The employees are arrogant and not very professional. Filled my vehicle with 2 liters of fuel today at this station and guess what! my vehicle broke down the highway which happened within 15Kms ( My vehicle usually provides a good mileage thats above 35Kms per liter ).

Bad experience, employees are arrogant.Even though bunk is free, no employees are interested to ease the crowd demand and busy in chatting.They are getting business only because of no petrol bunk near the area or difficult for the people to cross 2 signal to get new petrol pump otherwise it would have been very difficult for this pump to remain in business.Atleast they should learn now or else competitive market will vanish them anyway.

Be aware of this petrol bunk. You will get cheated if you don’t pay the attention. For instance, my personal experience., I have asked to fill 400 rs petrol, but he filled only 100rs, I have told him that I have asked for 400rs. Then he continued without resetting till 300 and when I gave 500rs, he gave only 100 change. When I queried he told I asked for 400rs. When I stressed and told him that he has put only for 300rs, he gave another 100rs. So be careful!!!Currently it’s the only petrol pump nearby, acting and cheating people like “ oorigoble Padmavathi “

Awful experience, I had been there a couple of weeks back to fill petrol, around 9 in the evening. They kept me waiting for 10-15 minutes and asked me to move from one kiosk to other a couple of times.Those good for nothing guys assumes themselves to be some old landlords and customers as their tenants. Question never arises how bas would be their management, and I guess chances to be misled is very high.Beware

Will get cheated easily. Previous if a person gets 100rs petrol and next when you wanted to get 200rs or even more their dont make it start from zero instead run from 100 to the amount you mentioned. So be very careful and do slowly.

Worst experience Ever .. My kind request if you value your money , vehicle and dont want to get scammed please dont go here ..I usually fill my bike near Jakkur from Indian Oil , HP or Shell .. I usually fill my bike for 200 Normal petrol and get a mileage about 60 to 70 kms and if I fill power or from shell even thn I get arround 45 to 55 kms minimum.. (Mileage for 200rs of fuel)And since I had work for a week at yelankaha for a week I filled at this bunk the bike section normal petrol 2ice for the same ammount..Both the times I filled for 200 as usual .My bike barely ran 23kms ...Also the fact 200rs i.e about 1.9liters of petrolShows 2points / block on my digital fuel meter .. but this showed me 1 block that barely lasted for 23kms before it went back to reserve. Aslo I had put it to reserve barely 100 meters before I reached the bunk I put reserve half way between nes bus stop and police station ..Soo according to me here I barely got 600 to 800ml of fuel for 200 rs instead of 1.9 litters .Thats the ammount of scam happening here. Soo my humble request If you value your money please dont use this bunk ...Thankyou..

All services are good but they accumulate more traffic at pump. But still they only operate 2stations for bikes.At pump they dont do do punctures for tube tires.

Before getting oli check it twice weather they made it zero or not. Staff and management have done PhD in cheating and the staff is very rude and arrogant when we find their faults. If you ask them 2000 rs of petrol they will give 1000 rs of petrol, and then they will say ok will give again 1000 rs. So that they can cheat by manipulating zero on reading. Never trust them be careful while taking fuel. Thats why people show more belief on shell, despite fuel is costly there you can see more crowd at shell...

This is a complete petrol pump. It has an ATM, accepts principals partner payment card (in this case Citibank), has a puncture repair shop, multiple varieties of fuel and associated products e.g. engine oil, distilled water etc. There is an adjoint workshop that does car wash, denting/painting, electrical and mechanical fixes. Very spacious, on the service road and very visible in regular busy traffic. Only drawback could be the large vehicle crowd that can make one wait for a long time for filling fuel. Otherwise the service is pretty fast.

People dont use Debit or Credit Card in this petrol bunk this is where I used my card lastly after that the amount has been debited from my account in the Name of GOOGLE PROXIMA BETA without any OTP.Beware I am not playing its serious.

In this petrol bunk all staff giving more respect to the costumers clean and good place no any cheating in top up of fuel payment mode credit/Debit card, UPI and cash payment also accepted.

Always prefer to go this fuel station as there is no cheating. Very polite nature of all the staff person working there. Insurance outlet and also emission test is available. Overall fuel can be filled with peace of mind and can be trusted fully.

My personal experience is many people dont prefer to go to this fuel station as they tell they cheat here and in that sense though I hadnt visited this place for very long time but due to an emergency one day I had to refuel my two wheeler here but my bad luck was that day only my vehicle stopped middle of the road near hebbal and when I took the vehicle to nearby garage the person told sir neev haksid petrol inda ne idu agirodu, next time dayvithu alli petrol hakusbedi full mixing ide not pure andru - my real-time experience in 2008, from then till present never been there. Hope the management tries to improve as each ones money is had earned one....

