Rated 2*, I didnt not like anything about this center although its very close to my home.Visited on a Sunday and the nobody bothered to enquire me why I am there. I could see many service advisors sitting unoccupied. The SA whom I called down to show me my car didnt even look at the problem and when I asked for the part he said its available at other locations and suggested to visit other centres.On the hindsight I called up Indira nagar service center and they were really courteous to listen to my problem just over phone and immediately booked for an appointment on the same day.

I have got done my car serviced for few times... It is ok ok.. Not so great... After looking at the reviews also I went there and close to my house. But Honestly did not like the way they behave with customers. And overall servicing is not bad, I can say... More of less it is the same in entire Bangalore. You wont find the same each time... as service adviser changes all the time unless asked.Now coming to the Customer service, phone calls... I tried multiple time to connect to sales team for purchase of new car, but I am too happy to see that none available to attend the call...Great Name Trident, but services wise very low.... Please improve ...So I am not trying to defame anyone, but if any one of the center does this, then the Entire Goodwill of the company suffers. My request to Trident would be - Please help us to help yourself. Customer and Company are linked. Understand this... Thanks.

Overpriced labour charge. I just went there to fix a new mirror lens to my santro and the labour charge was so costly. Lens was rs 300 and they added a labour charge of 150 for 2mins job. Which could be around 20rs with a local mechanic. I never recommend this service center for small repairs.

Over All the Service is not as expected, more concentration is given for upselling than sorting out the issue, really dont care for any emergency but adamant to follow protocol, no courtesy, apologetic, lack of hospitality gestures every one were in their own world not attending to the customers. They know the customer weakness and take advantage. They never discuss about the offer unless you demand it, Whole service Centre was not following the protocol of Hygiene Standards but they charge for the customers.. More to be drafted but its exceeding the words limit. From the Entry to the Exit of my vehicle pathetic and all i could say is that my vehicle would never ever enter this service Centre in future.. Same Automobiles Company and different working styles in different service centers.??? Big Question for the Management.. My Honest Feedback.

Trident kalayan nagar gave me a very nice experience. NAVEEN was able to help alot on emergency basis. In this Corona situation he was able to arrange the part and delivered the vehicle on time.Update : Lock set was change , not sure why they did not change antenna coil or imbolizer. After 1 year again same problem and again new lock set need to be put :( . Wasted my 6k + earlier and struggling to fix the vehicle again . Didnt expected this experience from trident after paying whatever amount they said.

Have been visiting this service enter for the last 10 years. Never had any regrets or issues. Your car is in safe hands.

Visited Kalyan Nagar service centre and got the service done on my 2012 i10. The whole process went smooth without a hassle and was happy with the whole process. The waiting area is well maintained as well.

Rather than looking into the problems of the vehicle, the first thing that is mentioned is, sir get the anti rust coating sir, its good for the car, and sir get the polishing done, its good for the vehicle. One important thing to remember is they dont do water wash of the car. The car is wiped with a cloth even if mud is present. I strongly suggest you to get servicing done outside if you know well about cars.
