Blue hyundai Gandhi Bazar was the best showroom I have ever met. I completely liked the hospitalality that they gave me in the showroom. I completely booked my car online to that showroom and was bit scared about my money as it was paid ONLINE, but Mr. Chandan sir helped me all the time by providing immediate bills with seal and signature from the showroom. As this was my first car, I was bit worried and tried pinging them many times but he responded very quickly and gave us best possible suggestions from there side. Within a week the lone process and car was booked. I have received a call back from Mr. Harish(Sales Manager) I asked Harish that we are searching for Hyundai i10 with Silver color and it should be delivered within one week and Harish said we can deliver and I got my car within 6days. As per the display, the car returned around 13-14 KMPL in city so far, but I will update this section once I have more experience about the car both in city and highway and the after sales support from the brand. Do not purchase from here. I called trident Hyundai and they said its only 1.5 months waiting. People who have booked their cars on January are already delivered. I am waiting from December. Bought i20 in Apr 2021.. and they were to give 11k refund but due to lockdown couldnt collect the cheque and after few months they revert back to say they will not give only 6k.. been following up with them for almost 6 months with no resolution.
