We liked their designs and signed for turnkey package. Everything was taken care by them with regards to construction of our house. Both the structure and interiors were done by them. They were very client friendly through out the process and accommodative for minor changes and alteration during the course of work too. We definitely recommend this builder.Thank u so much.

I hired him for my homes renovation work and was completed in one and a half weeks time. The area was around 1000 square feet and I loved hiring him as everything was completed very fast and the work was clean too. His execution is amazing and staff as well. I would love to hire him again and would also recommend him to my colleagues.

Reasonable and approachable. We found them through a reference. Their quote was little high compared to local contractors whom we had approached earlier. We went ahead with them mainly because they were very informative and felt they are more professional. Our house came out really good. They helped us in both architectural designs, and all approvals were taken care by them. Mr Harshavardhan was one point of contact for overall project and it was very comfortable. We travel often due to office work and couldn’t visit site much. He use to coordinate on Whatsapp which was very helpful. Overall it was a good experience, but still they can improvise more to be a best builder. Wishing them good luck.

Do not get scammed. If it is your HARD-EARNED-MONEY, verify with REAL-CUSTOMERS and then take a call .I had a very bad experience, they promised high quality and left a lot to be desired. Forget building or apartment, they dont know how to build a cowshed also. Pathetic build quality. Above that they plan to cheat from day 1. Terms and conditions are in their favor.Even the best builders of India have not received such high rating. It is very simple that all positive reviews are FAKE, added by self, family and partners.

They are very friendly, approachable (especially Harshavardhan) unlike many contractors in bangalore. We had an idea about what to build and some sample designs when we approached them. They made floor plans accordingly and also rebuilt our elevation as per the floor plan finalised.Construction process was smooth and on time. We were not hurry and allowed them to go on with their process and timelines. They delivered before the agreed timeline.Some amount of involvement was required with their labourers periodically, but we were okay with it since it would help for final finishing.Our house came out well, many appreciated during house warming and we conveyed the same to them.

They constructed our house. They guided us from Borewell, site cleaning, plan approvals, and bank loans as well. They introduced us to the right people for the same.Every stage went as planned. We had to made some changes during ground floor construction in our floor plan due to change of our ideas and new decisions from the family. I feared if they wouldn’t accept, but they did. Not only they guided us to accommodate the new reqs with the old ones but also gave better tips for better results.They also guided for bescom and bwssb approvals and sanctioning. They have also started one of our relatives building now.

Nice people to work with. They constructed our house within our budget.Planning: we had no idea how to start planning. The architects whom they have as partners helped us a lot. They even took our family members details and designed accordingly as per the needs of every individual. We were happy to see their ideas on floor plan and elevations.Planning: They helped us with obtaining all permissions and approvals from bbmp, bescom, Bwssb etc. There contractors were coordinating with us well.Construction: They were swift enough to start construction as soon there was a green signal from authorities. There might be some break on festival days, but the speed was good enough. They delivered in half the time we agreed on our agreement. They even understood and accommodated our requests for additional timelines for final payments. Overall they were friendly and accommodative.Interiors: we got interiors designed from same architects when building was nearing completion. We liked the design and we signed with same ppl again. We were apprehensive to give to someone who does civil work, luckily they had good skilled carpenters who understood our ideas. The finishing came out well.
