Recently brought bike from here, the staff guy was having good attitude and I have strong feeling that due to middle class look he was not interested in explaining us any details about bike and offers, and neither he was interested in showing bike he told you can see outside bikes are available , more over it was Sunday when we visited and he was not busy at all and I guess he had reached his target for this year but after getting bike the new feature was not in bike when asked he told you have to pay extra for it and I told ok we will pay he told to come back tomorrow when visited he add new feature and took extra money for fitting it.This was my experience.

The most pathetic Honda showroom ever. All thanks to a sales person named Manjunath. He is very arrogant, doesnt explain anything, and tries to increase the price of vehicle by adding in unwanted accessories. When we questioned him, he said these accessories will come fitted directly from factory and we cannot remove! What a lame answer! We threatened to speak with the manager and that is when he took the u-turn. The delivery of vehicle was delayed because of this. The showroom itself is very crowded, no one will attend to you when you walk in first. Also we got a defective model which was also used for test rides. I have had better showroom experiences in the past. But this was one of the worst. I suggest everyone not to visit this branch.

Not professional behaviour from staff, lacking customer satisfaction response. Not explaining and no idea for staff when they will deliver of the booked scooter after 10 days. Staff dont know how to respond to customer also. Finally they dont have even solution to sort the problem. Poor following and feedback from staff given to customer.Overall poor customer satisfaction i received.

The location of the showroom is nice, but the staff behavior and attitude - i felt like i was selling something to them and not buying... i waited for 35 mins - and they all acted busy - as a genuine buyer, i will be never buy a Honda vehicle from them or service at this center! rest assured! - not at all worth the time wasted with this kind of customer service orientation!

Once you enter the showroom you will be lost... you to wait for executives to approach you,they have very less knowledge of their own products...Fast moving segment vehicles are available and approach is okay

Just bought Dio Repsol edition, process was really smooth, sales guys (especially Mr.Manjunath) helped us with it. Lot better than other Honda dealers in Bangalore, I had canceled from other dealer and considered buying from here. RTO registration was also done on time. Pathetic service. When I went to enquire regarding buying a new scooter, the sales executive was least bothered about explaining the vehicles. He was on his personal call joking on phone least bothered about the customer and refused for test ride quoting reason as covid test rides not offered. Rest of all manufacturers are giving test rides with due precautions. Any sane person would like to test vehicle before investing their hard earned money than blindly buying. Honda worst manufacturer and worst service. Definitely not recommended buying in this showroom. Thumbs down

Buyed a 2 Wheeler recently and had a very good experience. The staff were very helpful and delivery was fast even in lockdown .

One of the busiest two wheeler dealership I ever came across. Yet, their professionalism and discipline impressed me.I bought Honda Grazia for my employee on the month of May 2019. On my first visit itself I got convinced to book the vehicle. The sales representative had adequate knowledge about vehicle and very supportive. Even he confirmed me the fancy registration number within minutes.They handle almost 50 plus deliveries a day. But still, everything will be streamlined well. My delivery process took maximum 15 mins. They call you only after fitting all accessories and after all the paper work is done which is very professional.Only thing bothered me here was they didnt had stock of the variant which I needed. And they informed waiting period for that particular variant will be 2 months or long. They didnt committed any time line properly on waiting period. They deliberately convinced me to go for lower variant.Over all, customer service experience was really good and Im fully satisfied with my purchase.-BeingBakasura

Hi ,I really had very bad time in this branch, this is a worst branch ever I saw, I received my bike delivery with full of scratches and literally a few fuel to run 3 km and the sales men said have enough petrol to run nearby , then I got the vehicle around 3 km vehicle stopped and I was pushing the vehicle around 4km to reach bunk I had very bad experience,Worst worst branch ever!!!!!!!

The staff is cordial and enthusiastic. This showroom even serves as an important landmark. Therefore, being an important showroom at such an important location, it naturally gets the major bikes for display. The booking and sale closing process is hassle-free and my overall experience was phenomenal.

I had got my bike serviced earlier. Even after servicing I had problem in pick up of the bike ( unicorn cb). Then I took to Dhruvadesh, they checked thoroughly and found out problem is in Carburettor and replaced rubber sealing. Also found problem in air filter and changed. Now vehicle is perfectly fine. Running like a new engine. And also customer feedback is very good.
