Over all best experience staff is working here ! Their haircut is just perfect. the person who cut my hair is also very good ,he knows which hairstyle will suit u, Price is also not too high comparing with the effort they have done.

Michael is one of the best stylist I met. Very knowledgeable and caring. Has very good knowledge about what suits your hair. Best persons hands you want to leave your hair in. The spa is also very lovely. Great environment, friendly staff and the best manager manjula who makes you feel like a princess. Overall the best experience ever.

I went here for beauty service, i asked them to do eyebrow first and a northeast lady came and she started doing it, then i realised that she is chewing panmasala. it was horrible experience, she intro herself jyothi, i suggest u all if anyone doesnt like panmasala dont go here

Saloon is absolutely not good , just for hair colouring they charged me 900 bugs , and they had to tell me its loreal colour but i vouche thats the local make , my hair is become like dry grass , do not go to this parlour , expensive and job is gross....and no customer service at All....

So pathetic service .. I had a trust towards the staff when I went for colouring..I did a smoothening and hair highlights of Loreal..they used matrix product saying its loreal and charged as per that .. they dont even know what is highlighting and also they applied all the smoothening creams and Coloring creame on the same sitting which is not the normal procedure. This ended up in damaging my hair like hell.. now I had to cut all my hip length hair to shoulder length..imagine how traumatic that would be. If we had any process in claiming I would have gone for that . Please think twice before you go there. You can be betrayed with products they use and also end up messing your natural hair

Hopeless .. Got a pedicure done which was not only hopeless but also the nepalese lady ended up hurting the cuticle of my big toe. Got eye brows done and my skin on the eye lid is so ruptured.. and waxing -- well I have no words to share the experience.. So ladies and gents avoid his place like a plague!

Ive had the worst waxing experience ever at this salon. I visited the parlour for waxing and ended up with boils on my hand(Boils. Not just rashes). The staff were so inexperienced that they didnt get the consistency of the wax right nor does the waxing seem neat.Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this salon to anyone.

Bad hair colouring experts.. Poor experience.. I asked for light shade colouring but they applied RED which was big mess, secondly I asked for streaks but they apply RED colour to my complete hair !!! Imagine how RED colour look on Indian hair that too I was colouring for the first time :-( ! Was very upset !!!

I lost my silver chain, while I was busy having my facial treatment done here . The bigger concern, apart from losing my chain, was how they were trying to patronize me to indicate that I made a mistake of losing it and therefore should deal with it, and not at all interested in finding out how the chain went missing from that room.Im sure some of them would have returned lost articles before. But in this case, one among them was a culprit. And the others were not interested in finding out, and so, I would like to rate a one star to this place in terms of helping customers.

This is not the same as old salon. Prices changed owner behaviour changed.

Its a better place for those who have concern about service and cash.
