Went For My Classic 350 Servicing. It Was Done within 3hrs with Original Parts, Engine Oil, Changing Worn Out Parts, Washing & Polishing Included in service Charge. Definitely Recommended With Few Hrs Of Service,Tip:- Also Recommended Try Filling up N2 Nitrogen Gas Your Bike, Your Ride Will Never Be The same Again Definitely Its Best for Your Bike Overall Performance.

Got cone set greased for Interceptor 650 post removal of front forks. Needs to be done every 6k kms. No other solution for wobbling!! Estimate given for 177/- but ended up paying additional 4k. Got the Lambda sensor changed for 4k plus 177/- labour charges with warranty still on. Shabby job with pressure wash hence had to get it done again.

There is provision for servicing almost 13 bikes at a time. Though the service is good. They sometimes take too much time just to even change the engine oil. When its ready the billing time adds up.resulting in spending more time there

I had been here for tank replacement of my Royal Enfield bike.Here are few things which I would like to express.My RE bike tank was having leakage issues after just 3 years of usage. But my vehicle was not under warrenty. Thing to be noted here is that this is a known issue in all BS4 Royal Enfield bikes of 2017/2018 make.Initially when I visited this service center, they suggested to get the tank replaced under insurance instead of admitting the known issue in all RE BS4 models. But I felt claiming insurance for a manufacturing defect is bit immoral. If we as customers do not raise these issues with the manufacturer and just claim under insurance, its like hiding the quality defect of a big brand from reaching out to the people.So I decided to reach out directly to RE and they responded quite well admitting their quality issue. After they insisted Acclaim Motors to replace it free of cost, I again took it to the service center and got it done. Once I got positive response from RE, these service center people also started to co-operate with me which I felt could have been done in the very first visit instead of insisting me to claim it under insurance.So my advice to all RE riders having BS4 models is that, if you find a defective tank, never go to service center first. Instead, directly write a mail to Royal Enfield support. You will get the replacement free of cost. Do not claim insurance for these manufacturing defects as suggested by these service centers because its an unethical practice and also you wont get full refund from insurance company. You have to spend 4 to 5K from your pocket at the same time your insurance premium will increase next year.

The service was for my Himalayan. I felt very comfortable calling and booking appointment. It was a Sunday and the service station was open by 8.45 AM Mr. Mohan Gowda was the service adviser who took my request and completed the work within 2 hours. Also we can view the vehicle from the waiting hall which is a good practice. Service mechanics are very energetic and friendly. Already I had serviced my Classic 350 here in 2020 and it was done good. I would recommend the place as of now because it is always people who make the difference. Only disadvantage is the washing people handle the vehicle too rough and cleaning of vehicle can improve a ton.

Awesome great service! They help you beyond your expectation. The have great contacts for customising too. They did chroming and buffing in my bike, I was searching a long time for. Service Manager Mr. Babu also very good and helpful. He‘s personal involve and shows technical understanding. Looking forward to see my bike done on perfections.

Not so Good experience Apart form service the mechanic is good one ..free service washing is way to bad kids wash more effectively I agree there are more bikes to wash but washing like this its better they dont do that n save water ..ok ignoring that alos service is done on time and polishing I dono what they see we can every Stain marks on whole bike when they handle out it for delivery bay . Apart from them I have already checked with my frnds bill where he had same colour bike of same model .. and its my first free serviceTHEY HAVE CHARGED FOR LABOUR OF 118/- in the name of consumables ..where consumables are already added on upper column when I ask them he says its consumables charges ...lol

Today I went to Acclaim Motors to resolve an issue regarding the instrumental cluster which they resolved it. When I went to cvs Motors Hebbal which is my regular service center of REwith the same issue, they directly said I have to purchase it as it is not covered in warranty but here they checked in detail and since my bike was under warranty the entire replacement was free of cost which is as per the RE policy mentioned in there service centers. Thank you team for an excellent service.

This happened on my bike delivery day, where they had allocated me with the wrong bike and the delivery was delayed by 2hrs without no proper communication given to us and making us wait. Really poor services from the so called Royal Enfield and they really dont bother about customers feedback as when we reported this to the manager, his response was cool that as if nothing had happend.Your attitude towards the customer is really bad and hopeless.

