I had a problem with display of my watch. It was getting on n off. The person was not ready to listen to the complaint. She wrote the watch is not switching on. Later I get a call from them to pay 5k+ to replace the display. I was sure it was not the problem. I took it back paying 177 rs. Got it done from local vendor to fix the bug for less price. Dont believe whatever they say. They just want to get money from u without checking anything.

I thought it’s good but then it’s not!My new phone, gave it for one problem. Problem gets fixed but comes back with a new issue! I get the phone completely scratched on the body. On asking, the lady says they inform us about the scratches that might happen during service. Unacceptable! A brand new phone in this condition!Do you guys think I’m a fool?

I had low earpiece volume issue on my S8+ due to accumulation of dust. Went to the service center to see if it could be opened up and cleaned. The staff was courteous and welcoming. They took a look and said they have to service it and if that doesnt solve the problem, they have to replace the display as the earpiece was attached to it. Didnt go ahead, came home, cleaned it with a tooth brush and Q tip and voila, the volume was back to normal. I almost fell for what these guys were saying. All they had to do was give me tips to do it myself but they were looking to make money instead. Be careful the next time you visit for simple repairs. Research online before you give your phone for repair.

Worst samsung service center1. Their token system doest work properly...you have argue and get the work done2. They told me that one part is to be change which is not available now and they have to place order for the same....they informed that within 2-3 days they will call back....but i never receive any call even after 15 days...Anyways i have visited other samsung service center and repair within 10 minutesWorst fellows and service

Pros: Excellent management of people, social distancing maintained, my token number was called within 15 minutes of reaching.Cons: Most phones spares will always be out of stock so make sure to call before getting there.Pretty small shop so the line is usually outside on the footpath.All in all, a solid 3 star centre because I did notice they werent spraying down the chairs or anything of that sort. Also the sanitizer they use is watered down so Id suggest carrying your own.

Not acknowledging the warranty even when i showed them the invoice, had an issue with my left ear buds plus, initially they said its a software problem and took it to update it, after that using it i found the issue had gotten worse.i went next week to report it they said its out of warranty when my invoice clears says its valid till August 2021.

The worst service center!! They dont provide any SERVICE! Just act friendly and tell that it cant be fixed. They told that the issue is with the motherboard and its better to buy a new phone!! (They also told theyll give 5% discount on next Samsung purchase. IS THIS SOME KIND OF A MARKETING STRATEGY??????) Its not even a year since I bought that phone!!!!Really disappointed. Never buying another Samsung product in my life!!Such a waste of money. Warranty is also just name sake!

One of the worst service centre I have ever see, i had issue with my phone screen which it was turned into yellow i had give it for service before warranty they claimed that screen is been damaged where there was not a single scratch on the phone and when I told they I will raise a complaint on consumer forum they called after some time and told that there is damage inside the phone as it was dropped down the floor, people think that we are fool accepting what ever they tell how can phone can get damaged inside and not out side the wonderful lame reason given bu the customer service I DONT HAVE OPTIONS TO RATE YOU 0, they are there only to take money from you with false reasons please do not give your phone for service in jayanagar

The servicing was very fast. We didnt have to wait much. They replaced a broken display in one day , which is very fast compared to other places.I went there to repair my friends broken phone. The staff that was assigned to us only knew Kannada so my friend needed help translating. But the some other staff kept coming and telling me not to stand there and go sit in the waiting area . It was too annoying and i had to explain to them again and again that my friend needed my help.

Its the usual service centre. Staff is very friendly. Its quite new and the facility is modern. Its easy to spot from a moving car but go little slow as it is located of first floor and you might miss it. They give good service and more importantly they are quite fast. They provide sms service and also call when your device is ready(What Ive experienced) . So thats very helpful and we dont have to keep a check on them by calling and asking. Parking in this area can be a little hard to find for four wheelers. Also limited seating is there in the service center premises.Hope this is helpful.If so please leave a like.Thanks.

Its a structured process. Very neatly managed. Customers are attended on queue. So hassle free. It is authorised by Samsung so the assumption is they use original replacements. Overall good experience.

I have my samsung tab s3 for servicing. The tab was dead. They could not do anything about it. The guys cannot even communicate in basic way for you to understand what they are saying.On top of that they returned the tab with a massive crack on the screen and denied any responsibility for that.Completely avoidable centre. Was useless for me and they spoilt my tab too.

Good service centre. The employees are friendly. I had finished all my work in the quickest possible time. If you are claiming for any sort of warranty, please make sure that there is a signature and seal of the authority from where you brought. Even though there is a address in bill, service people made me to go to the store where I brought and sign on it.

They give you the run around to get you a phone battery. When I specified the battery number over the phone the person at the other end told me to come to the service center which I did. Upon arrival I was told the battery was.not available. Instead was advised to contact Samsung online which I did. The person at the other end advised me to contact the service center. At this point I lost it and have complained to the company. Will update.

My mobile samsung S8+ got some water damaged.. Mobile is switching ON but not charging (Low temperature error).. I gave to this service center (JP nagar, Bangalore), after checking for 2 hours, they told me to change the mother board totally which costs Rs.20,000.. , I waited for 15 mins and spoke to the technical person who checked my mobile.. He also told that it is the only option.. Later I got the mobile unserviced and went to my native..Then I gave the same mobile to Samsung service center in my native.. they charged me only Rs.2000 after clearing the issue.. and now my mobile is working without any issues..I dont know why they asked to change whole mother board even it is working while putting to charge port.

One of the most stupid service center ever. These idiots dont even know how to diagnose the problem. I had software issue, these nincompoops tell your phone had fallen earlier due to which there is a dent and this is will be considered as out of warranty. And they did even say, this is how we diagnose any problem that comes to us, first we scan the whole phone and if we find any defects then it will be considered as out of warranty. Then why the hell on earth do customers ever get something called as warranty in that case???!!! Clearly SAMSUNG has to reconsider the way they attend to the problems of their customers. And clearly I still have 4 months of warranty period. There was no connection with the hardware part and software.These imbeciles dont even posses the technical knowledge to asses the problem.Morons of the highest order.Please dont visit such stupid service centers and waste your valuable and precious time.I wish I could give negative stars.

Horrible experience at this service centre. I had gone to reset my mobile. They told me it will take only 30 minutes and asked me to wait. I told them if it will take longer I will go home and come as I had left my child at home. Still they said it will be ready in 30 mins as it is a simple reset. When I asked them after 30 mins they rudely told me to wait for some more time as they are busy. I didnt know whether to wait or leave. Finally they gave me the phone after 3 hours. Horrible staff and horrible service. If u have a choice never visit this place.

I had a hardware issue of my laptop and I visited the service centre only to find out that this is a part replacement only centre. So, if you have a hardware issue, it is worth visiting this only if you have warranty.They however did a full checkup for free (although they had initially said it would cost Rs.380 for checkup) and told me that its a motherboard issue. Since the required motherboard model was not available in India, they were courteous enough to let me know of a service centre chain who had an office in SP Road who carried out such kind of repairs. +1 🌟 for that courtesy.
