No separate que for Sr citizens at billing. From past many months there is no endocrinologist but big ad for diabetes. Ridiculous. Few consultants never be on time. During consultation they give importance to mobile calls. Never listen to patients g properly. They treat report not patients.

Only sister or brother ll b Available they ll talk to doctors and write prescription for you and will ask to meet next day. Next day when I visited hospital, der is no que all ll rush to dr cabin n say first me first me.... When my turn came I was coughing badly he refused to talk to me and sent me for CT scan , blood test n all, when I went back with reports he said to meet him in emergency ward . He never showed up himself again nurse over der prescribed something n took covid test. I was very sure I hv no covid n I m allergic to dust.... I again went with covid report which was negative and they wanted to charge me for follow up I fought n didnt pay. Doctor der who attended me was impatient and all he wants to make patients to go away from his cabin as soon as possible.

Doctors are good but no value of time ..Bring fruits and water bottle along with you because registration/appointment queue takes 1 hours (no matter how many person ahead of you)when you r done with that, As again you have to wait in queue for the doctor in waiting area.. forget incase u have taken online appointment..Once u feel exhausted then suddenly u will hear ur name to meet the doctor....If u can bear all this , then this hospital is good because they have some really good doctors.

Building, patient food is good. Other than that its a waste hospital to trust. My father was admitted in casuality at midnight for seizures. As he has past cardiac history he underwent all related test while inpatient. Cardiac dept is very good. The main problem was neuro, the reason behind admission. It was not all addressed. Dr. Kalyani the neurologist came after admiitted into hospital but never came again even after shifting to ward from ICU and arrival of reports. They evaded deliberately as everything is normal. After a long time wait till evening the next day we insisted staff to call her. They said she is helpless as busy in OPD and emergency room (which doctor sees in emergency u public decide). Such irresponsible answers we got. After continuous insists she came didnt even approach near patient to speak. Stood near entrance point to our bed and asked satire way what u have decided for the patient. Made random changes in prescription orally and went way. My father was allergic to certain medications and its dosages which were never addressed and not bothered to know. As she was hostile we too couldnt say it. Somehow we managed to get discharge and went to old doctor to seek review of updated prescription before consumption and we were right. Such was a nightmare experience we had here. Here I will not blame nurses as they have to listen their bosses at the end of day. 1 🌟 is also more for it. U can see they have online responded only to positive reviews

I dont even want to give start also for this hospital. Seriously its the worst hospital. They are not life savers but killers. I lost two of the close persons of our family because of this hospital treatment. I donno what they do to patients in ICU without leaving us to see and as soon as we tell to stop treatment they will give us newa that patient is dead and still they tell they have to do scanning treatment and all after declaring dead also. Really its very sad to tell. Especially Dr. Kishore, I donno if he is really a doctor, the people i lost trusted him soo much but still they did not get there life. Two days back before getting admitted patient will be so fine but once they put to ICU decise that the patient will be dead in this hospital. I seriously suggest everyone not to go to this hospital please. I dont want same thing to happend to others like how it happened to us. Please dont go to this hospital.

Wasted about 30 mins altogether. Also, I was told the test results would be available in 24-48 hours while it’s taking more than 3 days. I could have opted for a govt hospital for free instead. Also, the service I’m getting is after I pay for the test and also buy them an additional pair of gloves and essentials for the test. I have never seen this in any other private hospitals. Too bad of a service from Sagar!!This is a time we all get together and help each other rather than taking advantage and looting people!!

I have immense respect for efforts you are putting to help the community during the COVID crisis. My mother is 60 and is getting treatment in a Covid ward. However during these distressed times it calls for a better managements and attenders ability to connect to doctors to seek updates. Unfortunately this so ill planned, during lockdown and when attenders themselves have tested positive, they simply will not be able to connect with the relevant doctors at hospital and expecting them to do so is wrong. It would be good if the hospital management makes good effort to arrange for attenders to connect to the consulting doctor at least once in 2 days. While the updates are shared once in 24-48 Hours, attenders should be given progress reports too. None of these happen and this adds lot of pressure who are already facing horrific times. Also please ensure the relevant nursing or the duty doctors are available on phone, it appears that these lines are of no use when we are simply unable to connect when needed.

