Rather than the people that work here it is the company policy that upsets mei own a 2016 kawasaki er6n which was discontinued in 2017, the company does not keep any spare parts in stock other than the commonfork oil seals, oil filters etc even though the government rule says that a manufacturer should keep all spare parts in stock after 5 years of a model being discontinued.recently a small plastic part on my bike broke (headlight mask), went to the service center and the response was that i have to wait 2-3 weeks after placing an order cause the part has to be shipped from thailand and it would cost 10 grand including shipping and customs10 grand for a small plastic part that for any other indian made bike wouldnt even cost 1500-2000 rupeescome on kawasaki, not all of us just throw our money around.

The response was good , there was a men who actually attended my bike , he was so kind(I forgot to ask his name) the service was good , but what really disappointing is the price , even for a simple clutch adjustment , and to tighten up a bolt , they charged me around 180 bucks , but thats not the issue of anyone mechanics or the ones in the office , anyways , a five star rating for their kind response and very helpful nature

Gave my bike for accident repair over here. Took about 2 months to get it back, primarily due to having parts imported from japan for the job. Nevertheless, good quality job and hassle free experience.Mr. Naveen was very helpful and always available on call for assistance.

One of the worst companies and place in terms of treating your bikes. The place is under equipped both when it comes to equipment required to service machines as well as with respect to trained technicians. Pathetic would be the least for most Kawasaki Service centers and this place is no exception. Customer service & response to customer is below ZERO. Supply of spares take ages and I am not exaggerating when I say You give your bike for repair and your kid will have to go to pick up the bike back from them.

Awesome place with friendly staff, and great work.... cost base, I dont feel its too high... because Im holding a Kawasaki.... when you are holding a sports bike definitely the cost will be slightly higher than normal bikes...... I own a versys 300 since 2018. So, have been a regular visitor here. Things were okayish before but has improved significantly since Mr. Unni joined. I am really glad that kawasaki India is bringing in people like him, especially in major cities like Bangalore, Pune, etc. which sells majority of their superbikes. We need more people like him.

Took my Ninja 650 for service the other day. Had really tight brake play and bad throttle body. By the time service was done, bike was as smooth as ever with swift brake play. Really happy with the service done and thanks Rakesh for the great job as always!

I own a ninja 300 2k18 abs model, MH-12 registration, have visited the service center thrice, on third occasion got my bikes general inspection done and i was attended by Mr. Naveen who not only did the checks properly but also found an issue with rear brake having less bite. Also, I would like to extend my warm regards to Mr.Bhanu who is in charge of the service center. I am pretty satisfied with the services so far. Keep up the good work guys.

Got the first and secind service done of my z900. Nothing to complain about and the folks are very courteous.Post the service, the little bit of vibrations that I was getting in my bike is also gone. They cleared throttle bodies and did not charge for it as well.Overall a good experience.

I have been visiting the Service center since last year and the service provided by Mr Unni is one of the best I have come across , he identifies and resolves issues from the root and does not do a work around to get the Bike working . Each time the bike is serviced by him or under his supervision you feel so much of a difference in the way the bike performs . he makes it a point to explain in detail based on your understanding of what services were done on the bike and what can be expected in the next service and also gives tips on how to get the maximum performance from the bike and riding tip to make sure you and the bike are safe . you can call him anytime and he will be there to support and suggest without any hesitation . A person with so much expertise and knowledge but yet down to earth attitude makes people looking forward to the service center for any of advice or services for their machines . you get to hear about him from the time you visit the Showroom to buy the Bike and the sales representatives also assures you on services stating You dont need to worry about services we have our best Man Unni who will help you with everything related to Bikes .

Just got my Versys 650 serviced today and the bike feels absolutely great. The professional and friendly way in which I was attended to by Mr.Unni was commendable. I had heard many horror stories of the ASC, but I decided to take the plunge and I am glad I did. The bike was serviced in front of me and all my queries were answered. Im a fan of kawasaki bikes. I had a issue with my zx10r CCT and no one was able to fix it, be it the showroom guys or the well known mechanics of bangalore. Time, Money & efforts went to drain and couldnt fix the issue, finally decided to sell the bike but thats when I got to know from a good friend about the new mechanic, UNNI. He fixed my bikes issue within hours, all he did was, to adjust the tension in the spring. I see my friends now have started visiting service center again and the reason is evident, its just because of one humble and technical sound person - UNNI.Kudos to UNNI 👍

I have a Kawasaki Z800 and have been visiting the service center since two years and I see a lot of differences in the way its been operated now.I have listed the Pros and Cons of the place .Pros :1. Service center is well Equipped2. They have very well trained technicians like RK , Naveen , but the best person among the technicians is Mr. Unni , his expertise level cannot be matched by any one in the service center .one of the best technician with down to earth attitude .3. Quick service and space for customers to rest .Cons1. Services are expensive and unreasonable billing thanks to the center Manager Bhanu2. customer service and response on parts availability are pathetic3. Thanks to Bhanu reliability becomes a major concern and The Center Manage Bhanu Prakash himself misguides you to many unwanted things and doubles billing which is unethical .4. Monopoly by Kawasaki in service center .

