I approached a person name Geetha. She doesnt even know how to speak with customer. She treats them very bad. Not professional. Never came across such a aggressive person in any field.

Horrible service for small properties. Suitable for only big money projects with no cap on budget, civil work is pathetic, no quality check done by builder and later i was made to adjust with all civil work as mine was a small budget property. Owner is very prompt in asking money on time and available 24/7 to collect same however when it comes to delivery its pathetic. My dream house is a complete destruction even after spending about INR1600 per sqft. Walls in my house are resembling Leaning Tower of Pisa, roof line inside house is not straight, its up-down, up-down. Ceiling is not plain. Door is not straight. No one can lift hand in roof bathroom due to insufficient height. Pathetic plumbing work. 2 months time was not sufficient for builder to finish plastering work and painting and i was told that i hurried up.Good i hurried up, otherwise my house would never have ready for even next 6 months also. Construction was only for 1 floor and it started in Jan20, roofing was completed in Feb20, I understand Corona started after that. June end construction started however on September 4th when i moved in people still took 1 week to correct painting flaws. Tiles work is not goodI hired services though it was on higher side on budget as i wanted some professional work to be done as both my husband and i am employed, moreover i am a cancer patient. He took signature on blank quotation in Dec19 and got it sealed only in Aug20 and added pages in between which is highly unprofessional. However, sorry to say that i hired him and thanks to Corona that i got time to be at home to look into all this non-sense.For bill finalization also builder does not come ready with his cost and amount paid by customer, expects customer to keep track of all. He is supposed to pay me back INR 90,000 however, he negotiated with my husband and reduced his payback amount by more than 50%. Despite this from one week he is not able to tell by when he is going to pay back and continuously looking for more areas where he can reduce the amount in 38,400 which he is supposed to give back.While taking money he is on dot but because now its payback time he is not able to arrange few thousands and return my money. But i will not leave it as finally he blamed my husband and me for all the faults in his building. He never came to give instruction to his workers even once, each time he visited was only to collect money, in between 3 engineers changed in 10 months and none of the workers actually followed any instruction of engineer.I had to act literally like a PA to remind them time and again about my requirement as they conveniently used to forget the instruction and then i was blamed that madam talks too much and nobody needs to worry as she will keep following up. Not sure if anybody else is spending money what they would have done in my situation. End of the day i dont have black money or dont earn under the table. I belong to middle class and earn honestly. My house is simple, small but i wanted quality which i did not get.And i have not listed this review because he has to pay back but this is an advise to all the small budget house who can make only one house in lifetime, to not hire this service as it is going to ruin your dreams completely and be ready with at least 25% extra budget to rectify all the errors which are made by highly professionals hired by Mr. SubramaniI can write pages on mental torture i went this entire journey for 10 months hence please feel free to comment on my feedback with pictures and videos.

Hi, This construction company is building very good apartments with very good planning. They are maintaining very good quality assurance. Their interior decoration planning is very very good. It looks very awesome. They are Using good technology for flooring, painting and gardening is very very good. Finally it will be worth.

I have contracted Citadil for my house construction in the month of May, I am completely satisfied with their team work and their quality of work done till now in construction including the material used.

I would like to share reviews on the constructions that is being doing in Bangalore in all suitable formats. They follow the quality standards that suits the customer accordingly.Recently I visited the citadil construction that has plan going on in KR puram in Bangalore. The view of that building wow awesome, when u start visiting near and near u feel the look of that building.This project was recently sanctioned where it has an total of 2 blocks with floor of 5 floors on eachand it has a nearly around 16 houses . Like u get the option to choose 1/2 BHK based on the budget we have .

We had with this contractors some misunderstanding in final work time of our house..but we have been liked some items for eg.sanitary items one of their engineer suggested and we spoken to Mr.subramani...we get it done..anyhow its fine