They charged rs.90 additional to rtpcr test amount to buy gloves..and after giving the gloves at test center, they dint use the new gloves, they just sanitized the hand with the gloves already on and took swab..this is a very nice money making idea which is disgusting.and moreover from registration to until getting tested a person needs to make 2-3 rounds from one end to other end of hospital going by front of hospital...by this even the healthy people standing outside may get affected.please try to change this system if Possible.

Waiting for Test result more than 72 hours and calling to the contact number doesnt pick up the call.. Improve COVID testing procedure - complicated process includes registration, billing, SRF registration, pharmacy(which could be avoided by having the gloves, swabs in testing location), testing at different places.. by the time we are spending almost 1 hour to complete the testing and which is a high risk for people to contact COVID in hospital scenario.. apart from this issue, it’s a good to go hospital with neat maintenance and friendly doctors, staffs..

Such an irresponsible behaviour from the hospital staff. A person who needs oxygen support is being moved from floor to floor and the answer for why is it so is, check with billing department. Billing folks first answer is you have a outstanding bill, which was paid to them and due to shift change, the person is not aware. Later redirects to admission department as its not billing departments concern. Admission folks beautiful answer is, well shift when ward is vacant and talk to hospital MD wholl only be available during day time for more details.Patient has to ring the bell if needs Medical assistance in the ward which will not be responded by the nurse/staff for several hours.Patients attendant approaches the nurse staff with a question if they can stay with patient ? Response from the nurse staff is neither yes or no. It is : CHECK WITH BILLING DEPARTMENT. Billing folk redirects to admission and running from pillar to pillar, floor to floor repeats. The nurse station at a floor consists of TWO nurse staffs for about 20+ rooms. One of the staff after multiple approaches, confirms that attendant should not stay with patient whos tested Covid positive while the other staff says you can stay as you will also undergo test and would be treated if results are positive. There is no duty doctor in the floor, its only the unprofessional nurse staffs who will be around during night who is least bothered to answer any queries. We got our family member admitted in Sagar expecting a worth hospitality for what they extensively charge. This kind of irresponsible behaviour even after paying as and when they call us to pay is really disheartening. We are already under stress, worried about our family members health condition. Hospitals behaviour and drama put us into more risk during tough times. Hope someone would fix this up in the future and take care of patients with decent behaviour.

It has been the worst experience ever. My dad had got covid positive and was admitted to Sagar hospital on 19/4/2021. He had undergone kidney transplant couple of years age. As one might know any organ transplant patients are at high risk when tested positive for covid. My dad was admitted under Dr ARUN of Sagar hospital, he was one of the most money minded pathetic doctors I have ever seen, when we went to ask about the patient conditions he was extremely rude to us and he said I want see patients admitted under bbmp and only visits privately admitted patients. That made it clear that bbmp does not pay for consultation of doctor but privately admited patients have to pay for consultation of doctor. Secondly the behaviour of the hospital staff was so bad the I had to fight with them to get proper medical facilities. We were so fed up with the hospital that we had to discharge the patient only after 48 hours. Even when we were ongoing discharge procedure the nurse was so mean to the patient that the patient (with 103 fever and barely able to stand) had to walk all the way from his bed to the nursing station to inform her to remove the catheter. The nurse was so busy on the phone that (using hospital phone for personal use) for about 30min the patient had to wait in front of the nursing station. We tried every possible way to contact the nurse but she was too busy on the phone.Lastly what If want to convey to hospital is the people come to hospital to get better but with this kind of behaviour and way too much of negligence the patient conditions get worse. Please do not get admitted in Sagar hospital please dont 🙏