I am a Customer who currently owns a M.Y 2018 Ninja 300. I used to own a Honda Unicorn Dazzler which is a commuter bike. Kawasaki Service Centre has been very kind and helpful in their services, they individually take care of the customers. They listen to your queries and problems and try to solve them one at a time. I recently completed third paid service via Senior Service Engineer Rakesh Raj who is a qualified, capable and knowledgeable professional at this service centre. This I felt is a very huge departure from the fish market and take it or leave it attitude I previously got from regular Honda showroom.

The service is great, but you should plan before arriving.The cost for servicing is reasonable.First service of Ninja 400- 5.5K ( all incl)If you arrive on weekends - you could end up waiting for too long.If you arriving on weekdays around 2pm ( lunch time ) you would have to wait.Ideally visit on a weekdays around 11 am or after 2:30pm. If you only need basic servicing you get done in 30 mins.The folks are knowledgable and wouldn’t feel let down m.

Although the service takes time and the labour is expensive, I received my Ninja 250 in a condition far better than when I had given it. Bought it second hand, hence some issues. Mr. Prakash was extremely open and transparent about their investigation methodology and kept me up to date every step of the way. The mechanics are all extremely friendly and open to answer all of your questions no matter how silly they may sound.10/10. I would trust this place with my bike blindly.

My first service of N300 2018/9 was very disappointing. They charged a bomb, 2.5k out of 6k, as a service charge and give a quality poorer than local road side mechanic. The windscreen was scratched so much after a single wash. There were oil stains all over the bike. I expect a higher level of service from branded ones like Kawasaki. I could have done a much better work myself.

The engineers here are brilliant at their craft. I was assisted by Rakesh Raj during the service. Hospitality is the secret to the service. He was updating all the information in whats app when and where for any thing had to be replaced. All in all a good experience.

I had given my Ninja300 for first service.. i was having front fork oil leak problem, the service people were very humble and spoke well and they got this item replaced with new one after checking with the the company, as this issue had occurred in the new bike.. Thanks to Bhanu Prakash :) and coming to bike service, my bike service was done by Mr.Naveen, who was very humble to the customers, he has done a very good job.. He has fixed the issues very well, he looked like a very experienced person, he also explained me in detail about what all has been fixed in the service.. Thanks to Naveen for your good and genuine service :) will give my bike for service next also to Naveen only :):)

Felt pathetic to have dropped my zx10rr for service there a month ago. Executive called Bhanu , he has no idea how to behave with customers, he is the most rudest person I have ever met. I booked an appointment for a certain day but they took my bike for vehicle 3 days later. That Bhanu is never available in the service center most of the time nor does he receive the calls and doesnt call back as well. My friends also faced communication issues with Bhanu . please change your executive or he needs proper training on how to talk to customers . Sadly I have no other service center to drop my bike for service also.

Definitely the experts in town as far as kawasaki would go. Appears woefully short staffed and hence the folks run helter skelter. The service is good and so is the work on the bike. The location is a clear pain given that there is one service center and is located in jayanagar

Service manager Bhanu is a real scam. Very unprofessional and doesn’t really care about the bikes he handles. Rest of the people there follow suite. I suggest you guys go to other service places if you want your bike well taken care of.Recommended place for service will beXTorque ( my opinion)The incident- I was looking to purchase a pre owned Kawasaki Z900. 14 months old, 5k on the odo. The bike had been dropped at low speed and there was slight fork bend when I test drove it. This bike was fixed at Kawasaki service and since showrooms service don’t do any fork bend removal it was left as is. I wanted to get the bike thoroughly examined atKawasaki and this was my first time ever visiting that place, Bhanu insisted that there was no fork bend and he can adjust the “setting”. What was even more damaging is he intervened in the negotiation of the price of the bike which is completely out of his job duty. This guy shouldn’t in charge of servicing.Plus a friend also informed me that when they return bike after service chain are really tight so that it wears out faster and thus leading to change of Chain kit.Please don’t go here for service.

Got my bike recently serviced here in Jaynagar. The main reason still I opt to give here at authorized service centre is only because of Bhanu (service advisor ) . He is really a nice and patient guy who listens to our issues and tries to get it sorted. He has very good and deep knowledge of the motorcycles.

2 staff members at this service center, namely Rakesh and Radhakrishna (RK) do this place very proud. I went there for the first time on the eve of 2018 X’mas at about 3:30 PM. My Ninja 250R had not been ridden for over 4 years and I was leaving Bangalore the next day. Rakesh could have politely declined to take-in my bike for service. However, he heard my situation very patiently and swung into action immediately. A general service and a fork oil replacement - something that would normally take more than 3 hours was completed by these 2 amazing staff members in about an hour. They did a great job and maintained such a cheerful face all through, listening to some nice music which I stood there and enjoyed too.Even Kawasaki Japan should feel very proud of these 2 staff members - they really held the flag of both Rideventur and Kawasaki very high. The way in which they treated me and attended to my bike has left a lasting impression in my mind - this is the ONLY Kawasaki service centre in Bangalore and these 2 guys didn’t make me feel as though I needed any more or any other service centres.Keep up the excellent work, Rakesh and RK. To me, this is “Customer Obsession” at its best!!
