After seeing decent reviews about Greenz, I tried reaching out to their Bangalore office (+918050005999). I contacted multiple people from their office to get a quotation for my car. Obviously, I was getting quotations from multiple vendors to compare and choose the best one to my suiting. When I mentioned this over the call, and asked why they were not able to send me a quotation till now even after a month, the person whom I spoke to replied that it will take too much time when I do the comparisons and finalize and it is not worth the effort for them (Dont know why they are so concerned about this.). Apparently, they choose their customers. Didnt know they were so popular and good that they had the luxury of doing this. Hoping to reach out to them next time and pray that Id get their service, maybe after I win a Nobel, or an Oscar, or something. Ill have to somehow figure out what Ill have to be in life to get into this elite circle. Thanks a lot for your very professional response!Update - I got a call by evening from Corsa car detailing and they gave me options of ceramic coating and price details. Placed an order for an imported car shampoo, 2 weeks in and the product is still not delivered despite being me and the store in the same city(Bangalore). Tried to contact the customer care multiple times using email and phone inquiring about the status but there was no reply. They could have intimated me if the product was not in stock instead of leave me hanging. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid this store at all cost unless you want to gamble your money away.Update 27/07/2018: Mr. Hariprasad who I suppose is the manager of the store called me a couple of days ago and explained me what actually happened. He was out of town and his staff didnt do a proper job of caring for the customers in his absence. Once he got back he saw my email he called me, explained the situation and immediately sorted out my issue. In light of this I am changing my rating to 4/5 for the good service I got albeit a bit late. Still taking off 1 point because of what happened in the first place.
