*Please read this review fully before approaching Race concepts for any needs, This review has two parts.Part 1: I bought Innova crysta comfort suspension upgrade from them on January 2021 for 1 lakh. And they told its having a life time warranty. Things were not good since the purchase. A month ago the right side rear damper got damaged. It fall down from the chassis fittings because of the poor quality I beleive. The very next day I sent them all the photos and all. They took all the details and asked again and again was ther any heavy load or passengers in the car when it occured. No we were total 5 in the car and no load except the passengers. They told they are ready to send the replacement and will receive it within a week. There was no updates or response from them later a week. I messaged them the message got delivered but they didnt even read the message. Then I called them they didnt respond. Then after 2 days they messaged and said sorry and all. I said your customer relationship is very bad and need to improve. They said me to send the damaged dampers, I said No. I can only sent it back If I receive the replacement. But they said they need to check and convince the third party who they are buying the suspension from. Finally they convinced me and I send them the dampers. Atleast they could have informed me when they recieved the dampers. When I checked with the courier partner delivery status it was delivered 2 days ago and then I messaged them about this they were again apologized for that. i dont know what they meant for there Customers. They arent giving any values for there customers. And they said by monday we will courier the replacement means 26/07/2021. I was busy with my business deals and all so I couldnt deal with this then Since 30/07/2021 Im calling and messaging them there was no response or not even attending my calls. I lost all belief in Race concepts. The cost I paid was 1 lakh. They are not showing any responsibilities towards there Customers. They are building there on R&D products and keeps working on performance upgrades and all. But they dont want to know there existing customers issues and never tries to solve it on time. If you dont care your customers issues surely it will affect your firms goodwill badly. I love there works and they very well know about cars and especially they are good performance upgraders. But customer relationship is not at all good.Part2 : I put the above review on google and it worked So many persons from Race concepts called me requesting to remove the review as covid situation are making there business tough so I decided to give them one more chance. Later they promised me that they will make the payment return or get the replacement by September 15. So I waited till Sep. 15 but no updates from them till morning of 16th September and I messaged them saying Im going to move legally against you or better pay me back. Very soon they sent me a photo of the replacement parts and told its ready to dispatch. I just closed the discussion happily and thought I will recieve it within 1-2 weeks. I was busy and travelling so I couldnt get back to them. Today (30 September) when I messaged them they are saying they didnt sent it . Im totally dissatisfied and I couldnt control myself. They dont give any value for there customers and please dont believe what Race concepts saying. They are real cheaters.Please stay away if you dont want to get cheated.

It was a great journey with Race concepts Team buliding a 2010 civic.I did the whole body painting, Air intake, exhaust& suspension.They Crafted everything according to my taste.• I bought a body kit from outside which was in a very bad condition.RC team just transformed the kit as it was like an imported one with perfect fitting & the body painting is really fantastic.• Even with Minor performance upgrade the car performs very good.• My most favourite part is suspension.No words to express it,Planned of upgrading suspension for my other cars too.Overall it was a professional work.But one thing you cant fix a time frame for building car to get ready, they take their own time but they make sure it exceeds your expectations level.Special Thanks to Varun,Joel,Gautham for making sure everything is perfect in the car & for knowledge sharing.Even their car service is much more better than company service center, i almost done 5 car for service & every car is doing really good.

Was thinking of trading in our 2013 Mahindra Thar when I came across the team from Race Concepts. We mainly used this vehicle as a highway tourer and it also doubled up as our daily driver in the city. So we were looking to add to the 105 horses with some extra punch, without compromising on the work-horse like reliability of the Mahindra engines. Decided to go in for a new air intake and exhaust system, Dieseltronic ECU with customized maps and the overall intercooler assembly with the associated plumbing. The results are phenomenal and weve put 1500 kms on the clock after the stage-2 mods. The engine now has the punch to effortlessly pass other vehicles on the highway and getting to 3 digit speeds has never been easier and is now a lot faster than before. Their dyno testing facility helped put data to the feel good performance, and we are loving the second lease of life given to our truck by Varun, Joel and the rest of the team. Cant wait for the weekends to hit the roads and push the revs past 2000 rpm!

