A good store, with affordable price range. The quality of things are decent. Can find a minimal variety of options. The store is maintained well, with different sections for clothing and eatables. During some seasons, discounts are also available at a good deal. There is an open fruits and vegetable corner as well, where one select the ones they want instead of buying the packaged items. Parking facility is also available. Overall, a good place to shop at an affordable rate.

Poor maintenance n management.. deteriorated from past 3 yrs..People have to wait at billing counter as only one will be operative out of 4.. n they dont bother to respond..Better is D-mart even online is available with delivery with best rates..And for good stuff visit Bhuvaneshwari traders near Keerthi convention hall..

Few days before I have visited Jaya Nagar store. I am just browsing then I have didnt find anything and again I have visited at the night. That same guy in the department. I just asked about the shift timing he said 9 hrs but that guys are working literally more than 12 hrs for every day. Its very worst the way handling staff. Am a regular customer in big bazaar. If its happening regularly am going to complain to human rights.

Its good place for groceries and other household things. It has its own parking so you wont have to think about your car or bike.

Value for money. Some product qualities may not be that good. One has to be really choosy. After Reliance takeover, i see an improvement in the product ranges.

Good Big Bazaar but not much discount on products comparatively to other hyper markets. I felt more staff than customer may be because of odd timing 1:30-2:00 pm??? Those who are interested in shopping without much disturbance can shop peacefully here.

Very bad service.Billing counter staff were very rude.Had to wait for 30 mins because their machine wasnt working.Worst experience.Person who does billing doesnt know how to bill.Area wasnt hygienic.There were coackroaches every where.

They are giving the same rate on offer day as like an regular day..For Example : On Offer of Independence Day Between 11th to 15th Selling Rate followed by MRP and if you buy same product in quantity more than 3+ then you get similar product as a free.Coming to Fashion Section In the Regular days The POLO TShirts where SOLD 3 pieces in below 1000 and in offer days it will be comes two or one only as per my normal visit and research.Still we happy they was giving the CASHBACK on other various product like Milk was selling in Half Price which you have to pay full has MRP then you will get back in their future pay wallet.In other case of returning the product they following their policy which the customer doesnt suite.Particular person buy the wrong product or clothing material they was not refunding the cash either they will give Wallet or buy the product from Big Bazaar only.Coming on staff the big bazaar doesnt required the customer satisfaction because the most of staff have the big attitude and never the Customer is paying for that particularHaving more points to distinguish.. But please try to get this for more customer satisfaction.In lockdown also there was to high rates on product which compare to other shop and current prices and no proper service was provided by them.

We have been visiting this place for atleast the past 9 years. The shop is generally well stocked. They have all kinds of grocery... Available in bulk and retail... They sell clothes and household items... But they do not have sell shoes or electronics... The staff is okay. But their billing is extremely slow. Especially in the weekends the average wait time for billing can be over 15 to 20 mins. Moreover they have recently introduced this futurepay scheme... But the technology to process it is not to upto date which further delays billing.

Specially for groceries...fresh vegetables is not available @ evening

Located in easily noticeable place. Parking facility is there but not much spaces approximately we can park 10-12 cars.Not much items compare to other places Big bazzar, but we can do small shopping. Road is also not so narrow. Goal gape sold near the entrance is very tasty.😆

Present in good place in jp Nagar 7th phase. But bcoz of management change still needs to be improved on products present in big bazaar when compared to dmart. Less number of customers in big bazaar currently as less number of products. No offers on the product.need to see when reliance take over the product offerings needs to be improved and attract more customers.

Not all products are available. Limited varities of Dal Available. I would rather go Dmart or relience fresh to purchase groceries and pulses. Not much offers as compared to Dmart.

It has been 3 days since ordering online, no update no way to cancel order no contact number or customer care number.

Only for groceries and most of the items are not easily available.

Looks like they have stopped stocking up the racks or else they have been emptied up by the customers. I couldnt get what I wanted the most. And this is during the lockdown afters. I guess they havent the stock. But in a way the store is well organized and you can always find the necessary items for daily purposes.The staff here is very helping and well informed.

They do not give token to keep baggage. You keep baggage there is no proof its yours. When I asked for token the lady who sprays sanitizer was like Ill be here to make sure the baggage is safe and when we returned that lady wasnt there our bag was safe BUT THERE SHOULD BE TOKEN SYSTEM.

The place is again beginning to get full with products, may be the deal with reliance is under review right now..!! You see new stock of all products.!!

Hygiene and maintains social distance

This place is ideally located, the store could have been bigger, it get congested when crowded restricting movement. Most of the staff are good in their response, how ever lacks hygiene, they bite their nails & deliver the goods with saliva smeared hands @ billing counter they lick the tongue while counting currency( management cant even afford a wet pad). I am compelled to write this after providing feedback n number of times & no action so far.Earlier there were varieties & known good brands & quality could be expected, but if late there seems to be a decline in the range of products & also availability.The Non Veg counter is too near to the Fruits.Veg / Dairy products which makes it a little hesitant to purchase. Ideally both should be way apart/ separated by a good distance.The sentiments of vegan/ pure veg eating buyers have to be considered.This is all for now, hope to see the team reads this & reacts positively with improvement.

Very nice, reasonable price for all commodities especially on Wednesday vegetable prices are very less with good quality. If you have done more shopping and if you can’t carry home no issues they will deliver it to your house.If you are visiting this place do carry an empty bag yourself as cover bags costs more and are of less size

Big Bazaar is neat and clean. They have taken good measures towards COVID19.

One of the small outlet of big bazaar brand!!One can get all the items of grocery store without any discount, whereas other outlets do offers discounts( may be marginal ) but that too make difference.Another big drawback is w.r.t to mens fashion is missing in this outlet.Totally crowded place and very difficult to get parking space for two/four wheeler!!!!I would suggest to choose another big bazaar outlet instead of this to get and avail all the items and discounts.

Marketing guys here are math geniuses, they should be recommended for nobel. its wonder how they price fruits and vegetable here, i simply cant get my head around fruit prices, maybe i should learn algebra or trigonometry and calculus.

This shop will not allow for proper trail. They allow only one-time trail. If your garment not fit, you cant go another trail with other size. So its difficult to select the garment. If your garment is fit, you selected and if you want another garment trail you will not be allowed. Horrible. Only ladies and kids cloths available. As usual grocery, plastic items available
