I went today to purchase dosa tawa. Employees who was helping me in explaining things was very keen on upselling some combo offer. As I was only needed dosa tawa I told him I dont want anything else except tawa. He told if I buy tawa that alone itself will cost 900rs but for if I pay 1900rs I will get 2 utensils plus dosa tawa. I told I only need dosa tawa and went near cash counter to pay the bill. Cashier told me to pay 830rs for tawa instead of 900rs. When I checked the cashier why did your employee told more for tawa just to sell combo (I guess these people will get more margin in selling combo) instead of taking care of his employee he started yelling at me. First Learn to check what customer needs and make a sale. Dont dump unnecessary things to customers head to get more margin.

Negligent Response!!!!A week back bought a brand new Prestige Royale Gas Table(GT 04) from this shop keeping in mind the brand value of PRESTIGE and found to be a damaged piece after a week but when talked to the shop keeper about the problem his response was very negligent!! It was a problem with the nob and was a safety critical issue. Very disappointing after sales services!!!
