I brought bike from Sai motor BanashankariLast month 23rd August from that timeBike not working properly every one week I used to for service, very customer service and they are saying we will charge battery and we will give you that’s new bike not even 500 KM I drive then also staffs are very rude very bad experience please don’t buy new bike from Sai motor they are cheater they used all second hand parts in bike like battery

First things first. The quality of service is commendable. Over a period of 1 month waiting time for my xpulse, visited the showroom for finance, old vehicle exchange, vehicle papers etc- but never had to wait which is great. The sales team and finance team guided from the step 1 to get things sorted and offer solutions whenever we hit a roadblock.Thanks to sushmitha, ramya for arranging everything we need and stay back late nights to accomodate my office timings. Got the xpulse today as a happy customer.One thing I wish could have helped is to avail accessories for the bike for the paying customers.

Showroom vehicle service department people does not respond properly to customers. Vehicle is amazing. Staff are not so responsive, I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get my vehicle and that to they didnt give me all the documents. Service is also very bad since they dont do proper maintenance. Oil was leaking from my vehicle.....

Its a night mare to get spares for Hero Impulse through Sai Motors Banashankari and I would strongly recommend not to buy any products from Hero which will cause these kind of issues.I am frustrated owning Hero Impulse for years and the message can be spread through different social media platforms where in people should be aware of pathetic service and availability of spares.Noting comes in favour of customer in the entire process of fixing the issue.I have placed UV order for the spare part in multiple service centers and still have no hopes on the order confirmation.Concerned team is least bothered about getting the spares to them customers who own the bikes which had no production in current market and its very unfortunate that Hero Moto corp is least bothered about customer satisfaction or service even after sending emails to customer care center and related zonal managers.@Heromotocorp#Heromotocorp
