I had a worst experience of rude and unprofessional and unfriendly approach towards customer by the OMBR BR. Specially one Mr. Deepesh & Mr. Ajith.My account was transferred From Benson town br to OMBR BR with out my consent/intimation. Whereas I had opted for Rs. 20000/- package under plan B Dtd 4.4.18 under no. 569 with the condition that without END DATE and same was accepted by Benson town br and allotted 6 ( old pending) +30 total 36 slots without any END DATE. As on date I have utilise only 20 slots still 16 slots are pending. I got a call from the Ayushmann OMBR br that your account has been transferred from BT br to OMBR br, its more than 8KM from my residence, in spite of all I met Mr. Deepesh &. Mr. Ajith after marathon discussion regarding the END DATE they promised they will revert after consulting their superior in a day, even after more than 10 days no one bother to call,. When I approached again after more than 15 days, they denied service for what of END DATE. I never expected uncultured behaviour from Ayushmann Ayurvedic therapy center collaborated with Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (AVP). I felt its a day-robbery by the organisation. I am senior citizen last therapy was Dtd. 11.03.2020 @ BT br with out any hassle its evident that Benson town br approved without END DATE. I am filling a case in the consumer court for justice. I request the public of East of NGEF and OMBR residence think twice before enrolling with Ayushmann Ayurvedic therapy OMBR br

It is an excellent place for massage and other joint pain treatments. The doctor is well qualified so also the therapists. Rates are reasonable. I benefitted from the treatment here for my knee pain. I would recommend strongly for body massage, shirodhara or any other treatment, location wise it is easily accessible with parking space.

This place has gone to the dogs!! Please do not waste your money, they do not understand customer service. Took feedback on issues in writing saying Manager will call but 4 days have passed, no call.Bathrooms are clogged, no heating oil facility in massage room they step out to do so. Massage also naam ke vaasthe. Very poor service do not tecommend at all. I have gone there twice as we took package, once money is received thats it.

Staff are experienced and service is good. Trying to understand our need or problem and focused on the required massage. Modern massages like Thai massages are not available.

Had recently gone to this spa based on recommendations but it turned out to be a distastous experience as my hands are paining bcz of the pressure...they dont ask if the pressure is fine..The shower area is clogged and there is no proper drainage system and I felt the linen is dirty..I suppose ppl should not visit this ppl bcz of the hygeine.

Good Ayurvedic treatment compared to other centre’s

I have been taking massage from this branch from last year so far the experience has been wonderful. Like their hospitality. Especially the staff Shubha has been coordinating very good. Just a session to management light music and bit to aroma addition in the room will make it perfect relaxation and rejuvenation. Keep up the good work.

What convinced me most to book Ayushman Ayurvedic therapy centre was that it truly offers authentic and traditional Ayurveda. I appreciated that there was no sea and no pool. Not recommend if you are in some pain. Only for recreational purpose you can go.I went there and kept telling the therapist that I am in too much pain but she continuously smiled and ignored. I have Rheumatoid arthritis from 8 years now . When I first visited Ayushman, I had stiffness in almost all my joints from knee, jaws,Shoulder,wrist and ankles. I have taken treatments hear and also have done some chiropractic sessions elsewhere. Now after 2 years of therapy; I have ankle pain only for which I am continuing my treatment at Ayushmann. I have had totally 6 weeks of sessions in past 2 years . It is good. Some of the improvements can be made with their bathing rooms. Windows have screen but glasses are see through which is uncomfortable for woman. Only two rooms are women friendly but doors should have screens as well. Treatment is good.

I enjoyed the massage, Jiya was excellent and very pleasant. My only disappointment was the hygiene in the toilet, the floor mat was extremely dirty and the toilet doors were filthy. I think a little more attention needs to be given to the hygiene.

I will strongly recommend patients to visit Ayushman Ayurvedic center. I had a severe cervical spondylytis issue where i was unable to life my left hand and was in severe pain. When i went to all allopathy hospitals they took MRI scan and everyone suggested to go for Surgery immediately. But thanks to God almighty i visited Ayushman by my own without any reference and gave a try. I was fully 100% recovered in just 6months and pain was completely gone and was able to lead a normal life. Doctors , therapists and receptionists are all very good here and they value the client needs and have primary goal of curing the patients as per their needs. Even now i am taking here few massages packages and feels nice they treat so well and guide well as per the needs. Will suggest everyone to go here and get the benefits of the natural treatment.

Good place for an avurvedic massage and they have new offers which come with every new season. However, I do not find avurvedic massage as effective as a swedish massage. The masseuse are well trained but some of them have difficulty communicating in English/Hindi. Prompt appointments and good quality of oil used.
