR circle.

BESCOM is wrost... wrost... wrost... Always Power cuts in Nelamangala and surrounding areas for 8 to 9hrs in a day for whole 365days in a year and unresponsive staff. I am complained since 2019 about frequently power cuts in our areas till now they are no single solutions from them they will say we cant supply electricity without uninterrupted😠😠😠

BESCOM is Worst Electricity service provider. BESCOM is not capable of handing Bengalurus electricity demand. In winter when the consumption of electricity is less, there are no power cuts however, just at the start of February, 1st week.., Their frequent feeder issues start coming up and this is not happening for 2-3 years its BESCOMs excuse for decade, their incapability to handle the 24hr power supply to the top city of INDIA. Extremely disappointing service. Waste of Tax Payers Money...!!

I had visited C 3 jalahalli bescom office for surrending of my bescom meter. The staff there were courteous, helpful especially JEE Vasu. The procedures were completed and meter surrendered in 2days. Thank you Bescom Engineer Mr. Vasu and all at Jalahalli C3 Bescom office.

Bescom is one of the most mismanaged service providers. Its MD says really good things about their preparedness for monsoon and comments that there is surplus of power however she also mentions that there are 10k+ complaints raised with Bescom everyday. This proves that effectiveness of ensuring this benefit of surplus power to the tax paying citizens is next to zilch. The poorly maintained hardwares, cables, MUSS, feeders, transformers, etc... are all tell tale signs of how Bescom is ill performing and depriving tax payers from the bare necessity of having electricity in our house holds. Everyday we are facing frequent power cuts and trust me, it need not be because of heavy rain or strong wind as it can happen even when the sun is shining bright or the weather being pleasant. I strongly urge privatisation of this organisation! Jai Hind

There are frequents power cuts , infact from Saturday morning and the only reason Bescom has been giving fom long time is some work.but they are very prompt in collecting electricity bill , in way of taking fuse if not paid on tie or delay in one day.but same dos not go in providing service.its consumers and not the BESCOM staff who face this issues.corruption and inability to provide service is the main reason for consumer to face inspite of paying whatever tariffs Bescom ask for paying.PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BESCOMone more thing observed , gives response on the reviews / feedbackk provided only to those who give 4/5 star ratings , for other ratings they are not bothered in acknowledging it .

Worst customer service. I had to follow with them for 3 days and make 18 calls to get fuse reconnection in main meter. Even after all these followup fuse was not reconnected. Later called a near by electrician and he did in 5min. The bescom call centre gave contact info line man, he didnt attend problem but closed the ticket next day, the line man told he cannot attend. 2nd contact number for provided by bescom, the contact guy left the phone with his wife. Rather than relying on bescom better get it done with local electrician.

Utter useless staff no one to check the power drop in my flat for three hours even after complaining twice. Wasted my time in calling them no proper answer. They say they can only communicate in kanada.
