Went their for general service on 8th nov 2020 , had problem of engine shutting off, only 2 days have passed so not sure if the problem got fixed, but the bill,, boy oh boy,,,charged 500+ for micro fibre cloth which i did not ask for, they replaced car wiper and charged 500+ for that too, out of 6000 bill 1000+ rs for stuff which I did not ask nor needed. Was in hurry that time so did not check bill in detail , and today got the shock. This is always stuff with Maruti in general, they overcharge the hell out of customers, maybe in this recession they could have thought of not ripping off common man, but i guess even maruti needs to earn profit, does not matter if the profit is from their scrupulous means by ripping off their own countrymen. Had got same service done from outside few months back, charged 4k and every thing accounted for, nothing extra dumped on me. I hope someone rips money of these guys also ,karma should get them someday

The worst kind of customer service by their sales staff.They offer you a price one day and when you go in to book the vehicle they give a different price and they turn back again on accessories prices when you are making the payment. Even their manager was trying to cover this up by offering free bees. We walked out of their showroom without booking a 6.5l vehicle. Dont waste your time by visiting this showroom. Pay up 3-5k extra and get a good and candid customer service elsewhere

Very good expirence.During the COVID times - extra care was taken at every step.Right from receiving the vehicle to deliver it back after the service.

. A good place with vast car park, clean & quiet lounge.. Manager and staff are nice and cooperative.. Service is up to the mark. They explain the repair works beforehand and take appropriate time to complete them.. Charges are reasonable.

Professional approach to car service.

Mandovi Motors on Old Madras road.One of the most horrible maruti car service centres. If you want to feel cheated and burn your wallet - this is the place. I wont even give 1 star for this Shoddy place. Dont ever give your car here for servicing. My car was spoiled after these did servicing. They simply give you reasons to repair parts which are working well and ask you to pay huge bills.No good advisors and horrible service.
