My experience was really awesome. Jeevith and Chandru Mohan were extremely helpful. They inspected my car and gave the price quotation within 15 minutes. And after we agreed to close the deal, they transferred the token money immediately ofRs.1000. The next day I came and dropped the car; I signed few documents and immediately after that they transferred me the whole amount to my account. They were really efficient and helpful, and additionally they were very polite and courteous. I found the whole process to be very fast, smooth, simple and hassle free. I wish best of luck to both of them.

I had done online appointment on Saturday and fixed car inspection for Monday from 9 to 6 any time to Car dekho …But none of the person called me than in return I called up by 2 clock afternoon to the call center and they had given me JP nagar branch number.I called him he told that my number was not in reach so all the team person have gone to other places and he told that he will send the person on Tuesday for inspection.It is all most half day completed now but there is no response from any one again I called up JP nagar branch guy he told that he is in week off he will share me another number.I cut the call and return called up helpline number and told the issues and cut the call.Within 5 mints I got a call from JP nagar branch and they told the same my moble was not in reach.I am geeting all other calls only for Car dekho persons I am not reachable GREAT….What a services…………….Please don’t waste our time if you people cannot give the services…

I had a great experience dealing with CarDekho Gaadi Store J P Nagar. Very polite staff, knowledgeable and helpful. From when I met Arun on day 1 to discuss the process to when I went for the inspection and transaction with Charan as the evaluator and Junaid as the person who helped with the whole transaction. I would have given a 5 rating but for the technical glitch they had at Car Dekhos end and held me up for too long. I ended up being there for almost 4 hours while I expected the whole transaction to get over within 2.5 hours max. I got late to an official meeting because of that. They do a very detailed inspection of the car in front of the owner and then puts it up for auction. I expected a better price but cant blame Car Dekho as I didnt have time to negotiate further. Overall good experience and would recommend them for buy/sell transactions.