RE Himalayan free flow air filter directly fitment superb performance and mileage

This guys are only up to make quick money. Went to check out their shop and also explore performance options to my honda city vtech.1. Wanted to replace my left brake caliper. As the O-ring was damaged and leaking. There comes Varun asking me to change the whole caliper at a price of 5k. After bit of negotiations our boy goes on telling me that it is a used part and they will be swapping it from one of their cars, also tells me that honda city parts are a rare to find, hence they are not willing to give it away at low price.Where I was able to source an O-ring fixing kit from a well know shop keeper in JC road at just a mere 1.5k cost and also he had given me a quote for a new caliper at 4.5k with fixing.2. They were asking me to replace my rotors too. To which they were quoting 8k. Goes on saying that those are drilled rotors which are better in braking performance.Where as my contact was able to source OEM rotors at a cost of 4k per pair.I would not recommend this guys at all. But check out code6 Bangalore or even other tuners in Bangalore. They do a much better professional job at a professional price and not try to loot money from people.

RC has been dominating the racing scene for a while now and their technical know-how combined with deep passion for cars and professional attitude makes them stand out. I got my ECU remapped recently, the boys did a great job, explained what they did in great detail and my car has never been better! I highly recommend a visit to RC for anyone interested (and serious) about car tuning and performance improvement. They have a nice workshop and theyre always building cool cars and parts. I have a Tata Hexa. Got my car intake, piggy back ECU, Free flow exhaust change along with Fully adjustable CoilOver Suspension. Writing this review after 6 months of fully validating the mods done on my car. Currently i got no issues what so ever. Right people with extraordinary real time experience in building race cars and street cars. Now post my modifications, my car is like beast unleashed and loving the car to the core.As cherry on top to my excitement. Coil Over Suspension is unplanned upgrade. Loved the corner stability and ride quality of my SUV post upgradation of Race Concepts Suspension. Here and there you might find small glitches, based on the observations shared all of them will be corrected. In this journey of trying to find right folks to get my car tuned. Now my car doesnt bottom out on bumps and potholes even with 5 people on board and drives like a rally car. Best upgrade I could do to my car... Definitely suggested

Gave my 2007 Toyota Corolla 1.8e for a stage 1 upgrade to race concepts.- Custom air intake system and with a BMC performance filter- Custom Exhaust- Cylinder Head treatmentThese breathing upgrades genuinely transformed the functioning of the car. The dyno test shows a 30 horsepower increase at crank. My 2nd gear that red lines at 6000rpm at around 80kmph now does it at around 98kmph which is pretty impressive as it also contributes to a speedier 0-100 time.Apart from thoroughly enjoying the power upgrades the exhaust makes the corolla sound crazy! Makes the car produce decently loud pops and bangs without any ecu tune changes.I can’t wait to be back for a set of coil overs to upgrade the handling of my car!If you’re looking for custom upgrades to unleash your machines true potential I’d say this is the right place!

Got my Polo GT Tsi here to change the suspensions setup. The original or stock ones on Polo are generally bouncy and not so much comfortable, Bluru roads make the experience worse.Found these folks on Google. Contacted them. Gowtham and Varun helped me throughout this process. They helped me understand the custom Race Concepts suspensions setup. They gave me a demo as well. I rode in some of the cars in which they had installed it. I placed the order and it took a week or 2 to arrive and 1/2 a day to install it. The suspension has 3 controls and they help you set it up according to your liking. I did a ride after they installed it.Brilliant ride quality. Very good improvement. Even the rear passengers loved it. The over all control of the car has improved.These folks know what they do. Highly recommend them.

