Took Tata Altroz today from Prerana motors rajajinagar branch. Interaction with the service team was very good. Prasad was the sales executive who helped us in getting the vehicle delivered today.As per the initial conversation it was supposed to be delivered on 16-Oct-2021 but got it 2 days before that too on Ayudha pooja day. Happy with the service. Thanks to Prasad for getting it done ASAP.

Hi, I would like to share my experience buying a car from Prerana motors Rajajinagar, Bangalore. I think I made the right choice of vising this showroom to actually experience the customer service. I happened to meet Ms. Sangeetha (one of the representatives in the showroom), who from the time of booking the car till the delivery was very professional and helpful.She had all the patience to explain about the features of the car(s) and answered all my queries with great respect. I would certainly recommend that she is suitable rewarded for her zeal in customer service and also recommend Prerana Motors (Rajajinagar).Thank you Sangeetha for all your help.

Hi, visited this branch on a Sunday afternoon post receiving the confirmation from the showroom about the timings.We had to wait for 1hr to get the quote and other details, how ever there was no test drive car,The executive said he would be getting a car near house for the test drive.The executive confirmed he would be getting the car the next day around 2 in the afternoon and later the phones are un answered,Pathetic service by this branch.We had to buy 2 cars, one is Safari and one more is Nexon,The executive gave details for Nexon and he did not had details for Safari, we had to wait 30 more minutes for this, since no one attend us, we had to get out of the show room without the details.

Worst customer service . Made me to wait for 40 minutes and even after waiting , no response from their end . Please dont go and waste valuable time .

Worst showroom ,with pathetic customer service .Had been to the showroom to book Nexon and was made to wait for 45 minutes assuring that sale representative will attend shortly ,but even after 45 minutes of waiting ,there was no response . Finally went to other showroom in Mysore road !

Pls dont book anything from this branch, they are useless and not bothered about customers, I am TATA employee and I am feeling shame of my self after booking Altroz car, I am just frustrated with these people ,no proper response and wasted my time... Shame on you guys, you are not deserved to work in TATA... Pls dont spoil our brand name, I will make sure that my complaint will reach our Chairman ASAP.

Very customer pro, shares detailed information about vehicals along with advantages, pros and cons with competition, latest market trend, no hastiness to show vehical or obligation to buy vehical. Gives detailed picture and let customer decide, Good interaction with Ms Shetty, she provided all information and very generous in nature.

Executive are not welcoming, they dont engage with you and share information.If you interested in vehicle, you need to request for information. Request test drive repeatedly to get one.

Most of these bad reviews are so right, had visited 2-3 years back for checking Nano but yes they are not even bothered to come and ask what are you looking for. TATA is coming up with good cars of late, but unless they improve dealership and service on ground it is of no use.

I have booked a tata nexon till from day 1 to registration process i have only followed except they called to pay the full money and has their own policy of delivery.TATA BRAND IS GOOD BUT ADJACENT TO THAT THIS SHOW ROOM IS NOT GOODAnother issue happened with in 1500 kmsSo i wrote email below now decide ur own experienceThis is regards to my new TATA Nexon XMS-D purchased on 19-dec-2020But now its 1500 kms driven but vehicle got break down with a symbol ENGINE CHECK where it gets off suddenly in middle if the road, agreed that your customer relation people say ita some issue will resolve but isnt it a manufacturing defect and the impression of customers doest matter at all?From the day one of delivery im facing issues one or the other way if you can check my complaints about below chassi vehicleI also know the formal reply on this from you saying we will resolve but i am really disappointed because engine gets off with a new vehicle how a customers feel about trust in TATA never i will advise or now has love on my car even after correctionOnly way me as a customer will feel good if the vehicle is replaced that wont happen why cost its cost to company and you wont care actual problems which can only be seen on your Boucher... Invoices or welcome book notes saying Happy to serve customers

Limitted cars are kept for demo. Thats due to small showroom,. You wont get new model tiago for test drive.Suggestions please update contact number in maps so that users can reach you before visiting for enquiries.

No Proper response when we visited the showroom. Staff not bothered to greet or at least ask what we are looking for ? We had search for representative and waited for some time to get the details.
