The way of talking with customers were not satisfied, careless answers, i have given my bike for service, and they will not done the service . the reason given by showroom is spares are not avaliable. if you are confirm, we will order the spares, but it will take 5 working days. after confirming the order they will take more than 10 days, and finally they said spares are not available. i know khivraj showroom has one of the best, and good network. but in my matter the worst.

Best place to get your bike serviced!! Especially for Dominar 400. I always had very good experience with the service provided here.A special thanks to Mr Subbu(floor incharge) who is well experienced and well behaved guy. He holds very good technical skills. He always gives best possible solution to your bike issues.

I have very good experience with the service provided here. Crew are very supportive. Subbu and Arun Kumar both are very good technicians and they have good patiency to listen address the minure issues. Especially for Dominar it is preferable service center

Personally I felt ok with these guys. Was sceptical after reading all the reviews but dint have another option to go elsewhere. Just got vehicle delivered and its pretty well done. Did what I told them to and no extra charges.

Best to get your bike serviced. Hardworking efficent efficient mechanics who give a lot of attention to your bikes. I would say to all the RS fans to take your RS there for service. Ask for a person called Subbu as he is an expert for RS . They would never charge you for something which is not needed to change. 5 star for the service and care.If you need the delivery earlier then please teach there exactly at 9am.General service charge 500rsSpare parts and labour extraIf you need to reduce cost of service then ask for AMC card which costs around 500rs. You would get around 7.5% discount on spare parts and 10% on labour for 1 whole year.

Good servicing done here . I took my bike for the first servicing and everything is checked properly. They use Bajaj DTSI Engine oil and chain lubrication also done properly. Had some problems with the rear brake which also fixed. They don’t do washing here rest all services are good.

Its very busy service center hence not much time they have I think. More or less like any other Bajaj service center. Getting bike after service takes 45 minutes, so much paperwork, which hardly matters. Would prefer local service centers.

One of the best showroom and service Center I ever experienced with. Service Center boys does the job as per the expectation and fulling the customer satisfactory. Especially Subhu (Floor Incharge) is one of the reason for all fulfilment. He is the one man who bridge the good well between customer and servicing team. I own an Avenger 220 and was here for a quick check of the vehicle. Technicians were least bothered to even look at the vehicle. Unfortunately, I met with an accident which had an ill effect on the handle bar. The technician denied saying it would take a day or two to replace it though they did have the spare parts in stock when I verified in it the sales counter. I’d rather buy the genuine spare parts and have them replaced at the nearest local garage.

The showroom is like any other. The staff are quite friendly and attentive to queries and complaints. As for the service center, the service is prompt and done well. Faced a couple of problems after service once or twice but they were addressed with intent. No problem getting spares.

I have reached here to purchase parts. It took more than 1 and half hour to give the spares even after paying the cash. Person at the spares counter is not at all bothering the customer who is just standing for the spares. Staffs is very arrogant.

To be honest , I would not even give one star . If you guys cant treat customers in a good manner atleast show some respect . We come there to find out whats wrong with our bike and what could be done to make it better . And they are busy talking to each other . The attendant / service guy has a bad attitude towards the customer . Learn some manners or have some courtesy. You guys are not servicing a BMW / Porshe to show attitude . Common people like us take time out of our busy schedule and this is not what we expect . Bajaj please teach your employees some basic stuffs on how to treat customers .

Theyre almost always full. I have to wander atleast 3 times before they take my bike for service. Not customer friendly at all. Sales was good, but service is bad. You have to take a day off in weekday to get your bike serviced. That too they expect us to be at the service centre before 9. Where the service centre itself opens at 9. Truly disappointed.

Very worst service, please dont leave your bike with them. service is really really really worst.Service person will only convince you to believe everything is good, but they wont even check everything. Pure money minded. Not at all thinking about providing good service.I left service there twice, thinking they might have done first service there in hurry (mistakenly gave them second chance), its my bad. I really advise you not to leave bike service there, that too for Dominar, nooooo.bad experience.Please dont do service here.

Price of all the accessories like number plate, buzzer is quiet less as compare to other dealers. Salesmen are quiet helpful. Only cons is the availability of accessories. I have ask for all the accessories they have taken 2 days of time. Although 2 days waiting was worth me.Cost of IND number plate is 600 which is half compare to other dealers.Cost of normal number plate is 60.