After the hardship of driving a OEM suspension for a long time, I heard about RC Suspension, when I heard about the price I was just curious why should it cost well above the normal, and eventually I decided to try that out. I sent the money to them up front to make them for Volkwagan Jetta. Then I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore with great expectation.After reaching Bangalore it was a pretty quick job they just removed the old one for the new one and Joel personally tuned the suspension according to my taste. I am not a racer even though I have a passion for it. I told him that I am a business man and I travel a lot what I need a comfortable drive. HE DID JUST THAT!!!!. When I took the car from Banglore to Chennai, I just couldn’t believe that it is the same car. The entire dynamics of the car changed. The handling of the car was way better than before, the breaking ability of the car was un paralleled. The suspension was soft and at the same time sturdy. After driving the car to Madurai, Trichy, and other cities, I left wondering why should not the company take this suspension as their OEM equipment. It is not easy to make such perfection with out a careful research. I appreciate Race Concepts for their effort to develop this product. Those who are suffering with poor quality suspension should be encouraged to try this product. This writing is very genuine and out of my heart. Thanks to Joel and Varun for helping me out .

Car was DRIVEN to them the first time with the an engine check light. The timing tensioner was replaced to fix this.2. Within 10 days, the car started leaking oil from the side cover and this meant I had to tow the car back to Race Concepts, during which I was asked to go with an engine swap.3. Within a month of usage after the engine swap, the alternator belt was worn and the water pump on the engine failed, after which I towed the car to Engineering Exponent for repairs due to the vicinity to my house.4. I admittedly was late in collecting my original engine, but having reported a few missing parts the day I collected the engine, I was promised the same by RC.In all honesty, Joel and team need to introspect the way they work and execute projects instead of making incorrect accusations to defend their own shortcomings.

Bear in mind that Race Concepts is not the place you go to if you want showroom convenience with pick up and drop. Its a race shop that also services cars, and offers performance modifications for your vehicle.I went to RC to fit a custom performance exhaust on my car, and have been getting my car serviced there for some time now. The work is done professionally and the facility has all the equipment that would be needed for any issues or upgrades your car might need. Oh and I am also super happy with the part installed on my car. Its been reliable.Further, I feel a bit worry free when I drive because I know the kind of support I have for the car. The guys have helped me when my car has broken down by putting me in touch with a tow service. They also are honest in their assessment of the car.. meaning that, unlike a showroom, they will tell you if a replacement is needed or if a part can be serviced.Overall, Ive had a very positive experience with RC and they will continue to be the de facto maintenance facility for my car.

Had been following Race concepts work online and offline for a while. And, like all car enthusiasts wanted to get some performance upgrade on my 2013 model Alto K 10. The first thought I had was, would these guys be expensive and what can be done to a humble also k 10? Decided to visit the garage and find it out myself.After consulting the expweta at Race Concepts my only thought was, this is the best thing happening to my car in past 7 years.Got a custom intake built for my car with head work, complete exhaust work with general service done.Im excited to drive my car everytime I hold the steering now. I have been connected with RC for over three years now and these guys have done wonders with my car. Initially when i went to them my car had a lot of issue due to remapping done by the VW guys.When Varun and Gautham spoke to me about the coil overs i was genuinely interested and getting them were well worth the time and effort. The car has become super smooth on the highways and much better cornering control as well.I did find it a little hard on uneven roads but Varun readily helped with that also. Its worth working with this team at RC as they care about the work they do. Their solutions are well thought and tested and goes a long way in making drives fun again :)

