Today I had been to this office and was guided by some one to meet the incharge of this IT office to address my issue. I went n met Mr Chetan D Kamalkar without knowing he is IRS officer. He patiently heard my grievance and spoke to me. Such a humble person. My sincerest appreciation to him and all his team.

Can any employee working here help me out I need some reference. No one is ready to help. They just want bribe. Unable to reach any officer as they do not come to the office.

Not yet received the REFUND. Waiting for almost 10 months now. And now its time for filing next years income tax

Very well maintained office

This place is maintained well and clean and is located above the Bus depot, koramangala 6th block, bangalore. Having access to wheel chair Lift facility is available. Operates from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Ample parking available, entry from the second entrance! No reception or enquiry available as they would prefer correspondence through the online route! Hence looking for a telephone is rather useless!The officers are helpful still (even though I barged in) and yet gently directed me to file the issue officially though the IT portal!A refreshing change from a decade back! Kudos to the new IT department!

Try all day to place a call to C.P.C. Nothing works after the call is made

Visited first time and my experience is good here. Staff are supported to slove my problem with PAN card.

I was directed to this regional office for my international taxation issues, the officer (Madam) for International Taxation, Ward (1)-1, is a very knowledgeable and wonderful person, who helped me with my case. There is so much paperwork required by the government, however I was able to complete them with her guidance.

The infrastructure of the IT Office is wonderful. You would feel it like a MNC campus. Good to see such development in government organization.

Visited the office today and met one of IT officer, he allowed me to type a request letter and print from his computer. Based on his advice i have submited and received acknowledgent for belated ITR1 filing. I am proud of his way of advice. Thanking you sir.

Place is good. But the service is still poor. The officer are not ready to understand the explanation nor read the letter and attachments to enable resolution to the problem. They just stick to their own thinking. It is frustrating wish they read every document and find ways to resolve rather than cause inconvenience to senior citizens.

Visited twice this office after spending 2 hours on traveling, but my grievance is not yet settled. I am a senior citizen

Worst response demand for everythong currupt officers

Ya...it is one of the good office which can be seen under central government .They are good in all aspects,They are ready to help,especially ASK department peoples.

Hopeless and useless bunch of staff.All they know is Refund under PROCESSING &you will get it shortly.(more than 6 months)still its shortly.They dont even provide income tax ombudsman contact number.

Today i visit first. On road it is. .easily accessable.

The address of income tax offices are furnished without PIN ( Postal code), which results in confusion at the time of mailing the letters.Prahalad.MB

This is my first visit here.My earlier experience with IT Dept was through my CA only. And that was one of the worst experience. They were never bothered about peoples difficulties. And those were the days of UPA.But today, for the first time I physically went there. Our PMs Swachch Bharat could be seen here. The building and the whole atmosphere was excellent.I am yet to experience other activities like their work culture.Hope Modis magic is doing a good job here.

Cannot see a single contact number that citizens can use to contact this office. The link to the website also does not have a contact umber for this office.

This 3 star is for infrastructure only.. not a single star belongs to the officers..

OFFICERS ARRIVE AFTER 1:30 PM !! BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE MACHINE IS KEPT UNPLUGGED - REALLY, INDIA IS BECOMING SUPERPOWER....LOL....ROFL...LMAO......Officer was helpful, but disrespectful (Because helpful, thats why 1 star, otherwise I would give 0 stars !!)