Honest Review here :Hello, I had bought brand new avenger 220 from this showroom a month ago. The bike is still having issues and this service station doesnt listen or trusts you. If you have any issues in the bike you will have to keep the bike for two days and most likely that will also not fix it.I am currently using this bike with lost of issues and they are not ready to address it.Please do not buy any bike from here if you do not want to waste your money, I am writing this honestly and truly.Better I would suggest you to go with some other brand rather than Bajaj, because all bikes have gears shifting issues told to me by one of the service person.It was my first bike and I had so many issues with the bike, whenever I went to them they would keep a bike for a day or two confirming that issue is resolved but it never is.So its upto you to take chances on it and risk your hard earned money on waste bikes like Bajaj.Just a honest opinion from my experience.

Edited: Service is good but very much UNREALISTIC COST for service and parts. In 3rd service only they have replaced parts saying that they went bad. 5000 to 9400 km run bike costs nearly 5k bill. Total cost of FIRST 3 FREE services gone beyond 10k..Good service till now.. Looks better compare to my previous service sections. Dont charge for small small tweets we ask for after service.

Such a poor service. Bought avenger 40days back. So it is first free service. I was mentioned that getting some sound in, front wheel andback wheel while applying brake . But they are not resolved the problem. Still the sound is coming. Even they are not applying grease. Bike was not cleaned properly. Overall not satisfied (not even single star).

Please dont give your bikes there..They are not at all doing the works properly..I have a dominar and went there regarding some issues..asked to replace the air filter and they said they have done it..I felt the same issues and when I checked it was not replaced..There is hardly anyone who knows how to repair dominar..they are least bothered about customer satisfaction

I have serviced my RS200 here 2-3 times here. I have never felt any smoothness or crisp engine after one would feel after servicing. I doubt whether they really do anything or just wash and wax the bike and return to customer. My bike has not even completed 10k kms and everytime they ask me to change chain sprocket.My two other friends has experienced the same. And decide not to visit this guys again.

Pathetic people.. no professionalism... I went to change a part in my bike... Noone was responding properly.. I asked 4-5 different service personnel... They said to wait and everything will be taken care... after 20mins I waited in their customers lounge, just to come out and see, everyone has gone to lunch... !! I even requested them to keep the bike.. I can collect later... But they didnt agree... And at last told me to come on Monday....!!! Not sure how a Company like Bajaj lets such unprofessionals open an official service centre..

I bought a Dominor 400 from this store and had a very bad experience here. Some of the issues I faced here were -- Sales guy keeps lying alot and has no knowledge of the bike and its features- Sales guy had promised few discounts and freebies before paying the money, but post payments he took back his word saying his manager is not accepting on those terms. So guys, be careful with the sales guy and take things in written- I had to wait roughly for a month to get my number plates which led to me paying fine couple of times to traffic police. And the delay was because Khivraj sales guys were not updated with the latest rule of Supreme Court regarding installation of High Security Registration Numbers on all the new bikes. I had to personally educated them. Initially they had been bluntly being avoiding me saying that no such notice had come to them and they cant get the plates- No action was taken even post complaints were raised to the higher authorities in the store but had a huge immediate call backs when I called the regional manager of Bajaj. If you guys face any issues or feel that these people are fooling you, do contact the sales manager of Bajaj. He might help you outIn all I had a very bad experience with the sales team which does actually suffice for why Bajaj is known for poor sales experience but service team has been slightly better.

Had Bitter experience earlier during a test ride visit of Dominar. They were not willing to give a test ride due to Traffic being the reason, asked to to take the adjacent road which was a small lane of 200 mts. How am I to decide on a 2l bike in such short distance and I could feel that they were insecure the whole time that I would rob the bike :P. Went ahead and booked the interceptor after having entirely opposite experience with RE. Being a loyal customer for past 9 years with Bajaj, now I guess I would move my loyalty been a RE customer.

Very poor service, too much of labour charge, they dont even apply grease to your mirror joints, they dont even clean your bike properly, they charge for some 3M oil, which is not necessary and without owners permission they bill it. Out of 2000 rupees 1000 was labour charge. Its really ridiculous.

Authorized Bajaj service centre in Whitefield. Good service. Setup in a very small area and limited capacity. Still I wonder why they accept only cash payments. They give all sorts of land excuses if you ask why are you not accepting cards. Atleast that dont have paytm.

Servicing quality is bad. Handle screws and exhaust screws were lose after servicing. Check your bike thoroughly after getting it serviced here.
