Not a good builder..Planned to buy a villa from them.. which is in Varthur site.spoke to few people of their Phase-1 and Phase-2.. came to know that ..phase-1 took more than 4 years .. they are speaking helpless.. lots of problems in constructions.. like leaking and extra charging....currently phase 2 is going on .. more than 3 years over and still saw all houses are still under construction.. no roads.. also..Heard that proprietor is more interested in travelling abroad than focusing on the delivery of the project..i preferred not to go with them..

I bought a villa in vartur phase 1 for 45 lacs BDA approved before 3 years , the present value for the villa I bought would be somewhere around 1.25 crore. Very happy with the builder and his workmanship . Totally satisfied with my choice .

I am visting for job purpose but currently there is no vacancies for freshers.
