Donβt go for zoom cars. π«π«π«I booked from 8:00 pm on 15/8/2021 with home delivery options, but zoom car customer care peopleβs and drivers are not responded even waited for almost 2 hours.Donβt book at Zoom car.Totally waste of your time.
Pls dont download or use this app these are scammers my refund is not even still settled please its been 4 months not even a single reply from them I shouldve received 1k+ of refundn if a police officer is seeing this please file a case against these scrammers
Ive avail zoomcar 2 tyms n going to zooming again. Supprrbb experience.Best thing is....no disturbance means well unlock our booked car ourselves my mobile app or website, well get key inside, inspect nd go......n tym of ending well drop the key inside only n lock the doors by mob app or website.Rent is also favorable......Figo, Swift, any SUV n Premium luxury like Audy Q3 is also available.One thing i dont like.......we have to end our trip.....from where we started. We cant end our trip at another location. Thats why i gave 4 stars (rating) only.
Dont choose Zoomcar guys anymore, or else u will be loosing your money they arent initiating the refund even after 60 working days. And they will be blocking customer care number after the completion of book. Hopeless service being provided by Zoomcar. Those who havent got your refund kindly report and charge a case against them. Or else this wont be resolveable.

Zoomcar is a cheat. No refund of deposit. No customer service. No office location. Those who havent received the refund should file a case.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!This is the first time I am giving a bad rating to any app/service on Playstore. I am very disappointed in their customer support.I had used Zoomcar once before and so when I was travelling to Bangalore, I chose to book Zoomcar from the Airport itself to drive myself to my friends home. After all the payment was finished, I saw that the pickup point is not same as the one I expected i.e. near the airport so I tried to contact them. I tried to edit my booking and it didnt allow me to change it to the Airport pickup point(I could change it to other pickup points).I found that they dont have any contact number listed on their website and we can only contact them by email. I was okay with that since I had booked in advance so I was expecting to get the issue sorted easily.While mailing them, we have to choose certain issue dropdown values and sub queries under that issue. Since, I couldnt find any values pertaining to my exact issue, I chose to choose the one that sounded closest to my issue and mailed them. They replied in a couple of hours but to my shock, they replied with a standard reply to the issue I chose, and seemingly not having even glanced at what I wanted to resolve.I let that one go and replied back calmly and have not gotten a reply. So, I mailed them again, this time with a different issue name (changed to see if it would make any difference) but the same thing happened again. Standard reply pertaning to the issue I chose and nothing regarding my own problem.My booking has come within a few days and so, I have asked them for a contact number but no reply.Such pathetic service from a site that has such good reviews.Β I expected more.Even after such hassle, cancelling the booking is also going to cost me!
The booking experience is very very bad. They should give us at least one chance to make any changes. I booked for a car from 7am to 1pm and later i changed it to 7:30am to 1:30 pm and i lost a money.. they charged 300/- for changing the time and they readjusted my free kilometers and plan...There is no customer support. I wanted to reach the customer support to clarify and it is all automated and was very very frustrating....

Worst experience after booking the car, the head light was not working in the evening , they charged excess though the car was returned on time, saying they had GPS issue so could not trace the km properly , no use of talking to customer care , pls do not use or before taking the car, Talk to them clearly and check the details of fare and all.