Good evening sir I just visited for my thunderbird 350 service to your center on 13-09-2020 after 02:30 pm I casually came there and one of your advisor named girish p v ,I told him change the engine oil and see the chain is loose and he told the brake shoe became thin okay first I agreed and he told he will give the bike by 05:30 pm /06:00 pm same day and I had remembered that last month only nagesh your advisor changed the brake shoes of both front and back ,I told to girish only engine oil change is required ok he agreed and kept the bike for a half hour outside and later he brought inside last but one slot he kept the bike inside and in another half hour he brought it outside and told me to pay the bill I asked him the oil is changed or not he told changed and went for bill payment ,the thing is that when I am giving you the bike for oil change what the noise comming in the engine when we drive the bike without oil / oil need to change ... The same sound it is coming and bike is moaning more than earlier and I had thought that when I rejected to do general service and other replacement I think girish got angry and without changing he given me the bike earlier the bike engine oil exit bolt is in good condition no leakage but while returning to me he told we put gum on it to hold . The main thing is that why your service is getting worse , better dont be angry on us as we are paying more amount in the service of bike , and I have bill copy also , another person who is my friend works in airforce he told dont go to acclaim motors better you go to another one ,I thought the services will be good from your side .

Workers learn to work from service center, spoiled my bullet like anything, fine running bullet made to be in major engine work... As I said I you check with any one who service there will not be satisfied at all.. everyday new tecnician and new staffs will be there, no one stays there may be management issues or other, but when customers goes there no old tecnician will be there, all new staff in trainy level or underpaid ones will be there, and as they too are not satisfied how the will clear the work.. what ever we say, they will point on something else which maynot even related. I have added jest few pics as how the vehicle is delivered after service.... Its pathetic..

I gave my bike for service around 8-9 months ago. My battery was working fine. After I left my bikes, a couple of hours later, the technician said the battery is dead. When I said it was working when I left there, he said that it was dead at arrival. I find no genuine RE service center in bangalore.

Four people spoke to me on simple query of free service. All told me the different rules of free service eligibility. Despite telling them that I have service manual infront of me while in call they repeatedly doubted on the durations of free services. Finally I had to remind one of them to stop saying Mere khayal se (in my opinion). Why you have to opin when there is a service manual.Never received a call for my second free service which is a common expecting on automobile industry norms.Even when I asked expense breakup they gave all the wonky answers. E.g. even if there is a oil top up I need to pay full oil can amount. When I objected this they gave phone to a mechanic who clarified to the phone operator that no need to charge for full can.All these experiences give me gitters about giving them bike.Read my experience on purchase too.Dear royal enfield, time to wake up.OrAttest remove royal off your title.

Got the first service done on my interceptor 650 baker express today. Issues which I had mentioned were looked into and resolved . Thanks to Mr Sudan (service manager) and Mr Babu for immediately approving the replacement of the speedo gauge which had moisture issue. Only thing was not good was the vehicle washing n cleaning were a bed sheet sort of old cloth was used to clean the tyre n same was used to clean the complete bike which will definitely scratch and damage the new bike , also the OEM tall screen had deep scratches may be while installing replacement speedo console .

Worst technical advisors. They just want to get rid of the customer. Twice i went for the same issue and they did the same exact thing with out investigating why i came with the same issue for the second time. The service supervisor behaviour is worst. I know RE bike selling like hot cakes but the behaviour of the supervisors is totally not acceptable. For them it is one of the bikes they attend and for us it is THE bike we have. No more servicing from this center. Loosing me is not going to affect them but at least it will not affect bike.

Had a wonderful experience here in contrary to my previous experiences in RE service centres. The staff was real friendly and didnt charge me extra by unnecessarily replacing functional parts. Got it serviced on time and also they were very polite in communicating and treated me the theyd treat a potential buyer.Also one of the staff gave me tips on braking and maintenance of the bike. He explained in detail the ways we can improve the mileage and lifespan of the motorcycle.

Many times I saw the mechanics were busy shinning, repairing their personal two wheeler(other brands) rather concentrating on customer RE two wheeler. The service here is bit costly. I hope they may provide better service compared to what they charge.

To be Specific:1. Service Advisor wont listen to the customer, I had to inform the same point multiple times yet my point has not been taken into Consideration2. Most importantly, These people are not bullet Experts.3. They always advice to Complete Part replacement, Even for the minor adjustment which can be fixed with a workaround4. if its a paid Service, its better to Explore an Expert Bullet Mechanic locally instead of a paying hefty bill without any benefit / accurate service