It was a bitter and worst experience in Sagar hospital, Kumarasamy layout, Bangalore for me and my wife, both above 75 years)) went there on 3/3/2021 for having the first COVID vaccine:( it was a long drive from our residence).1. First, the car parking was a nightmare,it takes minimum 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to find a parking place.2. The place was heavily crowded like a fish market and no one to guide us about the process, even the receptionists there could not.3. The registering area was another mess—-all two types of registration, already registered ones and and walk in persons, were all seated in the same place and handled by the same persons in the desk,no segregation of desks. As a result, people started crowding round the counters and might/ influence was always right. Tokens given were totally ignored.4. It took more than 4 hours to get our jab.5. The most atrocious part,if I can say so, was to get the certificate of vaccination.6. Many phone calls went unanswered or when they answered they got our phone numbers and said they will send it “in the next 3 days” and the 3 days was eternal even after my calling them at least half a dozen times.7. In frustration I was forced to go with my wife in person after almost a month( despite the distance and car parking problems) and I was driven from pillar to post for checking who will help me.8. At last, the receptionist asked us to wait for 15 minutes and got our Moblie nos.. That 15 minutes became one hour as she was the only one in the counter. Later she could ,locate only my wife’s( Vatsala’s) certificate and gave it asking me to again wait for another 2 minutes. After half an hour when I went to remind her, she said the server was down and noted down my cell no. once again, promising to send the certificate in 3 days. She also gave an excuse that more than 500 persons were vaccinated on that date. It is 10 days till now and I am yet to get it.Evidently my mobile number was wrongly entered at the time of registration. What is my mistake in this? I am yet to get my message on this or certificate though my wife got it.9. To crown to the agony she suggested that we get our second vaccination also there so that we can get both together!Utter callousness towards customers, bad arrangements and nil follow up.

I had made complete round of all medical shops including their own pharmacy within 5 km radius and NONE did have stock of this medicine! Bear in mind I had severe stomach difficulties and in such condition such running around for a single medicine was absolutely excruciating. Most of the shops offered alternate medicine but true to belief of most patients, I couldnt take that risk without consulting doctor.I dont understand why this doctor prescribed such a nonstocked medicine, when he could have gone for more widely available items.Readers might possibly infer reasons without much issues. It is a very expensive hospital and you experience such serious issues after spending so much money for the consultancy.Trust hospital authorities will open their eyes sooner to avoid such troubles to others. In response to their advice to call doctor, please note there was no phone number of the doctor on the prescription. Do not misguide people.

Post that he suffered severe stomach ache for 2 days. He became so weak that he was unable to eat on his own. The staff neglected him & he did not get any help when he was badly in need. I met senior doctor on 16th September 2020 & he told that his oxygen levels are improving. I requested him to provide drips as he becam weak. Doctor said it is not required & asked me to come & meet after two days. Finally he passed away on 17th Sep 2020 morning due to negligence of duty doctor & nurses . Whenever we called my father he was saying no one is there to help & he was asking us to get some medicine from outside for stomach ache. We did not know the reason for severe stomach ache. Finally when we called hospital to know my fathers condition, they informed me on his demise.I lost my beloved father due to medical staff negligence. I dont recommend any patients to Sagar Hospital for COViD treatment.Anuradha

It was a very awful experience that this hospital has given us......My Father in law was admitted for Covid 19 treatment and he had walked to hospital for getting the treatment with a high of confidence that he would get better and return back......due to lack of nurse support and proper treatment we had to lose my father in law.....even after ringing the attendsr bell....no one use to come for help nor support...no one uses to help fir bed pan nor assist to go to bathroom.......person who is taking treatment for Covid19 should not be treated like this.....we had paid the charges that hospital made and even after paying 35k payday this is the kind of treatment given.....when consulted a senior doc...theybsaid he is recovering well oxygen level is increasing and he should get discharged in next couple of days...when doctors said like this how can this kind of misshap happen.....this leads to too many thoughts towards doctor and support staff in this hospital.....end of the day...due to all this we lost an elder person and a father figure in the family....irrepairable loss

Horrible experience. The out patients are waiting while the doctors are on rounds. No sense of medical respect for patients. They should avoid giving appointments on such timings where out patients are not put to trouble this way. This way the hospital can contribute to saving precious time of others.