My journey with Race Concepts started couple of years back when I had a radical idea of building a perfect Sleeper car with my Swift Dzire VDI , I have had this car for over 10 years and have drive it above 2 lk KM with zero issues on the car , I wanted to build this car for the love on it as it had served its best at all times , hence I decide to take the car to RC to get a prelim check done on it see what all I can do with it , initially I stared with Custom Intake , Custom Exhaust & Stage 2 Re map on the Company ECU , and drove the car for another year and then went back to RC for making this car build one of it kind in INDIA , Joel Spent a good amount of time understating the car dynamics and then stared his magic on the car by upgrading Turbo , upgraded Fuel pump , custom built Intercooler , custom plumbing , Aggressive remap to Stage 3 on the company ECU and also adding RD diesel Tronic Box with custom map to suite my car hardware with multiple ECU settings to play around , redesigned the exhaust header , changed all the sensors and mapped it to make sure it does not throw any error and also did intensive Testing on the car both on Dyno and Road testing to make sure the car is safe for the driver to drive it and also for the engine , over all I was super impressed by the kind of work done by this guys at Race Concepts , Any one planning to go there do keep in mind couple of things , Race Concepts is not a normal Garage to get your car fixed this pace is like a laboratory where you can get your car do thing that you cant even imagine , Secondly have a good size budget before visiting RC as the guys at RC dont cut corners they ensure that you get the best of the best and that comes with a price , overall my experience with Race concept has been AMAZING I would recommend you guys have a visit to RC to see there work , lastly I would like to thank Joel the Scientist and Varun for amazing work that they have done on building the Fist Swift Dzire VDI with immense power and stability , its a fun car to drive around and still tease the other cars .

Took my R15 with complaint decrease in engine performance. Joel was not there, another person opened the engine and showed a bearing connected to piston is gone. By that time Joel arrived, Ive told him the issue and he said Ill check and fix. I again insisted please give me a call before proceeding. Joel replied YES. After two weeks went to pick bike and bill was 14K. I asked him there is only one bearing gone why did you change Crank, he said some unacceptable reasons. Ive asked- you said youll cal me before doing any change. I was shocked by his reply people who come here drop vehicle, picks after fixing and pays. This place is meant for those people only. After some argument understood I choose a wrong person, paid the amount and left that place. vehicle was not at all throttle responsive totally waste of time and money. They havent done a professional job.. Ill never suggest anyone for Race concepts..

I have been following Joels and his journey for over a decade now. We were both members on the RDDreams forum. I finally got down to taking my 2002 Honda City 1.5 Exi 4 AT to Race Concepts for a mechanical overhaul with the front suspension, wiring check and general service. After visiting the shop I also decided to go in for a FFE.As far as the knowledge and service quality I am absolutely satisfied. What came as a rude shock was the massively inflated bill (1.2L)! Everything that could be changed from a parts stand point was replaced. Even consumables like brake pads, shoes, AT fluid, etc were replaced even though it was not essential nor was I informed. I was given a draft quote of a similar job they recent did for another City and based in that and the calls I had I was anticipating a bill in the range of 50-60K.My recommendation to the RC team would be to be a more transparent with the estimates and communicate on replaced parts before going ahead.

I own a baleno and Im from Mumbai did alot of research for a year.... so I took couple of quotations from Mumbai but was not a big difference from Race Concepts.... I have seen joel performing wit his cars and has always succeeded.... so i thought let me take the trouble and go to Bangalore and get my work done from them.... when I reached their workshop rite from the gate to the delivery of the vehicle the service was just phenomenal the way Varun and Tejas actually guided me through the whole package was excellent yes the pricing mite be a little high than the rest but they give you quality, perfection and customer satisfaction... they were so kind and helpful... I had a word wit Joel at the time of delivery he is a jem of a person such a simple man wit alot of knowledge.... I got full system exhaust, drilled rotors wit brembo pads, ngk plugs, head port polish, cold air intake with BMC filter.... the performance, quality and perfection is just amazing.... the best decision ever made to go to Race Concepts.... and my future plan is too get it turbocharged which will be done by them..... They charge a bomb and not a professional job. Had a chance to fit aftermarket exhaust that i sourced from different vendor. Just to swap exhaust they charged 4280/-. Ok, at least the work carried out is professional? No. Very poor and the technician dragging the new exhaust on floor like no body business. It hurts. He doesnt even which nut/bolt removed from where, and trying to fit different sizes at actual. Dont know on what basis he charged 4k+ for an simple exhaust swap that took not more than an one and hour for one mechanic. worst worst worst dont even give a try.. never in life Ill suggest anyone for Race concepts .. bunch of loosers😡
