Beautifully crafted villa plotted development. As of aug2021 they were quoting 3600 per sft. But almost full, there were few odd sized plots left. There were few plots available for sale from purchased owners. They quoted 4500 per sft, as they have already paid club charges, initial maintainance and infra charges..

Pls dont waste your time . I visited Godrej reserve on 4/4. I read the previous reviews that only few units were available but on top of it the Godrej team replied there are more available..so I believed and called them... The marketing team mentioned there are still 32 , 80*40 units available with sale going on ..I visited the site and to my dismay the disinterested sales guy said only 8 units available. Since I invested so much time I went through 3 plots , 2 of them were in front of transformers, 1 of them a triangular plot..all of them different sizes in a barren land..It was a waste of time so I left the place , I got a call from a broker 2 hrs from then saying a person is ready to resell.. I asked him how he got my number...This is completely unprofessional without my consent to share my number that too to an unknown party ..very disappointed

One of the best and much needed projects from Godrej.Its well connected. Near to Airport. This is really for investment. They have 10:90 scheme. They are having 6Acres of dedicated forest, 2 club houses with all the amenities once could expect. Really worth investing

Post enquiry, the way they followed up gave a feeling as a customer, you will have lot of choices. After reaching there through pot holed roads and one hour drive, came the anticlimax. They have only FOUR plots available as on the date this review is being written and that too at the entrance next to security. It was a very bad experience. I’m surprised why for selling 4 plots of size 40x80, the company has put up a call centre, follow up calls and sales person. It will any way get sold in due course of time. When I asked the sales person why I was not informed in advance about the availability the lame answer I got was the call centre is not updated.

Even before marketing people keep sending message for the payment, there is no accountability for the delay, if you dont pay within 20 days of Invoice, they will charge the interest, there is no mercy they will suck your blood. wherever you go middle class always suffers, they dont get the support either side

Very over priced property, location is very far from city.

Heavily priced and too much of loading on the basic cost. Excellent marketing and sales effort need to be substantiated with competitive pricing. Brand name alone may not infuse the requisite interest in the current context. In addition it may take close to 7-8 years for the locality to develop. Not a prudent choice as of now.

The area of the property is huge. It has great location and loved the amenities here. They have gym, kids play room, 2 club houses and lot more.

Double priced for that location.Not for middle class buyers who wants to take loan and buy. In contrary due to this Covid-19 it is uncertain about the pro-claimed appreciation of the plot.

The project layout is amazing. I have gone across multiple plotted developments but this is one of the best i have seen in Bangalore.From an investment point of view seeing the reviews i only have one statement to make to the people who are calling it a bad investment. Which investment gives you a solid return in 2 years? I doubt there is any. This development by Godrej is very good especially with the forest theme, parks around the layout.For investment i strictly say people should invest for 6-7 years and then sell the plot else use it as a weekend home. Its a very good project although price is on a higher side, end of the day for such a reputed company you will have to pay some premium.

This is a complete fraud.Godrej just rendering their brand to the project to attract customers and make a profit from it.Also have gone against rules of rera regarding to marketing of project.Not very transparent with the customers with respect to partners of project, load factors and costs .Would recommend to avoid.

Godrejs plotted development. Located far from city outskirts - 18 km from Bangalore international airport. No notable developed areas/convenience in a radius of at least 5kms, from the property. I think Godrej priced it very high.

Godrej Properties are doing all they could to cheat customers and still escape from RERA rules. They engage channel partners during sales. CPs use Godrej Brand name to earn customer trust and make false commitments. Later Godrej properties representatives shy away from taking accountability for the commitments made by CPs and shamelessly invoke RERA provisions to tell that they may choose to forfeit the booking amount if the customer requests for cancellation of booking. They work around RERA rules by not being transparent about the prices, charging heavy premium for north,east facing plots, promising discounts to selected customers through CPs and later not taking accountability for the promises made by CPs. I can only say that this project is a fraud committed on to Bangaloreans and these sort of cheap tactics are least expected from a great company like Godrej .