Hi residents staying close to this Petrol Bunk must be aware of carrying CASH after 9pm,once bunk office closes it is only CASH that will speak,of course if you have credit or Debit card than fine.No phonepay,Google Pay or Paytm accepted.so becareful before filling up.

I was here yesterday and asked to fill petrol for Rs 700. Person standing there asked me to send money in his personal account through Phonepe. I intentionally sent him money in his personal account though I knew this is wrong but to post a review with proof was my motto. I want to inform authority for this type of scam. If petrol pump authority is involved then this is none of my concern. On top of it I felt less petrol was delivered coz earlier my tank used to get filled in that much oil. But post filling 700 rs oil I had to shake my bike to confirm about oil. Here I am attaching photograph as a proof on which he taken payment. Authority can take action how much such transaction he has done so far like this.

Generally the crowd is pretty poorly organised here inspite of several filling points. Most of the time there card machines (POS) are not working. They say they are 24×7 but nobody responds after 10 pm. The staff lock the filling points (so you cant even self service) and close the door and go to sleep. A couple of times when I travelled this way and needed a refill, I went and kept banging and shouting on their doors for long but to no avail (they just dont care and wouldnt get up even if they see you).

Good quality petrol but the management is very arrogant, sometimes they refuse to accept card and other UPI payments unless you tell them i dont have cash. Experienced this lot of times

Worst ever experience in the petrol pump I had, Boys in these petrol pump are least bothered and never attend customers politely. I had visited for petrol on my way back home at around 8:30 pm and these guys are least bothered to attend but after asking the for the delay they said that its closing time so nobody is there to attend.Later which after some heated argument they started attending very rudely and also told that go and complaint whom ever you want!!!!

The guy was very clearly trying to cheat while filling the petrol with wrong reading. Also tried justifying with wrong bills. Never Trust them.

All staff are trained for how to cheat various methods while filling fuel.Please count the money while u r in hurry Also.for me so many times happened.if u fill fuels for 100rs and u given 500rs ,the person will count 400rs ,but only 300rs wil be there.

Be careful as they will definitely distract you with some fake IOC offers, some fake guys will try to sell something etc and during this period, they will swindle petrol by starting the meter from the last meter reading. Always stay alert and ensure the meter reading starts at zero

What ever u ask to put, they do as they like.. I asked him to do it for 200 and he did it for 100 and arguing that I said 100 and when public supported me as they heard 200 he just did for another 100 and asked to pay 200.. They just do it to save fuel as much as they can by holding the controller now n then..

Have often noticed that the person filling up your vehicle with petrol will distract you and try to cheat. In my case, pretended like I asked for Rs.100 worth petrol, when in reality asked to fill the tank, then distracted me and charged me Rs. 100 + extra for the full tank and claimed he made the meter zero, when he clearly hadnt.

Need to wait more time to fill the petrol, it was taken time 5 minutes to fill the petrol,,, waiting more otherwise its a good petrol bunk

Faulty fueling system and rude staff - some of them. Due to a problem with the auto cut-ff when the tank gets filled, petrol overflowed and they were not ready to accept their mistake. Be watchful when you fill fuel from there.

Guys, just beware on this petrol pump, today I went to this petrol pumpTo get petrol filled in my car for Rs. 1000. Let me tell you how these guys tried to cheat me. Here two boys will come to you, after showing zero reading one will start filling petrol and another guy will distract you by asking you mode of payment, as soon as you move your eyes from the pump reading, guy who was filling petrol will stop without filling for the amount you asked for.. say, stopped at Rs. 200. this guy will ask what was the amount you had asked petrol for. After telling actual amount he will act of filling petrol for remaining amount but will not reset reading to zero. At the same time another guy will engage you again in amount payment or some other discussions so that you dont notice whether reading reset to zero or not. After filling for ₹800 guy will say refill is done for ₹ 200+ ₹ 800. But actual total refill is done only for ₹ 800 as meter reading was not reset for second time filling, not filled for ₹1000. This is how these guy cheats. It is quite common way of cheating at many of the Indian oil petrol pumps in Bangalore. I am very well aware of this way of cheating. These guys are so expert at this , though I know it, they could distract me today. After threating both the boys that will complaint to pump manager, Indian oil costomer care and call police. I asked for bill too and was told billing meter is not working. But They understood and immediately filled petrol for remaining ₹200. I complaint to supervisor here but he kind of giving excuses and avoided me. But I know, most of time supervisors also involve in these cheatings. Please beware!!!!! But I want to say I have complained to such incidents to Indian oil earlier and they have taken complaint seriously and inform the same to pump owner and acknowledged to my complaints. These guys are spoiling name of Indian oil.
